As one of the many sites powered by Jumpman Gaming, Online Casino London might already be on your radar – but if it is’t, let’s change that. This review covers everything the platform has to offer, showing you exactly how it performs from the perspective of an average player
If you have seen a few Jumpman casinos before, you will already have a fair idea of what Online Casino London is like. It launched in 2019 as part of a large group of online casinos, which usually means a lot of shared elements. Some of these are good, while others not so much.

About the Company Behind Online Casino London
Crucially, the group retained its operating licence, and that is the key point that leads directly into our next section on licensing terms and player protection.
Jumpman takes you straight to London with red, white, and blue across the header, buttons, and banners. That colour mix, as well as the skyline, is the main thing that separates Online Casino London from other Jumpman sites. Your balance, deposit button, bonuses, offers, and inbox share the top row, so as a first-time visitor you can see where to check funds, add money, or open account pages.
Lower down, quick links lead to payments, support, and the less-used account pages. We like that split because the top row stays tidy without hiding the rest.
I signed up in under a minute. The process covered three short pages, nothing in the form felt hard to follow, and I landed on the deposit page as soon as the account was ready.

The rest of the page is more about weekly habits than one huge offer:
Compared with sister sites, Online Casino London does not reinvent the Jumpman bonus style, but it gives regular customers enough small reasons to look back during the week.
The slots section does most of the heavy lifting. It offers the widest mix of themes and formats, so this is where casual players will have the easiest time.
I tried Gates of Olympus, and its short bursts felt great. The base rounds move fast, but it took me quite a while to actually hit the bonus round.

For table games, you basically just get blackjack and roulette. So if you play those games often, you will get bored rather quickly.
The live dealer page follows the same safe path. Roulette and blackjack get enough room, and there are some game shows that add a break in-between.
I tried Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, and it felt lively from the first round. The bright setup and extra rounds add more movement, but they can take a while to land.

Bingo is smaller, with nine rooms in total. It remains unchanged from what we usually see from Jumpman, so don’t expect new additions here.
Jumpman sites have a lot of things they do right, and Online Casino London didn’t fail to carry those elements over. We like the variety of games you can play here, as well as the selection of the weekly deals. Now, it’s not all perfect, and the fee on withdrawals, as well as the lack of chat, are the main negatives about it. If you don’t mind working around these, you will spend plenty of time on this site.

Fair enough, some casinos do not run chat all the time, but only having live chat on weekdays from 9am to 4pm is a bit limiting. It would feel more reasonable if the support window was clearer before you need help.

good overall, but the cashout bit could be better. I like that PayPal is listed and the £10 deposit / £10 withdrawal limits are fair enough. The £2.50 withdrawal fee is the annoying part, and up to 72 hours feels a bit long in 2026.

Very good site. The customer service agents were pleasant and polite, and the withdrawals were nice and fast. Would recommend this site.

absolutely shocking site. i’ve been waiting over a week for my account to be verified and it still isn’t done. they let me deposit first, then started asking for all my documents. i’ve sent them 7 or 8 times through the site, emailed them too, and had no reply for over 5 days. i’d stay far away from this site.

Account got locked when I tried to withdraw, with no clear explanation. Support was slow and not very helpful. I joined to play and cash out normally, but the whole process felt badly communicated and unfair.

bonus looked decent at first... £10 in, grabbed the big bass bonanza spins and had a proper laugh for a bit 😅
but the wagering side felt more strict than expected. not saying it’s dodgy, just read every line before jumping in. games ran alright though.

Got paid once, then everything turned into a HEADACHE. After passing verification and receiving £399.50, my £1,000.00 withdrawal was held while they kept asking for more Apple Pay documents. I can accept checks, but repeating the process like this feels excessive and seriously frustrating.
