absolutely shocking site. i’ve been waiting over a week for my account to be verified and it still isn’t done. they let me deposit first, then started asking for all my documents. i’ve sent them 7 or 8 times through the site, emailed them too, and had no reply for over 5 days. i’d stay far away from this site.

Account got locked when I tried to withdraw, with no clear explanation. Support was slow and not very helpful. I joined to play and cash out normally, but the whole process felt badly communicated and unfair.
