Mega Roulette was launched in 2021 by Pragmatic Play. It is a live European roulette table streamed from a studio. We’ve run multiple live casino sessions on it specifically to see how Mega Roulette live behaves in real play: stream stability, UI readability, camera work, and how “busy” it feels when you’re actually placing bets.

Bet Types

In Pragmatic Play Mega Roulette, all bets still sit in the classic two buckets: inside and outside.

Mega Roulette keeps the feature set simple, and that’s very much the point. It’s not trying to layer roulette with extra symbols or bonuses. The main feature is the Mega Multiplier. On every spin, 1–5 random straight-up numbers are selected and boosted. Multipliers range from 50x to 500x and apply only to straight-up bets. To fund this, straight-ups pay 29:1 instead of the usual 35:1. This creates higher swings and suits players who are comfortable with variance.

In addition to the Mega Multiplier, Mega Bets allow you to place chips on multiple preset number groups. These include Mega Chances, Mega Dozens and Mega Columns. They save time in the betting window but can spread stakes quickly if not monitored.

Where Pragmatic Play does add convenience is in the betting flow. During the betting window, you can repeat, double, or clear bets, as well as apply saved patterns and Mega Bets. On the math side, the baseline stays familiar for outside bets: even-money outcomes still sit around 97.30% RTP on a single-zero wheel. Straight-ups are the exception here — they pay 29:1 (not 35:1), and that’s the trade-off that funds the multipliers; it pulls the straight-up return down to about 96.50%. In plain terms: the multipliers can make results swing faster than standard European roulette, so sessions can feel more volatile, especially if you lean heavily on straight-ups.

To me, the controls responded instantly during testing, and chip placement stayed accurate until betting closed. The table limits suit both low-stakes players and higher budgets, but I keep straight-up bets limited due to the added variance.
