The number of deposit methods at the Hippodrome online is rather limited. There are only five to choose from, and we expected a much longer list. And it seems, so did many others, judging by Hippodrome casino reviews.

It didn’t help that the minimum deposit across all methods is £20, which is quite high. You won’t find that information on the method list either as it appears only after you start typing an amount, we find this helpful all things considered. Max limits are also displayed once you exceed them.

What’s not ideal is that the offer only works with debit card payments. If you prefer PayPal or Apple Pay, you won’t qualify, unfortunately.

The bonus funds also come with 50x wagering, which is higher than what you’ll see at a lot of UK casinos, where 30–40x tends to be the norm. The free spins are more appealing in that regard as they don’t carry any wagering at all.

When trying to claim this bonus the funds weren’t added to my account even though the transaction had passed.
