    Bet365 Review

Bet365 is probably one of the Top-5, most recognisable casino names in the UK, especially when it comes to sports betting, you really can see their ads everywhere, offline or online. And it's understandable why: it has a long-standing reputation and well-developed sports betting, so it's no wonder that for many, it's often the go-to option for placing bets on any major sports event. But does its casino section get the same attention and care? After all, at Gamblizard, that's what we mainly care about and focus on for each gambling brand. In this Bet365 review, we'll give you an idea if their casino offerings are worth your time and break down every key aspect of this place from promotions and promo codes to games and finally to banking options.

    Brand Reputation

Bet365 started back in 2001, growing from a portable building in Stoke-on-Trent into one of the UK’s biggest gambling names. Denise Coates launched the site after borrowing £15 million against her family’s betting shop chain – quite a risk that paid off big time. They soon moved beyond just sports betting, adding casino games, poker, and bingo to their lineup. These days, you can play at Bet365 in 17 different languages, with offices spread across the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, and even as far as Australia and Armenia, operated by Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC.

Unlike other big gambling companies, Bet365 stands alone – they don’t run any sister sites. The website has gone through many changes since those early days. Sometimes these updates worked great, other times not so much. That’s bound to happen when you’re trying to fit sports betting, casino games, poker, and bingo under one roof. The current setup works well enough, though I’ve spotted some interface issues I’ll get into later.

If you like slots you will have a good time here, they have a great library prepared, the sportsbook is also their strong point and it’s undeniable. So sports bettors will have a blast here too, unsurprisingly for one of the top UK bookmakers.

But it hasn’t all been a perfect ride – the UK Gambling Commission found problems with their money laundering checks and player protection in the period between May 2021 and September 2022, hitting them with a £343,035 fine. Bet365 had to fix these issues fast, and they did.

The casino now offers over 1,300 games, with particularly strong showings in slots and sports betting. Recent years brought big changes – in 2019, Bet365 joined other major UK operators in pledging to increase their problem gambling support from 0.1% to 1% of gross income over five years. They’ve also expanded into North America, launching in New Jersey, Colorado, and Ontario’s newly regulated markets.

After over two decades in business, Bet365 knows what works in UK gambling. They’ve grown from a family betting shop into a company with 4,000 employees and £2.8 billion in revenue by 2021. The industry has noticed, too – they’ve won “Operator of the Year” and topped eGaming Review’s Power 50 list multiple times. Even with those recent regulatory issues, they’ve managed to preserve their reputation and still stay on top. The Coates family still runs the business, with founder Denise Coates earning recognition through a CBE in 2012 for her business achievements.

Bet365 UK operates under two separate UKGC licenses – one for casino games and bingo through Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC (license 55149) and another for its sports betting operation under Hillside (UK Sports) ENC (license 55148). This helps keep different gambling types properly regulated.

The Safer Gambling section deserves a proper look. Bet365 gives it its own window with six main sections. At first glance, the layout might seem a bit confusing, but it makes sense once you start using it. You’ll find all the essential tools here – deposit limits to control spending, reality checks that remind you how long you’ve been playing, and a detailed My Activity dashboard. This dashboard really breaks things down, showing your betting patterns through clear graphs for the past week, month, or year.

The site goes beyond basic limits too. There’s a budget calculator to help plan your gambling spending, plus complete transaction and win/loss records in your account menu. Your current balance always shows at the top of the page, and once you know where the shortcuts are, accessing any responsible gambling tool takes just a click.

Bet365 also points players toward extra help outside the casino. They recommend proper gambling blockers like Gamban and BetBlocker, plus parental controls through NetNanny and CyberSitter for shared computers. They even explain how to set up gambling blocks with major UK banks – something not every casino bothers to mention.

Their support staff receives special training for handling gambling concerns and is available through live chat or email anytime. The site lists direct contact details for several support organisations: GamCare’s 24/7 helpline (0808 8020 133), Gamblers Anonymous, TalkBanStop, Gordon Moody, and NHS gambling services. Each listing explains exactly how to reach these groups, listing a contact number for each one.

For general security, Bet365 Casino uses SSL encryption to protect your personal information and transactions. One big miss, though, is that there is no two-factor authentication option. That seems like an odd oversight for a site that puts so much effort into player protection elsewhere.

As we mentioned in the previous section, they’re not perfect, as they had issues with their money laundering checks not too long ago. These failures cost them £343,035 in fines, though they’ve since fixed these issues in their system. The casino hasn’t been blacklisted as a result of this, though.

    Security Aspects at Bet365

I really like how Bet365 handles their gambling licenses – keeping sports betting separate from casino games via two UKGC licenses. Their responsible gambling setup shines too, with deposit limits, reality checks, and that detailed activity dashboard all working nicely. Finding any tool or feature takes just a couple of clicks through a clean menu system. But they’ve got room to improve – no two-factor authentication feels like a big miss for a modern casino, and those regulatory issues from last year raise some eyebrows. Still, with proper SSL encryption, multiple UK licenses, and a full set of protection tools in place, Bet365 runs a tight ship when it comes to player safety.

    Site Usability

Bet365 keeps things simple with its dark green design. This colour actually works great – the site reads well at any time of the day, noon or midnight. The design stays clean without going overboard, though they’ve added some nice animated touches and font choices that give it a bit of personality. You can access all the main sections easily via the casino’s home page.

Navigation runs through a main menu bar at the top, where you’ll find everything – sports, fantasy sports, casino games, live dealer tables, poker rooms, and bingo. These links show up again at the very bottom of the page, close to other useful shortcuts. Your account settings sit just below the Safer Gambling and Help buttons on the top-right side, which makes finding them pretty easy. The search bar on Bet365 also has a voice input option, a nice accessibility feature some players will definitely appreciate.

One thing that bugged me during testing was the site speed. The Bet365 sportsbook pages for example took longer to load than they should when I checked. It was not enough to ruin the experience, but definitely noticeable.

The ‘Games’ section acts as the main hub for all your playing options. There’s a proper big search bar for finding specific games or providers. Right below that, players get quick buttons for different game types, new releases, and current promos. The ‘All Games’ section adds even more ways to sort through everything – I could pick games by their type, theme (like animals, history, Aztec stuff), special features like wilds or cascading reels, how volatile they are, and even set exact RTP percentages with a slider.

The games line up alphabetically here, but players can switch to the newest or most played if they prefer. Games default to alphabetical order, but you can switch to the newest or most popular instead. Over in the Casino section, you’ll find Bet365’s exclusive games alongside their themed collections and jackpot options. What I did find strange, is that those filtering options are available only for the ‘Games’ section and not ‘Casino’ or ‘Live Casino’ sections despite them sharing the game library.

I really liked the game thumbnails here. Each one has an ‘i’ button that shows useful info before loading anything – for slot games, that means reels, paylines, and RTP numbers. The thumbnails look crisp and clear, and games load up quickly. The same goes for mobile play – everything works just as well as on a computer.

    Feature Description
Design and Color Scheme A simple dark green layout that’s easy on the eyes and suitable for day and night browsing.
Navigation Bars Top and footer bars provide quick access to key sections like sports, casino, poker, and help links.
Search and Filters A large search bar allows searches by name or provider; filters include type, theme, volatility, and RTP. Voice input available.
Game Info Thumbnails Includes reels, paylines, and RTP details without needing to open the game.
Safer Gambling Tools Prominent section with shortcuts to self-exclusion, deposit limits, and “My Activity” dashboard.
Loading Speed Generally fast, but occasional lags in the sportsbook section can disrupt browsing.

    Usability Aspects of Bet365 Casino

Bet365 website really excels in how it lets players customise their gambling sessions. The filtering system especially deserves praise – being able to sort by so many different factors, particularly that RTP slider, gives you real control over what you play. The info buttons on game tiles save time by showing all the key details upfront. Shame those filters are only available for the Games page; it’s a rather strange decision. While they need to work on those loading times in the sportsbook, the overall layout makes perfect sense. The dark green theme, readable text, and logical button placement all add up to a casino site that focuses on what matters.

At Bet365 UK players will find familiar payment methods to top up with: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Paysafecard. Most deposit limits start at just £5, perfect for trying things out, though PayPal needs a £25 minimum deposit. Bank transfers come with a steeper £100 requirement, which feels unnecessarily high. No extra fees are attached to any method which is a definite plus.

    Method Min Deposit Dep. Time
    Visa £5 Instant
    Apple Pay £5 Instant
    Google Pay £5 Instant
Bank Transfer £100 2–10 Business Days
    Trustly £5 Instant
    PayPal £25 Instant
    Paysafecard £5 Instant
Pay By Bank App £5 Instant

    Deposit Options at Bet365 Casino

The deposit button sits right at the top of the screen where you’d expect it. Click that, choose your payment method from the dropdown, and enter the amount and payment details – done. Cards, PayPal, and Paysafecard are processed instantly, though bank transfers can drag on for up to 10 days.

I tried a £10 Visa deposit myself. I found the right button, picked Visa, and typed in my card details and amount – boom, money in my account within seconds. The site has this “Click to Pay” button that just sat there dead, though. I tried it a few times, but nothing happened.

Phone users need the actual Bet365 app for Apple Pay or Google Pay – it won’t work on the regular site. The Pay By Bank App sounds good but only works for Barclays customers. There is no Neteller, or Skrill here, either.

Bet365 did a lot of things right when it comes to their deposit process. That £5 minimum works great for new players or small stakes. I really don’t like that jump to £25 for PayPal, though, and that £100 bank transfer minimum they are way too high. Props for the zero fees across the board at least. Cards and PayPal work fine here with instant deposits and no fees. But that Click to Pay button needs fixing, and forcing people onto an app for phone payments feels dated. Other than that, the system is good but could’ve been done a bit better.

Bet365 runs promotions across all their gaming sections: casino, poker and bingo, which is great. New players have three welcome packages to choose from, while regular customers have constant access to daily deals and tournaments. The selection looks decent at first glance, but digging deeper reveals some gaps, especially regarding the actual value of those deals.

    Sign Up Bonus

The main Bet365 welcome offer can award newcomers with 200 spins on various games. To start, you’d need to deposit and play through at least £10. You won’t receive FS straight away as those will come in batches over 10 days, the batches are uneven too, one day it’s 5 and the other you get 15/20. You can use these spins on one of the following games only: Book of Horus, Curse of the Bayou, Magic Forge, and Wrath of the Deep. Personally, I’m not a fan of the idea that you need to both deposit and wager these spins, this can push away some players, but I like that you can choose which game you want to get the spins for.

I deposited £10 with Visa to see how this worked. The deposit part went fine, and the spins showed up quickly after that. They don’t state this in the terms, but spins come with 0 wagering. You also cannot use Paysafecard for this deal, they state that clearly. There’s no need to use a bet365 bonus code for this one. Overall, a bit of a convoluted deal but the end reward of wagerless spins is certainly worth it.

    Bingo Opening Offer

The bingo joining offer also has its own special conditions you’d need to fulfil. First of all, you’d need to register your chat name in the Bingo Lobby, then opt-in to Free Tickets and Free Spins New Player Offers in ‘the My Offers’ section. Next, spend £10 on Bingo Tickets in any eligible Bingo room and get 100 Free Tickets and 50 Bet365 Free Spins on select games! Here you have an option between Book of the Fallen and Book of Tut. 100 Bingo tickets can be used for any room and spins come without wagering requirements again. Time limits apply, though, and missing the opt-in means missing the whole deal.

    Poker New Customer Offer

The £365 poker welcome package also requires you to fulfil certain criteria before you can grab your rewards. To get your first share, choose your poker nickname and grab your first £5 bonus. The rest will come as you play through tournaments & cash games. Every £1 paid in rake or tournament fees equals 10 Bonus Points. These points unlock the remaining £360 bit by bit. Compared to the other two Welcome Deals, this one feels rather complicated and it quite is.

You can receive more rewards by completing the Welcome Missions. These can range from changing an avatar to playing specific Twister tourneys. Luckily, Bet365’s poker software will track everything and players can see how close they are to the next reward. Serious poker players will love this deal, but casual users might never see the full £365 though. And some missions expire fast, so you will need to rush things at times.

    Drops & Wins

Money falls from the sky at Bet365 Casino – well, almost. The recurring Drops & Wins promotion sponsored by Pragmatic spices up the regular slot play with random cash prizes, you can even win multiple rewards per day. Just place an eligible stake on qualifying games and you’re golden. Players have a good shot at winning as that £1,000,000 prize pool won’t dry out fast.

The real competition happens on the leaderboards though where only the Top 3,500 will get their reward. Bet £0.15 on eligible slots and receive points based on your first 5,000 spins. The leaderboard tracks win-to-stake ratios rather than total wins. This means betting bigger doesn’t automatically mean better chances, it’s a win-lose ratio that does. The promotion runs non-stop throughout the year, so there’s always a chance for extra money.

Free to Play: Bingo Scratch 2 Win

You can find a daily free scratch card in the Bet365 Bingo section. Simply log into your Bingo account and hit “Play for Free” on the promo page. These cards hold a variety of prizes from bingo tickets to free spins, and even cash up to £50. You can scratch the cards with a mouse or finger easily or just click on them to reveal everything at once. One of the best things about this deal is that all rewards are wager-free, which means you can benefit from them and cash out your winnings straight away.

    Free Bingo: Club Tropicana Room

If you’re up for more free games, you can check out the Club Tropicana room at Bet365. The room opens twice daily – 13:00–14:00 and 17:00–19:00 UK time. The entry is completely free and you get to compete for a share of £1,200 in weekly prizes, so it’s definitely worth setting that notification for!

    No Deposit Bonus

Bet365 Casino doesn’t offer a no-deposit bonus right now. Users who want to try games will need to make a deposit first – no chance to play the games without spending money. Newcomers have a nice option to try out one of the Welcome Deals Bet365 does offer though. These come with wager-free spins, so all you really need to do is just deposit and grab your freebies to help you start out.

    Irish Open

Bet365 is quite famous for hosting various poker tourneys, The Irish Open is just one of many. To get a short at £2,250 package, you will need to first buy-in to a range of satellites and qualifiers for the Irish Open. You can find these in the ‘Tourneys’ tab. OR you can buy-in to £2.50 Twister tournaments until 30th March to get a chance to win entry tickets to Irish Open tournaments. Partake in Irish Open qualifiers to win a seat worth £250 for the Mini Irish Open and choose between a seat worth £1,150 or a package worth £2,250 for the Irish Open £2,500,000 Guaranteed Main Event hosted in Dublin starting April 10th. Great deal for avid poker fans who want the real tournament action, not so much for casual online gamblers.

    Weekly £12,500 Twister Races

Every Monday at Bet365 Poker brings a fresh chance at Twister tournament prizes, specifically that weekly prize pot of £12,500. To get started, opt in via the Leaderboards section, then play Twister tournaments and accumulate leaderboard points by doing so (based on your buy-in amount), if you manage to win, your points get doubled! At the end of the week, the top 250 players will win Twister tickets you can use to enter more Twister tournaments, their amount & value will depend on your final placement. The promotion will run until 30th of March 2025, so you have plenty of time to try your luck out.

    Daily Premium Cash Leaderboards

Every week until March 2nd brings in extra rewards for poker players at Bet365 Poker. Opt into your stake level of choice from the Leaderboard section and enter the table wars, you can go for one leaderboard or multiple, it doesn’t matter. Just keep in mind that you need to repeat this for each day you wish to compete!

Collect leaderboard points by playing on No Limit Hold’em Premium Cash Tables, you can earn points for your first 200 hands only so playing beyond that is meaningless if you only need the points. Top 50 players will win Free Blind rewards of different amounts and value, a small reward but it fits the Daily Leaderboard format fine enough.

    Premium League

If you wish to benefit in poker by making some footies predictions, then this Bet365 Deal might be right up your alley. Until May 26th, you have a shot at winning up to £1,000 in cash just by making some correct sports guesses weekly. Opt into this deal, then predict the outcome of Premier League fixtures + generate £0.10 in rake and/or tournament fees. You will get one leaderboard point for each prediction logged and an additional three leaderboard points for each correct prediction. If you score first on the weekly leaderboard, you will receive a whole £1,000 reward and if you get tied with someone, you both will get equally rewarded!

    Poker Tournaments

As you can see, there are many poker tournaments at Bet365 UK. But the casino doesn’t stop there, they actually run themed poker tournaments all year round. Both prize pools, conditions and tournament formats change regularly – some weeks bring bounty events, others focus on turbo structures or progressive knockouts. You can follow the tournament schedule updates via the poker software: it shows buy-ins, start times, and prize structures all at once.

    Other Promotions

Bet365 does spoil its players with multiple welcome deals and tournaments, and some existing users get a share of daily deals. These are smaller by comparison, but still worth having a look nevertheless. The casino adds these to the promotions page regularly, but they focus heavily on slots.

A typical week might offer extra spins for playing specific games or small bonuses for wagering enough during the week. Live game fans won’t find much here – the rewards rarely extend beyond slot machines or poker. This narrow focus leaves a significant portion of casino users without meaningful regular rewards which is a shame. Of course, there are festive deals to look out for too, but again they face the same issue, slots and poker have a clear priority here.

To stay up to date with new additions and to receive bonus codes for select deals, we recommend you to subscribe to their offer newsletter. You can always stop following it in one click if you get annoyed by the emails.

Bet365 really has lots of deals in their bonus library, but sadly most of them do not really offer great value and look samey. I feel like they went for quantity over quality here. Nevertheless, it’s nice to see them give newcomers an option to choose between 3 Welcome Deals + most offers are completely wager-free. They also have a promo selection separately for Casino, Poker and Bingo, so no one is left out, besides live game fans perhaps. Free Games deals are rare but they do exist here, plus there are tons of missions that gamify the gamble even more. I have no major issues with their selection, just wish they had deals that offered some bigger value. While individual promos work well enough, the overall bonus structure could use some fresher ideas.

Bet365 Casino works with 17 top game studios to fill its library with over 2,300 titles. The main sections include slots, live dealer games, jackpots, Slingo, arcade stuff, and crash games for something different. Bingo fans get 11 dedicated rooms with reasonable buy-ins, while poker players can access plenty of tables through a separate software download.

The site is split into four main areas at the top: casino, live casino, games, and bingo. Most games show up in multiple spots, which might be confusing at first. The Games section works best since it has all the good sorting tools and lists all the games. I suggest you use that to get the best browsing options. The Casino section focuses more on Bet365’s own games, plus themed collections and jackpots. They mark their exclusive titles with green symbols in the corner, making them easy to spot if you plan on checking these out.

Bet365 has quite a versatile search bar. Type in any game name or provider, and it pops right up. You can also look up games/providers via voice input; you don’t see such a feature often at online casinos. The menu underneath the bar breaks everything into groups like jackpots and new releases. Clicking ‘All Games’ shows everything in ABC order, and you can sort by popularity/casino’s picks/newest options, but that filter button is what allows for some proper customisation.

I spent time playing with every filter possible. Once you click on the filter options, the side panel will appear. There you can pick game types, specific themes (animals, history, Aztec stuff), and bonus features like wilds or cascading reels. The volatility picker matches games to playing style, while the RTP slider dials in exact payout rates. Of course, there’s also a provider filter for the following favourite studios.

Each game thumbnail comes with an ‘i’ button – click it for stats like reels, paylines, and RTP for slots or rules and betting limits for table games, no provider info here, though. The thumbnails themselves look bright and clear, and games load in 1–5 seconds, both on a computer or phone. Mobile players get the exact same features as desktop users.

A few odd choices showed up during my checks, though. Live Casino’s “All Games” section somehow forgets about blackjack, while the baccarat area throws in random craps games. Those excellent filters from the Games section vanish in other parts of the site too despite having the same game selection, just cut short.

Game Types Available at Bet365 Casino

For now, let’s see what game options players at Bet365 have exactly.

    Slots

Out of 2,300+ total games at Bet365, slots take up the majority of games, 2,100 spots. You can find lots of variety here, basic three-reel classics next to complex Megaways machines and progressive jackpots that climb into millions.

My slot runs started with Mega Fire Blaze: Breaking Bad – I am a big fan of the TV show, so had to give it a shot. The graphics stuck to the show’s style but came off a bit basic. Dropped 99p across ten spins, and didn’t win anything, but I liked the gameplay features there and the design, although it was a tad cheesy. Next came Release the Kraken Megaways – picked this one for its high RTP and those special mechanics everyone talks about. Did fifteen spins and lost £1.47, but those sea monster graphics and theme kept me entertained. My third pick was Big Bass Vegas Deluxe Double Down. I already was a fan of the series, and this time luck turned my way – I won 49p in ten spins. I liked the variety of bonus features, they made the game fun and the theme took an interesting take on the OG Big Bass slot. The last slot I tested was Mega Moolah – I had to try it for a shot at that huge jackpot. Five spins lost me £1.25, no millions this time, but it was worth a shot at that £3 million jackpot.

    Table Games

Bet365 has 115 different versions of the classic table games in its collection. You can find roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker. Both blackjack and roulette sections give plenty to pick from without going mad with weird variants, other games aren’t as rich in variety but still have some good stuff. Modern touches freshen up these old favourites, but mixing live dealer stuff in here makes no sense – they should’ve kept them separate.

I tested Blackjack Surrender as it was the table game with the highest RTP, did 10 rounds and won £1. It’s a good-quality game overall, I liked the graphics here a lot. Other than that, you’re an average Blackjack.

    Crash and Arcade Games

Bet365 Casino provides 55 different quick-play games, and you can find all the casual games here: video bingo, lotto, and trending crash games. It’s not the biggest selection, but it’s enough for folks who want something different.

Cash Plane x5000 turned out pretty decent – I walked away 26p up after five rounds. I liked how the next round started right after without waiting. A solid single-player crash game overall. Next, I tried Bet365’s own Pyramid Prize game, but eh… it was basic and boring in both looks and gameplay, basic play. Lost £1 in five rounds. Some might dig the simple setup, though.

    Slingo

Bet365 also has a small collection of Slingo titles. Twenty-one games might sound light next to other casinos, but each one brings something good.

Fire and Ice caught my eye with its split-screen setup. I played 5 rounds and lost 72p, and was a big fan of the dual Slingo feature as it allowed for more strategic options.

    Live Casino

Bet365 hosts an okay selection of 75 live games covering all bases – roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, plus those gameshow-style ones. Real dealers in proper studios make everything look legit on camera. I really like how you have the option to filter games out by their bet range here.

Super Mega Ultra drew me in with those massive multiplier promises, which are very high for a live game. I played two rounds and lost 60p, but those potential payouts looked mighty fine. Just wish they’d speed things up between spins – the wait time felt too long at times.

    Bet 365 Bingo

The bingo section changes the overall tone with a purple interface that separates it nicely from the main casino area. You’ll find 90-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball, and speedy 30-ball games spread across eleven different rooms. As we mentioned previously, they offer some Slingo options as well.

Each room shows exactly what you need to know before clicking – the next game start time sits at the top, prize money is right in the middle, and the current player counts at the bottom alongside minimum ticket prices and max payout size.

Not every room buzzes with activity all the time, but popular spots like Daily Grand Deal, The Rodeo, and Club Tropicana always keep a steady crowd. I decided to test The Race Track Bingo myself, buying a rather attractive cheap ticket to see how it plays. I lost £0.60, but I really liked how the site automatically marked my best cards – made it much easier to track several tickets at once. Between games, you can check the bingo news section for updates about promotions and room changes, something regular players will find useful.

    Bet365 Poker

The poker section demands a bit more commitment – you’ll need to download separate software just to play cash games and tournaments. Once installed, the lobby presents a clean layout with your stats and balance prominently displayed at the top. Navigation feels natural, you can easily switch between dedicated sections for cash tables, tournaments, and sit & go games. The recommended games section in the middle of your screen helps players find active tables quickly. The Casino has a separate section for Poker deals even in software and it may also drop a poker bonus code or two from time to time, so don’t sleep on that.

Tournament selection is the biggest one at Bet365 Poker by far. Multi-table tournaments come in several formats: regular, re-buy, and turbo for faster action. Knockout tournaments add bounties to every player – eliminate someone and collect an instant cash reward. Progressive knockouts raise the stakes by adding half the eliminated player’s bounty to your own. Flight tournaments spread across two days for bigger prize pools, while Mystery Bounty games keep bounty values hidden until players bust out.

Cash games are split between regular and premium tables, displayed in either group view or classic list format. Each table screen shows stack sizes and player status clearly. Beginning players get their own dedicated tables with lower stakes. The game selection covers all the classics – Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and Seven Card Stud across various stake levels. Twister sit & to spice things up with random prize pools determined before the first card deals.

After trying everything Bet365’s game section offers, the picture’s pretty clear. The casino is stocked with quality game options and you can find nearly all kinds of games here. Those filtering tools knock it out of the park – quick searches, smart categorisation, and proper game info make finding exactly what you want a breeze. Loading times stay snappy, and games work perfectly on phones. I’m not a big fan of mixed categories, however, and also wish there were more live games on here. But despite this, Bet365 is packed with enough quality games and smart tools to keep things interesting.

    Mobile Optimisation

    bet365 app

For anyone wanting to play Bet365 on their phone, things get a bit complicated right away. They don’t have just one app – they have made six different ones for both iOS and Android. You’ll need separate apps for Games, Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Bingo, and Poker. I definitely suggest installing the Games app if you mainly want to access their casino, as it puts all those games in one place.

I tried out the Android Casino app myself. It’s pretty small – only takes up 35MB on your phone, and you’ll have it downloaded in seconds. The first time you open it, it asks for your location (not unusual for UK gambling apps). After that’s done, you can set up a fingerprint login, which makes getting into your account much quicker than typing passwords. iPhone performance should be identical based on other user reviews.

Everything in the app works just like the main Bet365 website. All the menus and buttons are mapped intuitively. Every screen loads the moment you tap it, and the games start up really quickly too. I particularly like how they’ve kept all the search options from the website. There’s a filter button at the top – tap that and you can sort games by type, check their RTP rates, or find games from specific providers.

The main problem is having to jump between different apps. Say you’re using a sports betting app and want to play some poker – you’ll need to close one app and open another. The sports app at least lets you check your casino balance, but the poker app keeps you locked in completely. It feels like a nuisance when you want to try different types of games.

There’s always the mobile website if you don’t like filling your phone with casino apps. It runs a touch slower than the apps, but you get everything in one place without taking up storage space. The site fits phone screens perfectly and keeps all the features you’d find in the apps on all kinds of mobile devices, be it a phone or an iPad.

Bet365 deserves credit for creating mobile apps that work well and accommodate all features perfectly, but here’s what bugs me about their mobile setup – nobody needs six different apps in 2024. The Bet365 mobile app performance is on point, no complaints there, but installing separate stuff for poker, bingo, and sports… bit much. The Games app should really do everything. Still, once players pick their app, it all clicks along properly. Fast loads, sharp graphics, and proper phone-friendly menus. Just wish they would bundle it all together and save us the storage space.

Like deposits, Bet365 keeps the withdrawal system easy to use. Players access the same methods that are available for deposits: Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, Trustly and PayPal. The minimum sits at £5 for most options, while PayPal needs £10 to start. No fees or restrictions here whatsoever, though to cash out via Apple Pay and Google Pay you’d have to download the Bet365 app or Pay By Bank App if you’re a Barclays account holder.

    Withdrawal Options at Bet365 Casino

So, how to withdraw on Bet365? Before cashing out, make sure your account verification is done. After that, withdrawing money follows a clear path: open the cashier, pick your withdrawal method (this needs to match the one you deposited with), type in your amount, and click confirm.

I withdrew £5 through Visa and received my funds instantly, the whole process from hitting withdrawal to getting confirmation took barely a minute.

As to how long does it take for a withdrawal from Bet365 to the bank, different payment methods come with different waiting times. Most options are processed within 1–4 hours, but Apple Pay cashouts are instant. This is confirmed by Bet365 reviews posted by other users, they really nailed the cashout system here.

Bet365’s withdrawal system handles the basics effectively. The £5 minimum withdrawal suits casual players perfectly, and quick processing times are always a treat to the user. Sure, bank transfers and PayPal could do with lower minimums, but having several reliable, fee-free options makes this a minor gripe in an otherwise solid setup.

Bet365 places its Help button right at the top of the website where you can’t miss it. Click it, and a new window opens with three main ways to get assistance including FAQ articles, live chat, and email support. The support staff works non-stop for 24/7, which makes sense for a site where people bet at all hours.

The FAQ opens in its own window, and right away you can tell it needs updating – the design looks very dated compared to the main site. Still, it works well enough. You’ll see six big topic buttons that break down into smaller categories about specific betting and account issues. The search bar at the top allows you to just type your issue and find matching articles in a matter of seconds. Each article goes into proper detail too, explaining everything from deposit methods to bonus rules without skipping steps.

The path to actual human support through the chat proves more frustrating than necessary. After you click the chat button, Bet365’s Virtual Assistant bot blocks your way. It’s not really explained how to proceed, but with some trial and error, I found out you must type “agent” into the chat box twice to reach real support. The site also requires you to log into your account first, except when you can’t log in at all. I was connected to a real chat agent within 30 seconds at 11pm UK time. I tested them with questions about payment fees, ongoing promotions, and support hours – and got complete answers every time. Each of my questions was answered in 1–2 minutes, and they didn’t skimp on details.

Email support makes you go through a similar ordeal. The “Send Email” button in the FAQ redirects you through another set of help articles before letting you write your message. Once you do so, you will need to fill out the email form: provide your username, full name, birth date, contact details, and full address. I felt that the address part was excessive just to ask a question. Still, this detailed info probably helps them solve issues faster. The team promises 24-hour responses but usually beats that by a good margin, keeping up their round-the-clock service. They urge you to contact them via the email form rather than directly to their email address.

Social media support runs through @bet365help on Twitter and Facebook, also 24/7. The accounts are still obviously active which is nice to see. But here’s a strange gap – no phone support at all. For such a major betting site, this really sticks out. Still, it might not be a big deal for some people.

Support Method Availability Average Response Time
    Live Chat 24/7 1–2 minutes
Email 24/7 4 hours (tested); up to 24 hours promised
    Phone Support Not available N/A
    FAQ 24/7 Instant
    Social Media Unspecified Unclear

    Support Options at Bet365

Bet365customer service left me with divided thoughts. The staff definitely know what they’re talking about – I got solid answers about payment methods and promotions within minutes. Email support came through quickly too. But that chatbot is quite a nuisance. Having to type “agent” twice just to reach a real person feels very strange, I haven’t seen that even at other casinos with chatbots. The 24/7 availability is great, but a designated phone number would make complex problems so much easier to solve. The FAQ works well enough once you get past its look, though it really needs a design update to match the main site. Overall, a good support team was held back by questionable design choices.

    Bet365 Casino KYC

Most players will breeze through basic verification during sign-up, but sometimes Bet365 needs extra proof. Their security system checks and auto-checks full names, birth dates, and addresses first upon registration. If that’s not enough, players will see a notice in their account asking for more documents.

    Required documents include:

    • Passport, driver’s license, or national ID card
    • Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter (less than 3 months old)
    • Bank statements or other proof of income (in rare cases)

The Verification tab in My Account has information about each KYC step. A handy progress tracker shows what’s done and what’s next, plus clear tips about photo quality. I tried it myself with a driver’s license and utility bill – both went through the first time. I got an email straight away to confirm the upload, then again when each document cleared.

Bet365 claims that the verification usually takes up to 48 hours, but mine took just 24. To verify, all you need to do is load up the verification page, take clear photos of the right docs, and click upload. Simple really. And if you run into any issues, the FAQ section covers the most common problems.

I really like how Bet365 handles verification. Everything stays digital, the casino sends emails with updates to inform about the status and the whole process is rather fast. Most players should sort their verification without breaking a sweat here.

    Bet365 Sportsbook

Bet365 ranks among Britain’s biggest and best bookies – and yes, it shows. The site packs more than 40 different markets to bet on. It’s not just your usual football and horses either – you’ll find everything from politics to Eurovision here. All the British favourites like golf, cricket, football, boxing and racing get proper coverage too. In fact, whenever you check odds on certain events on third-party websites, you are likely to get an ad for the Bet365 Sportsbook to pop up.

The odds typically hit around 94% payout rate, which means decent returns across the board. Football odds match what other major bookies offer, but horse racing tends to pay better here. Baseball, ice hockey and other winter sports often come with better odds than most places too. Players have a lot of bet options to strategise around, including but not limited to Totals Bets, Parlay Bets, Moneyline Bets and Prop Bets.

Browsing here feels natural through the menu bar up top and a single sidebar on the left lets you jump between trending markets or scroll through sports A to Z. Each proper league match comes loaded with betting choices – usually hundreds per game. The virtual sports section deserves a mention too – their darts game looks so real you’d think you’re watching actual players.

Bet365 has a rather developed live betting as well. The site updates odds instantly, and that handy graphic shows exactly what’s happening in the game. Cashout works on most bets – you are allowed to receive your money back early if things look dicey or bank some profit before the end. You can even set it to cash out automatically at a certain value, a handy feature.

They also provide good streaming options. La Liga, Bundesliga, tennis tournaments, NBA games – thousands of events are being streamed each year. You need to activate it first though. Only funded accounts or those who have placed a bet in the last 24 hours can access streaming. Look for the play icon next to matches – that means it’s ready to stream. Mind you, some sports stay locked based on your location, so you may not always access your desired games.

Bet365 Sports also has a Bet Builder tool for players who want to create their own custom wagers. It is pretty simple to use – just select different markets from the same game or multiple matches, and they calculate the combined odds right away. The site lets you stack up to 12 different picks into one bet and each new selection updates the potential payout automatically, which helps keep track of how odds change with each pick. Sadly only select sports can be used with Bet Builder, thankfully, the casino provides a complete list of all eligible options.

Born as a sports betting site, Bet365 makes sure its sports promos match up to its casino offerings. Let’s see what they have in store.

    Bet365 Sign Up Bonus: Sports

New players start at Bet365 with a sweet £50 in free bets. Deposit £10 minimum, place a qualifying bet at 1/5 (1.20) odds or higher, and once it settles, receive five separate £10 bets land in the account. Said bets last seven days from the moment they hit the account, so be sure to use those in time. PayPal and prepaid card users need extra verification before claiming, so keep those in mind if you plan on using them. Overall, a simple and useful deal for sportsbook newcomers, you don’t even have to use a promo code here.

    Acca Freedom Boost

Sports bettors at Bet365 can get even more value from their ACCA bets. The first thing you need to do is place an accumulator bet on 2+ selections and only on qualifying markets for any Soccer or Tennis competitions, or any major US Leagues. If the bet you placed is successful you can win an extra 2.5% to 100% of your winnings. The more selections you choose, the bigger the percentage. To receive the max boost of 100% up to £100K in winnings, you need to place a bet with 20-folds.

    NFL Early Payout Special

Watching your team blow a big lead hurts, but not with this Bet365 Sports deal. To qualify, place a pre-game bet on Money Line or Match Result markets for any NFL game. For single bets, if any side goes up by 17 points, you will get your bet paid out in full, no matter if the other side catches up later on. For multiples and Bet Builder bets, if your backed team goes 17 points ahead, the selection will be marked as won within ‘My Bets’.

    2 Goals Ahead Early Settlement

Football matches turn unpredictable fast, so Bet365 pays winners early as long as they meet certain conditions. Just place a pre-match bet on the standard Full Time Result market on selected Soccer games. If you place a single bet and if your team goes 2 goals ahead at any stage, you will be paid out in full regardless of the final result. Now for multiples, if the same condition is fulfilled, the selection will be marked as ‘Won’.

    Tennis Retirement Protection

Tennis matches ending in injury retirements no longer mean lost bets at Bet365 Sports. To get your safety blanket, place a pre-match stake on the To Win Match market for Singles matches from selected ATP events, and any WTA and Grand Slam events. If the opponent retires hurt, single bets will pay out the bet as a winner in cash. Multiple bets count the retired match as won, letting other picks play out normally.

    Event-Specific Deals

While Bet365 already has plenty of solid offers for existing players, major tournaments bring even more fun. You can get boosted odds during Grand Slams, bonus bets for big football matches, free bet offers and special cashback deals – only timing matters here. Each promo comes with its own terms and deadlines, usually tied to specific events. Sometimes you can partake in events that give away tickets to real-life sporting events. The minimum stakes typically start at £5-£10, while bonus rewards range from £5 extra up to matched bets. To not miss a thing, we recommend you sign up for the Bet365 newsletter, you may also snag some exclusive voucher codes that way too.

    Review Verdict

It’s pretty easy to see why Bet365 has become one of the most popular and best-regarded bookmakers in UK gambling, deserving of all those ads we keep seeing. They have 40 different sports to bet on, proper competitive odds, and one of the best streaming setups in the business. They stream thousands of matches for many major games, leagues and teams live each year. The interface stays simple but effective, with every important tab just one click away. The sleek grey and green design ties everything together nicely, from casino games to sports betting.

Now, while they are mainly valued for their sports betting, their casino section doesn’t lag behind at all. Their 2,300+ game library is properly stacked with everything from basic slots to massive jackpots and even bingo + poker. The filtering system on Bet365 Casino is also worth special attention, you can filter by type, theme, features, volatility, RTP and of course provider, one of the most comprehensive setups we’ve seen so far. Players can also click a button on any game thumbnail and see all the vital stats. RTP, volatility, pay lines – it’s all there up front. The mobile apps work just like the main site, but splitting them into six separate downloads for casino, sports, and poker feels unnecessary.

The promotions here won’t blow anyone’s mind since they are quite basic despite their number, but we found them practical enough. We have tried the Bet365 Welcome Bonus for the casino and think it’s the better one of the three. Casino players get no-wagering free spins, sports fans see accumulator boosts and early payouts. The terms could be clearer, but at least the rewards are easy to obtain, some of the deals are overly similar to each other though.

Players can deposit/withdraw at Bet365 using eight popular payment methods, debit cards, PayPal, Bank transfer, and Trustly. Most need just £5 minimum for deposits and withdrawals, although PayPal min. deposit is unusually higher than that. No fees on any transactions either. Our transactions went without an issue and we particularly liked the swift cashouts. Bet365 withdrawal time was on point.

Support at Bet365 is operating 24/7 and players can contact them either by live chat, email address or social media. We have tested the customer support through both main methods and we were particularly pleased with how professional and helpful the agents were. Shame about Live Chat is locked for registered users only, guests are forced to use the slower email as their only option.

Bet365 stays at the top of UK gambling for clear reasons. Bet365 online betting standards others try to match, while their casino section backs it up with over 2,000 games from the top names in the industry. We tested both deposits and withdrawals multiple times – everything worked as expected with no delays or problems, that min. limits make smaller transactions possible. The site does fall short in places though. Their deals are basic and don’t really try anything new, and we wish they had a single mobile app for everything. Despite these shortcomings, we understand why UK players trust Bet365. They’ve built something that works consistently, backed by proper regulation and years of stable operation. When a site handles millions in bets without issues and pays out reliably, it earns its place at the top. You cannot go wrong with trusting this one.

How can I update my Bet365 aacount details, and what should I do if I need to correct unchangeable information?

You can update your contact and address details through the “My Account” section in the Account Menu. For corrections to your name, date of birth, or cardholder name, please contact Bet365 customer support immediately, as these cannot be changed for security reasons. Updated addresses may require verification documents to confirm the change.

How can I use alternative Bet365 login methods such as Face ID to access my account through the app?

For a faster and more secure login process on the Bet365 app, you can utilise biometric authentication methods like Touch ID, Face ID, or Fingerprint Login, provided your smartphone supports these features. Firstly, check that your phone’s settings activate the desired biometric authentication method. Then, when you log into the app, a pop-up will appear, offering you the option to enable this as your preferred login method. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to set it up.

Reality Checks on Bet365 are designed to help you monitor the time spent on the website, excluding Poker gameplay. By setting up a Reality Check alert, you’ll receive pop-up reminders indicating the duration you’ve been logged into your account. If you decide to receive these alerts more frequently, changes are implemented immediately. However, you choose to decrease the frequency of these alerts. In that case, a 24-hour waiting period is required before the new settings take effect, guaranteeing you have thoughtful control over your gaming habits.

I have come across numerous complaints about the cash out situation over the past few days. While it's certainly frustrating, these issues can occur with technology. I'm confident Bet365 will resolve it promptly. Having been a customer for years, I've never HAD any problems with payments.

The registration process at Bet365 is RIDICULOUSLY ANNOYING! WAY too many steps and repetitive info requests. Who has time for this nonsense?! They need to make it SIMPLE and QUICK. Until then, I CAN'T recommend Bet365 to anyone who wants an easy sign-up process. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

bet365 offers a robust selection of slot games, featuring top titles from leading developers. Their user-friendly interface and easy navigation improve the gaming process. However, I find myself preferring Betfred due to its superior slot variety and frequent promotions.

Whenever I place a wager and win, I receive my funds in my bank account within two business days after making a withdrawal. I'm not sure why people complain so much about this. If you deposit money into your account and lose, you shouldn't expect to get your funds back. It's simple: if u can't afford to lose, don't play!

Tried bet365 for a few days. It's alright, nothing special. The games are decent but kinda basic. The interface is easy, but the promos didn’t blow my mind. Customer support is okay, not great. Overall, it's just meh. Could be better, but not terrible either.

I'm currently registered on over 10 gambling sites, and Bet365 is the best sports betting site by far. They offer the widest range of betting events, numerous live streams, and everything functions flawlessly. Withdrawals are simple with funds typically appearing in your bank account within a few hours. Plus, they frequently offer free bets of £5 or £10, which you won't find on other sites. Overall, it's a fantastic site and my absolute favourite.
