    Casino Current Standing

VegasLand launched in 2022. It’s owned by Marketplay Ltd and operated by Aspire Global International Ltd. The site runs both a casino and sportsbook under one account, which is standard for this group. Visually, VegasLand doesn’t do much to stand apart. It follows the same basic format as many of its sister sites – the layout, functions, and tools are mostly the same.

AG Communications Limited, the licence holder behind VegasLand, has been investigated twice by the UK Gambling Commission in recent years. In the most recent case, concluded in February 2025, the Commission found serious problems with the way the company handled money laundering checks, customer safety measures, and how rules and important account details were shared with users. This led to a large financial settlement of over £1.4 million, including more than £220,000 that had to be returned and redirected to socially responsible purposes. AG Communications also had to publish a formal statement about the case and cover investigation costs.

This wasn’t the first time. Back in November 2022, AG was fined £237,600, issued a formal warning for basically the same issues, and was given extra licence conditions. In both cases, the company admitted the problems, cooperated with the process, and promised to fix the issues, including through external audits and training.

While these actions weren’t aimed specifically at VegasLand Casino, they directly affected the trust players can place in the brand since it runs under the same licence.

    About VegasLand Casino Company

VegasLand doesn’t try to offer anything unusual. It runs on a standard Aspire setup and hasn’t built much of a public image beyond that. Vegasland Casino reviews are quite mixed too, so it might be a good idea to read what actual players say.

VegasLand Casino holds a UK Gambling Commission remote gaming licence (No. 39483). It’s also covered under the Maltese Remote Gaming Regulations through MGA licence MGA/CRP/148/2007, and for betting services, it operates with an Irish Remote Bookmaker’s Licence (No. 1014834). These licences allow the site to offer both casino and betting services legally in the UK and other regions.

The responsible gambling tools available on the site cover everything we’d expect from a licensed UK operator. You can set deposit caps on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, there’s a self-exclusion tool. A built-in timer tracks how long you spend on the site, and a prompt appears to remind you once you cross a certain time threshold.

Inside the account section, you can view your deposit history and all past bets or game rounds. For older data, customer support can provide a detailed report going back up to 12 months. If you activate self-exclusion, the site also stops sending you any promotional messages.

The VegasLand responsible gambling page has much more than just tools. It provides practical tips to help you spot warning signs early. A checklist helps you assess if your habits have changed.

The support staff at VegasLand received certified GamCare training, so they know how to handle problem betting cases. But for times when their help just isn’t enough, VegasLand has quick links that lead to external organisations.

There’s also a clear warning that underage use is illegal, and the site blocks accounts for anyone under 18. On top of that, it advises parents to use filtering software like Net Nanny or GamLock to help keep their younger family members away.

From a tech perspective, the casino protects your data through SSL encryption. The site may lack a two-factor login, but everything else in terms of account protection checks out.

Despite receiving two penalties from the UK Gambling Commission – one in 2022 and another in 2025 – the operator has kept its licence active and has never been blacklisted or suspended.

Security and Licensing at VegasLand Casino

VegasLand site covers nearly everything we look for in terms of responsible play, multiple licenses they own definitely add to credibility. Still, we wouldn’t mind seeing extra security, like a two-step login to be added.

    Website Usability

VegasLand has a clean, pastel layout that isn’t too loud or busy. We really like the soft colour scheme gives the site a more relaxed look, while still being colourful enough. The main menu here isn’t at the top like in most casinos, instead it runs down the left side. Everything is still easy to access: casino, live casino, promotions, and sports are all right there. Above these links, you can see the balance counter and a deposit button. Below, there’s a help icon and a language selector with a decent number of options.

Registration took just two quick forms. I liked how the fields were labelled clearly and didn’t ask for anything extra. The one thing I didn’t love was the background – the forms appear over a blurred-out view of the homepage instead of on a plain page. It’s not hard to read, but it looks a bit crammed. Still, once I signed up, my account got verified straight away, and I could start playing without delay.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

What caught our eye first was the huge welcome offer banner, it takes up a lot of space, maybe more than it should. Right below it, you can see a small list of the five most popular games at VegasLand, built into the banner. Nice idea, but we think the game logos are quite big; would be better if these were reduced to make more space for other games.

One design decision we questioned was the size of the game icons that appear around different sections. They’re too large, which means fewer games are shown at once. It slows things down when we want to scan through options quickly. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it feels unnecessary considering the site otherwise tries to keep things tight and accessible.

Scrolling to the bottom reveals a useful footer. Everything is grouped into clear columns – deposit methods, withdrawal times, VegasLand bonus terms, game rules, and account info. It’s not just filler; all the links go where they should. There’s also a short FAQ section right above the footer that covers some common questions, which is a nice touch.

VegasLand supports eight payment methods, which is quite a strong range. There are no hidden fees either.

Still, we really didn’t like that the deposit page has the default amount set to £40, and the lowest one is £25, while the actual minimum is £10. You can enter £10 manually, but it’s easy to see how someone might assume £25 is the lowest allowed. This felt quite pushy and misleading.

Don’t be afraid to contact support at any point if you have any questions, it’s easy as the help tools are located just a click or two away. Each method also has a small “?” that opens a short explanation which also lists the minimum deposit limits. It’s direct and saves time.

I deposited £10 using Visa. The payment cleared right away, and the balance was updated without delay. All I did was select my payment method from the list, enter my details and confirm the transaction. The whole process took just 30 seconds.

Deposits at VegasLand are fast and reliable. The variety is also great, but we don’t approve of their choice to not disclose the actual minimum deposit in the deposit form itself.

VegasLand takes a simple approach to bonuses. The no deposit bonus is missing, and the variety across the board is underwhelming. While new players get a welcome deal that spans three deposits, existing players won’t find much for them beyond some spins and tournaments.

    Welcome Deal

The VegasLand sign up offer includes your first three deposits, each comes with a 50% match and spins tied to popular games. The minimum requirements vary, deposit has a min £10 top-up requirement while 2nd and 3rd raises it up to £20.

All bonuses need to be wagered 35x, which is within the norm. We noticed the VegasLand Bonus Policy still lists four deposit offers, but only three are active – that’s something VegasLand should clean up.

    Here’s what you can get:

    1. First deposit: 50% bonus up to £50 + 20 Spins on Starburst
    2. Second deposit: 50% Bonus up to £75 + 40 FS on Book of Dead
    3. Third deposit: 50% Bonus up to £75 + 40 FS on Legacy of Dead.

I deposited £20 the bonus funds landed right away, and the 20 spins were already waiting in Starburst. There were no hold-ups, and I didn’t need to reach out to support at any stage. It all worked as described, though I wish the offer gave a bit more for first-time players.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Ongoing Promotions

After you use up the welcome deal, things quiet down. VegasLand doesn’t roll out much for regular players, and what’s available feels a bit thin. Most promos stick to spins and fixed-format competitions. See what’s available:

    • Daily Spin Frenzy: This deal rewards next-day spins based on how much you’ve wagered the day before. Spend £100 to get 10 spins that can reach up to 50 spins if you wagered £1,000. If you reach the requirement, you will receive your spins upon login.
    • Drops & Wins by Pragmatic Play: Until June 2025, you can either play qualifying games for a chance of random daily rewards or take part in weekly leaderboard competitions with rotating prizes.
    • Frequent Tournaments: VegasLand also runs other tournaments linked to a single game or provider. Some are based around seasonal events tied to holidays, but most of these competitions are based around a theme or game range and don’t last long.

Such lack of variety is hard to ignore, especially compared to brands that mix in reloads, cashback, or time-limited promotions more often.

We expected more variety and value from the VegasLand promotions – especially for existing customers. Spin rewards and tournaments can only go so far.

VegasLand lists over 3,000 games, which sounds like a lot on paper – and to be fair, it feels smaller than what we’ve seen at other online casinos that focus on the usual three: slots, table games, and live casino. There’s also no clear section for Slingo, scratch cards are missing entirely, and so are arcade games.

It’s obvious VegasLand puts a clear effort to show off the popular titles first, with game icons placed around the edges of the main list. We liked the idea, it gives easy access to your favourites and good suggestions if you don’t know what to play. Sadly, several of these icons didn’t load properly during testing. We kept hitting dead links or error messages. When you see this kind of visual layout, you expect it to work – and here, it doesn’t fully deliver.

You’ll find no filtering tools on the website, there’s no way to sort by provider, volatility, or themes. The search bar only accepts exact titles, and if you make a typo or can’t remember the name, it won’t suggest anything close. Pretty bummed about that.

Games don’t come with an info panel either. There’s no RTP list, no quick summary of the game’s structure, and no feature overview. The only way to learn more is to launch it. And even then, not every game explains itself well. Demo mode is available, but you need to log in first – fair enough, though some UK players might expect to test titles before creating an account.

Performance-wise, this is where VegasLand does better. Load times rarely passed the 10-second mark, and we didn’t face any lag while switching games or menus. No crashes were noted during the game tests either.

Let’s see what are the top games for each category at VegasLand Casino.

    Slot Games

VegasLand has a large number of 3,000+ games from many great developers but we still think the variety is lacking compared to other sites. It Offers Megaways, video, and Drops & Wins slots but seems to miss out on progressive jackpot games.

    Slot Options at VegasLand

I started with Savannah Legend because it was listed as a popular slot, the game looks great and I like the features of the bonus round. Next, I went back to Gonzo’s Quest, another featured game. The gameplay was great, love the cascading reel and multiplier combo. I picked Wild Wildebeest Wins as one of the Drops & Wins slots. I didn’t love the £0.40 minimum stake, but the design is great and I like the variable free spins rewards. Wild Fury Jackpots was my go-to to see among the fixed jackpot games. The design is basic but I like the variable jackpots. Lastly, I tested Fluffy Favourites Slingo as it seemed interesting enough. I liked that you get to choose when to spin in each round but the 5 Slingo minimum is way too high.

    Table Games

There are only 17 standard table games at VegasLand which are limited to blackjack and roulette – nothing more. Quite disappointing.

Game Title Developer RTP Release Date
Blackjack European Red Rake 99.34% 2018
    European Roulette Pro Play’n Go 97.30% 2018
3D European Roulette Iron Dog Studio 97.30% 2017

    Table Games at VegasLand

I played Ultra Warp Roulette, which was one of the few table games highlighted on the site. The gameplay was fast and I like the increased win multipliers.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Live Casino

Live games are handled far better at VegasLand. The selection is great, there are around 148 titles: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and a few game shows. The stream quality was strong, and the providers behind these games – including Authentic and Pragmatic Play, bring in professional dealers.

Game Title Developer RTP Release Date
Infinite Blackjack Evolution Gaming 99.51% 2018
Super Stake Roulette StakeLogic 97.29% 2022
Funky Time Evolution Gaming 95.99% 2023

    Live Games at VegasLand

I tried XXL Roulette since it was marketed as live near the casino. I like that the game is played in an actual casino from Manchester 235 – the atmosphere felt genuine and the pace was better than studio-only versions. Then I checked out Super Wheel Game Show as it was one of the newer additions. The variety of bonus games is good and I like the presence of the “Risky 100” that offers 100x your bet.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

VegasLand runs well and has a large live casino, but it’s held back by its limited sorting tools and slots selection. It’s not bad, but it feels quite dry.

    Mobile Optimisation

VegasLand doesn’t have an app, which we confirmed with support after we couldn’t find one in the Play Store. You’ll have to use the browser site if you want to play on your phone.

Since there’s no app, I tested the mobile version through a browser instead. The mobile site is very similar to the desktop site in design and layout. Most of the key functions were within easy reach – deposits, games, and promotions didn’t take more than a couple of taps. Load times were fast, and games opened just as quickly as they did on the desktop. The biggest issue I had were the four menu icons at the bottom of the screen, which looked stretched out like they’ve been poorly proportioned and it gives the site a cheap feel.

VegasLand supports seven withdrawal methods, all well known options. The minimum cashout is £10 and there’s no withdrawal fee, though it’d help if the casino mentioned their existence or lack of somewhere on the website. VegasLand processes cashout requests within four to eight hours, which isn’t instant, but is perfectly acceptable. Other VegasLand reviews confirm that.

Keep in mind! The system only accepts whole numbers for withdrawal amounts. If your balance is £19.99, you’ll only be allowed to withdraw £19. There’s no alert or message explaining this – the input field simply won’t let you type. Something like this should be clearly communicated, not left for players to figure out the hard way. A very bad practice.

    Withdrawals at VegasLand Casino

My withdrawable balance was £7.76, but the system showed it as £7 and wouldn’t let me type anything into the amount field. There was no message telling me the issue was the decimal. I had to deposit another £10 just to meet the minimum. Once I submitted the request, I got a prompt asking for verification.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    KYC

As you can see, verification isn’t always triggered at sign-up, but it kicks in if something in your profile can’t be confirmed automatically. VegasLand has a document upload section within your account and separate help articles that explain the process. The system tracks your upload status so you’re not left guessing.

Once I sent in the withdrawal request, the site asked for ID and address verification. There was no need to take any live photos or use my phone, I managed to upload all documents with ease through my laptop using the account portal. The request went through and showed as pending while they checked my documents. The ID cleared quickly in under 1 minute, but the address doc needed to be manually verified.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

The payout speed felt fair, and we liked the payment variety. However the poor communication and restrictions did hurt the overall positive opinion. Clarity should come first, always.

VegasLand support options include only email, live chat, and a FAQ to work with – no phone line. Both email and live casino are available 24/7, so you can contact them whenever, though email can take longer as tou’ll be waiting a few hours for a response.

The FAQ section is very detailed, but it’s not easy to use. Once you click on the big? button, you will be presented with a list of 6 options, top 5 are all categories like Deposits and Bonus Policy which offer a shortened FAQ on that topic.

Once you click on one you have to click the “VegasLand Support” link at the top of the pop-up which isn’t intuitive. Number 6 is the actual FAQ section; questions are spread out in one long list, so you have to scroll through them to find the question that pertains to your issue among the list of 40+. This is made even more difficult as there’s no search function available, use your browser search instead. We did like that most answers provide a good amount of detail and are a useful resource though, no complaints about that.

I had to look around to even find the live chat as it’s not shown on the Contact Us page – only buried behind a tiny icon under My Account. Upon typing out my question, I had to give my name, date of birth, and email before I could even submit it, which felt redundant. It took about 20 minutes to connect to someone. Once I did, the agent replied every few minutes and seemed polite throughout. Their written English wasn’t perfect, but I could easily understand what they were saying and I got clear answers to my questions in the end.

    Support at VegasLand Casino

VegasLand’s support is okay, but the way it’s set up is very inconvenient, it should be easier to get help.

    Sports Section

VegasLand doesn’t just focus on casino games – it takes its sportsbook seriously too. Their online platform runs on the BtoBet system, here you can find over 40 sports and plenty of markets across both local and global events. Odds hover around a 94% payout rate, which puts it just above average, tennis odds stood out in particular for being more favourable.

You’ll find most major sports covered, from football and rugby to snooker and basketball, along with bet types like singles, combos, accumulators, and even jackpot bets. It’s easy to switch the odds display between decimal, fractional, and American formats. Live betting is also an option here, but don’t expect to see some useful extras like live stats and streaming at VegasLand.

The layout has a lot: a bet builder, popular events, time filters, and an in-play section that updates in real time. That said, the interface could benefit from more breathing room – it’s functional, but a bit too tightly packed.

    Sportsbook Promotions

Sports bettors won’t find many extras at VegasLand right now. At the time of writing, there’s only one offer on the table – and that’s the sportsbook new customer offer.

To get it, you need to deposit £10 or more and place a £10 bet at minimum odds of 2.00 (1/1), then you’ll receive a £10 bet token.

There’s no loyalty club or regular free bets available for ongoing players. That said, we’ve seen casinos like this bring out more short-term promotions during major sports events, so check back during big tournaments.

    Review Verdict

We don’t think VegasLand is a bad place, but it still has some noticeable flaws. For one they run a decent lineup of over 3,000 titles, which is on the lower side from what we usually see on casino focused, doesn’t quite match its chosen name. The game performance is consistent; everything loaded quickly, always nice to see.

The welcome package is split across three deposits, which isn’t ideal for everyone, but it still gives something to work with if you’re planning to stick around. And since the Welcome Packages aren’t that common, it makes VegasLand look a bit more special. Deposits and withdrawals were fast, we just wish VegasLand started using game filters as the lack of these is hard to ignore.

There’s definitely room for improvement, but for players who value both betting and casino games on a single website, VegasLand gets the basics right. Withdrawals are handled quickly, support was polite if a little hard to reach, and the site runs well across devices. This isn’t a flashy brand, but it’s steady, reliable, and built around the essentials that matter most. If that’s what you’re after, we’d say give VegasLand a go.

    • Three-part welcome bonus with spins
    • Over 3,000 games from trusted providers
    • Sportsbook with 40+ sports and bet types
    • Great payment method variety
    • No game filters or search by provider
    • Confusing FAQ layout
    • Can’t withdraw decimal amounts like £19.99
