The phone system is different. Rather than a support number, you can request a callback from a team member. Nice in theory, since it means no hold music. Still, the four-hour callback window is brutal when players need quick answers.

Text support did better. We shot them a message and got an answer in about an hour. The staff stayed professional both ways. It’s also nice that both phone and live chat work 24/7. It would be much better if the response time was prompt.

Then, I tried sending an email to [email protected]. There was a standard 24-hour wait, but the reply covered everything I asked about. It’s extremely useful for complicated queries that need proper explaining.

It’s nice to see that all methods can be accessed at any time of the day, 24/7 and by any user, registered or not. But multiple contact options mean nothing if you can’t get quick help when needed. Parimatch really needs to speed up its response times across the board, and that’s our only criticism of their Customer Care.
