The interface is incredibly basic, and we like their logo, but all the text is in Arial, which makes the site look like an out-of-the-box template rather than something distinctive. We also didn’t like the excessive white spaces on the sides; these could have been utilised much better.

I went to put their Chat through a test. Once I hit the button, I entered the conversation with Marcus, an AI bot whose purpose is to answer questions before the casino passes them to a human agent. If the bot fails to answer your question, you will be redirected to an agent. Immediately I was presented with an estimated waiting time, which was an hour (tested at 5pm). This is significantly longer than most other casinos, at least it took me less than 5 mins to connect once the wait time was due.

I asked the agent about payment fees, iOS app availability, and support options. Responses took another five to ten minutes each, as the agent had to check details frequently. They were polite but didn’t always give clear answers, which wasn’t too helpful.
