The UK market welcomes dozens of new online casinos each year, and Ivy Casino is among the latest arrivals. While its size and approach differ from industry heavyweights, it has drawn attention with its early recognition in industry circles. This Ivy Casino review will take you through its strengths and weaknesses so you know what to expect.
Ivy Casino is a very recent addition to the iGaming market, having launched in 2024. The casino is operated by Betable Limited, a company registered and licensed in Great Britain.
While new, Ivy Casino has already been noticed. In 2025, it was shortlisted at the SBC Awards for the category “Rising Star in Casino”. Given how many online casinos there are and the amount that are being launched, that’s quite an achievement.
That said, compared to long-established competitors, it is still a small-scale venture, with a limited catalogue of games; it’s up to the player if they will be satisfied with that. There are no active sister sites at the moment, so this makes Ivy Casino the only running website of Betable Ltd.

About Ivy Casino Company
Ivy Casino has maintained a clean record so far. While some players are curious about who owns Ivy Casino, the company has not been fined by the UKGC, and independent monitoring sites have not listed it among operators flagged for misconduct. No reports of payment issues or unfair practices have surfaced, which is a positive sign for a business in its first years of operation.
Ivy Casino operates under licence 23328 from the UK Gambling Commission. The details are shown clearly at the bottom of the site, with a link to the official UKGC register.
The safer gambling page is short, but includes the main tools. Players can set deposit limits, trigger reality checks, take temporary breaks, use self-exclusion through GAMSTOP, or complete a self-assessment. The information is presented in collapsible menus, which makes it easy to browse, but some may find the guidance too brief.
Links to external support are included as well as per UKGC requirements. BeGambleAware, GamCare, and GAMSTOP are all listed, giving players direct access to outside help. Ivy Casino also highlights the legal age limit, stating that accounts are for players aged 18 and over, and encourages reporting if someone underage is suspected of using the site.
The casino uses encryption to protect personal data and financial details. What it does not provide is two-factor authentication, which is not required by law, but would be a useful tool.

Security and Licensing at Ivy Casino
Ivy Casino is a perfectly legit website, it’s not blacklisted anywhere and it follows all the regulations required from the UK online casino.
Ivy Casino gives off a simple and tidy look from the start. The dark background paired with green highlights is a nice combination; we quite like it.
The layout itself is pretty intuitive. At the top, you see links to the games and promotions, while a side menu gives access to more areas like help and general information. Scrolling further down leads to a short About Us section that also has a small general FAQ.
At the bottom, a footer that has all the standard links. These are arranged into columns, but the headings blend in too much, so it takes a moment longer than it should to spot what you want.
The registration process at Ivy Casino is incredibly easy. Everything takes place on one page, and the forms are really easy to follow. It took me less than 60 seconds from start to finish. If you don’t tick the box to receive marketing, you’ll be prompted a second time after clicking the register button. This is the only slight annoyance I had.

Ivy Casino gives players six ways to top up their balance. That number is fine, but we expected more, especially since many UK casinos bring in a wider set of eWallets. We were surprised that there’s no PayPal, Skrill, or Neteller, but MuchBetter is present.
There are no minimums or maximums displayed on the deposit page, and only after typing in an amount outside the range does the system correct it. This makes it harder to min-max your spending.
On the bright side, the minimums are reasonable, at £10, though the £2,000 cap per transaction is on the lower end for a UK casino. Deposits are processed instantly, and there are no extra fees.

Deposits at Ivy Casino
I added £15 with a Visa card. After entering the amount, I had to verify the transaction via Visa Secure. Once confirmed, the deposit showed in my balance within seconds, and I had the confirmation email waiting in my inbox right after.

Ivy Casino makes depositing quick and painless, but the narrow choice of methods remind us that this place still has some growth to do.
Ivy Casino puts its weight behind a single welcome deal that looks competitive when compared with other UK casinos, but the regular promotions leave much less to be excited about. No deposit bonus is absent, so the only way to claim a starting boost is through the first deposit. A loyalty programme isn’t present here either.

Ivy Casino has a catalogue of just over 500 games from 11 providers. In a UK market where some casinos list thousands, that number feels very small. Slots take up most of the space, with Slingo alongside them. Table games and live dealer options are there too, but far fewer than at bigger casinos.
The way the library is organised adds to the problem. The only visible tabs are “Slots” and “Slingo.”
Not a fan of the layout of the game library. There is no section for table games or live casino games, despite the site offering more than 60 different titles. You’re forced to scroll through the list of “All Games” or use the search function.
The search function says that you can search for both games and providers, but whenever I look for providers nothing appears on the screen, even for those that are listed at the bottom of the site.

Some games do come with detailed information pages. Popular titles include RTP values and breakdowns of mechanics, which is useful if you want to know the numbers before you play. Less popular titles, however, have no detail at all. Demo play is missing too, so you cannot try games without depositing first.
Game performance was mixed; playing on mobile was great as I didn’t face any long delays or performance issues.
On PC I found that games would sometimes take a long time to load (20 seconds+). Also had some minor lag, particularly when playing slot games. I had an audio issue when playing a Slingo game, could be an issue with headphones as sound came back after disconnecting and reconnecting to my laptop.

Below you can see the main game categories and their short overview.
| Game Types | Quantities | Most Popular Game |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 400+ | Big Bass Splash |
| Slingo | 60+ | |
| Table Games | 10 | 20p Roulette |
| Live Games | 150+ | Immersive Roulette Deluxe |
Game Types at Ivy Casino
Disappointingly limited selection of options. The brand does offer a range of Megaways, Jackpot, Drops & Wins, and video slots, but the variety isn’t as great as other sites.
| Game Name | Developer | RTP | Release Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Big Bass Splash | Reel Kingdom | 95.67% | 2022 |
| The Dog House | Pragmatic Play | 95.51% | 2019 |
| Book of Tut | Pragmatic Play | 94.50% | 2020 |
Slot Options at Ivy Casino
Went for Beez Kneez, the game didn’t offer a lot of bonus features, and I found the design all too basic. Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways was my second stop. I liked the Megaways feature here, but the visuals and sound design were pretty plain.
Jordan Conroy Editor
The site does not have a dedicated table games section, which is disappointing. Options are limited to blackjack and roulette variants with no niche options available.
| Game Name | Developer | RTP | Release Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20p Roulette | Inspired Gaming | 97.30% | 2015 |
| 10p Roulette | G.Games | 97.30% | 2018 |
| Platinum Roulette | Playtech | 97.30% | – |
Table Games at Ivy Casino
Tried Blackjack. The game looks good and runs smoothly; I would like to see lower betting options to make it more accessible.
Jordan Conroy Editor
Again, disappointed that the site doesn’t have a dedicated Live Casino section. Limited to table games, can’t find any game shows or modern games.
| Game Name | Developer | RTP | Release Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Immersive Roulette Deluxe | Pragmatic Play | 97.30% | – |
| Blackjack Azure | Pragmatic Play | 99.59% | 2020 |
| Speed Blackjack | Pragmatic Play | 99.59% | – |
Live Games at Ivy Casino
Decided to test Speed Roulette, a fast-paced roulette variant. The studio looks great, the dealer was professional, and the pace of play was quick. Also liked that you could bet from £0.10.
Jordan Conroy Editor
Good selection of options with a variety of themes and gameplay features. Even offers some games that I haven’t seen on other sites.
| Game Name | Developer | RTP | Release Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Book of Slingo | Gaming Realms | 96.38% | 2021 |
| Slingo Classic | Gaming Realms | 95.00% | 2020 |
| Slingo Tetris | Gaming Realms | 94.07% | 2023 |
Slingo Games at Ivy Casino
Played Slingo Shark Week. The design is cool, but I don’t like that you need to hit 5 Slingos to win a prize.

Ivy Casino game library is very small for a modern UK casino. Adding more titles would go a long way, as well as introducing some new categorisation.
Ivy Casino has an app, and it looks almost identical to the desktop site with its black and green design. The app is well reviewed on Android (3.8) and iOS (5), although iOS only has one review.
iOS has two possible apps; Ivy Casino and The Ivy Casino, so it’s important that you choose the right option.
I downloaded the Android version from Google Play and the whole process took about three seconds. My first impression wasn’t great, as some of the text overlapped in the “cookie pop-up” that appears at the bottom of the screen. Beyond that the app looks great, it has an identical colour design to the desktop site.
The app is easy to navigate around; important features can be found in the quick access bar and everything else is easily accessible from the menu in the top-left corner. Moving between pages was instant, zero loading times.
Game performance on mobile was excellent. Games took less than 10 seconds to load each time. Didn’t come up with any lag or performance issues; everything ran smoothly.

Ivy Casino limits withdrawals to four methods. Each one has a £10 minimum, which is the average and there are no fees applied to either. You can expect your cashouts to be processed within 24 hours, although some Ivy Casino reviews on Trustpilot point out that the delays do happen. The site is also compatible with Visa Fast Funds.
| Method | Min Withdrawal | Withdrawal Time | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £10 | None | |
| Mastercard | £10 | None | |
| PayByBank | £10 | None | |
| MuchBetter | £10 | None |
Withdrawals at Ivy Casino
Harder to find the Withdrawal page; have to use the menu or click on the Account button in the top-right corner. The list of available options can be found in the drop-down menu. I like that you can see your withdrawable balance on the withdrawal screen, which makes it easier to know what you can cash out. The whole thing took less than 20 seconds to complete.

Verification is handled early in the process, with Ivy attempting to check accounts automatically during registration. If the automatic check does not go through, the casino asks for proof of address and identity. FAQ has several questions on the topic of verification, but doesn’t outline how you should submit your documentation.
After creating my account I received an email stating that the site had completed the verification checks and that my account was verified.
Jordan Conroy Editor
Withdrawal time at Ivy Casino is pretty fast once the request is made, but the small set of methods keep the cashier from competing with the stronger UK brands. Visa Fast Funds is a positive addition for debit users, though the absence of popular digital wallets still makes Ivy feel outdated.
Ivy Casino relies on two support channels: live chat and email. That’s enough to cover most situations, though it doesn’t feel as complete as brands that add a phone line or social media help. The FAQ is also there, but the way it’s built makes it harder to use than it should be.
Live chat is the quicker way to reach the team. It sits in the menu or the footer, and the first screen brings up a bot before you can get to an agent. That extra step feels unnecessary if you’re already logged in, as the casino should have your details on file. Once past that, the response time is strong.
I tested the chat myself and was connected in under half a minute, even though the wait screen said one to three minutes. I asked about withdrawals and Google Pay, and replies came in less than a minute each time. The answers were clear, but the style was short and scripted rather than conversational. It solved my problem, but it didn’t feel very personal.
Jordan Conroy Editor
Email is the slower method, though it can be useful for issues that aren’t urgent. The address is easy to find, and the system sends you a ticket confirmation straight away so you know your query is in the queue.
I sent an email about verification mid-morning. Within a minute I had the ticket, and then a second reply asking me to send personal details before they could answer. Once I replied with those, the actual response came through the same day. It explained what I needed, but the back-and-forth slowed things down. Asking for those details upfront would make the process much easier.
Jordan Conroy Editor
The FAQ section has around 27 entries. Some questions are covered well, but others are too short, and with no search box or index you’re left scrolling down the page to find what you need.
| Support Method | Availability | Response Time |
|---|---|---|
| Live Chat | Yes | ~30 seconds |
| Yes | Few hours | |
| Phone | No | – |
| FAQ | Yes | Self-service |
Support at Ivy Casino
Live chat is the fastest and most practical way to get help at Ivy Casino. Email works fine for non-urgent issues, but the process could be more convenient. The lack of phone support and a clunky FAQ leave the help desk behind stronger competitors.
Ivy Casino comes across as a compact site that keeps things fairly simple. With just over 500 titles, the library feels small by UK standards. On the payments side, the picture is similar, not much options. Bonuses start well with a welcome bonus, but beyond that there’s not much. Put together, it’s a site that functions cleanly enough but lacks the depth or flexibility you’ll find elsewhere.
Here are the good and the bad aspects of Ivy Casino.

I entered the amount that gave me free spins, but I tried everything to find them, but I was completely unsuccessful. I took a break, checked again, and it said I had spent my free spins, even though I had not. I'm upset that it said I had finished everything, so proceed with caution.

So here’s what happened to me… I put in £3.3k at Ivy Casino, built it up to around £3.9k. Not bad, yeah? Then outta nowhere, they shut it all down – said it was "3rd party gambling." I sent in docs, account was fully verified, all in my name. They wouldn’t give me an IBAS number either. Still waiting on any real explanation.
