    Heart Bingo Review

Heart Bingo puts its own spin on the usual products you see from BV Gaming. This place really breaks away from what you usually find there. Despite having ‘bingo’ in its name, the site doesn't skimp on regular casino games, in fact, they are actually the main star of the show there. If you liked the BV brand for betting, you will sadly have to skip on this one as the sportsbook is completely gone here. We will cover the games, bonuses, how long does Heart Bingo take to pay out and more in our Heart Bingo review. Now, let's see what makes this gambling site worth checking out beyond just its familiar brand name.

    Who Owns Heart Bingo

BV Gaming Limited now runs Heart Bingo after they purchased it from Gamesys in 2021. This change brought faster site performance and modern design updates while keeping several popular Gamesys features. The successful blend of improvements earned Heart Bingo numerous WhichBingo Awards, including Best Pragmatic Play Bingo in 2024, plus Best Customer Service, Best Mobile Bingo Site, and Best Pragmatic Play Bingo Site in 2023.

Unlike its sister sites, Betano and Parimatch, with their sports focus, Heart Bingo switched to bingo rooms and casino games. Despite its name, slots and game shows do take centre stage on the website, pushing actual bingo content to the background. Still, the core BV Gaming structure shows through in familiar features, most notably the limited payment methods we always had an issue with here at Gamblizard.

Recent history includes a significant setback. BV Gaming paid a £2.8 million fine in 2022 after UKGC regulators found gaps in money laundering prevention and player protection measures. Quick cooperation with authorities kept the brand off blacklists, yet this incident needs attention from anyone considering the site.

Bingo room numbers remain modest with relatively quiet lobbies, despite the site’s name, which is quite ironic. The massive slots and game show selection outshines sister brands Betano and Parimatch, but core BV Gaming restrictions persist – particularly those tight payment method limits. Regular bingo players might prefer other sites like Heart Bingo, with more rooms and higher player counts. For those who fancy slots and game shows, this place will work perfectly fine.

It’s worth mentioning that licensing at Heart Bingo runs deeper than at other BV Gaming options. The site holds three licenses instead of the usual one – starting with their UK Gambling Commission permit (Account No. 39576) that covers bingo rooms, casino games, and betting on both real and virtual events. They also hold two additional licenses from Gibraltar (No. 001 and 014) and Ireland (No. 1010233), meaning more rules to follow and more protections for players. The casino has put all these numbers on its main page, linking them to official regulator websites for anyone who wants to double-check.

The site has built player protection right into the sign-up process. Before they even get to top-up, players are asked to set their deposit limits. Heart Bingo does a good job explaining how these work exactly. You have an option to set those up later on too.

The responsible gaming section really showcases that Heart Bingo has covered a lot of ground when it comes to player protection. Gamblers can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, take short breaks with time-outs, or step away completely with self-exclusion. The site also partners with major support organisations: Gamcare runs a 24/7 helpline for anyone struggling with gambling, while Gamstop can block access to all UK gambling sites at once. Heart Bingo also lists all the links/contact methods of responsible gambling organisations like Gamblers Anonymous and Gordon Moody Rehab among others right in the ‘Additional Help’ section.

Heart Bingo goes beyond just linking to help – they’ve created guides that can help players control their gambling activity and notice the potential problems they might be having. The site explains how gambling actually works, breaking down common myths that might lead to problems. They’ve also added practical solutions, like instructions for using Gamblock and Betblocker to restrict gambling access, plus tips for stopping gambling ads on social media. The site even maintains a current list of UK banks offering gambling blocks on their accounts, helping players use every available tool to stay in control.

As with all other casinos, a player’s age gets automatically verified upon registration (which isn’t long per se) and you will be asked about additional documents if the website finds an issue with your data. Underage gambling isn’t allowed at Heart Bingo, and every account that violates that rule will be banned for good.

Behind the scenes, SSL encryption protects everything moving through the site – personal info, banking details, and all transactions. The account dashboard updates in real time, showing exactly what’s going on in and out of player accounts. Unfortunately, finding specific features in the responsible gaming section takes some learning at first, but everything’s there when players need it. It took quite a while for me to get my head behind that, but ultimately I got used to that. When you first click on Safer Gambling, you get quite a small section, scroll up, and you notice a new bar pop-up on top. Here you can actually browse through the Safer Gambling section.

That said, as we just brought up, BV Gaming’s history with player protection isn’t spotless. In 2022, the UK Gambling Commission found problems with their anti-money laundering and player protection systems. The company paid £2.8 million in fines and had to upgrade their procedures. Heart Bingo managed to avoid direct involvement in these issues, keeping their own operations clean throughout.

    Security Aspects at Heart Bingo

Heart Bingo puts up solid barriers between players and potential problems. Those three licenses they got a hold of mean more official eyes watching what happens on the site. Every safety tool works as intended, though the menus need a clearer layout. The site takes the right steps with encryption and money protection but lacks two-factor authentication, a basic security feature in 2024. BV Gaming’s past troubles raised red flags, but Heart Bingo came through clean and fixed what needed fixing. Their focus on prevention and player support sets good standards, even with room for technical improvements.

    First Impression and Usability

Heart Bingo’s home page caught my attention straight away, but not because it’s particularly pretty as it’s quite basic with no particular theme, though the red/white colour scheme looks bright and adds a fun game show vibe that does fit its offerings. I viewed the website during the pre-holiday season, and the navigation bars were decorated with snowflakes on the banner, a neat small decoration.

Moving around the site felt different from what I expected given my past gameplay with BV Gaming websites, unlike their usual cramped designs, here everything is actually spaced out properly, probably a homage to their past owner. That top section with the menu button and account controls makes total sens,e and everything important sits right where it should. Below that, switching between bingo, slots, and other game types took zero effort. Unsurprisingly, rotating promo banners made their way here too, but they did not get in the way while still showing me what deals were available.

That side menu surprised me in a good way. Sure, it has all the usual stuff like game categories and help sections, but finding things like raffles and Heart Radio made it feel less cookie-cutter than other casinos. Heart Bingo has two search bars which seemed weird at first, but it worked out – one was perfect for quick searches, while the other was for some customised look-ups. My only real gripe came from closing the menu on the desktop. Who thought making players aim for a tiny red strip was a good idea? Just let me click anywhere else to close it like it usually works.

About the game section itself – this is where things get interesting. Most casinos slap a huge bar of game types across the top, but Heart Bingo tucked all that into the side menu instead. Made the page look cleaner, sure, but meant more scrolling to find specific games. That filtering system almost makes up for it, though. Hit the ‘Categories’ button next to the main search bar to mix and match search options by features, themes, and providers. This can aid you in finding some specific options, yes including particular game types.

Those game thumbnails with their flip animation look pretty slick. Hovering over games to see their details feels natural, even if it made my browser chug a bit when looking through tons of games at once. At least the deposit button stayed put while I browsed – nothing worse than hunting through menus just to add more funds.

Down in the footer section, they actually put useful stuff instead of just the usual legal text. Game guides change based on what section you’re in, plus there’s those top-10 lists that helped me find new games to try. They even threw in a quick FAQ that answered most of my basic questions.

Unfortunately, despite the positives, this whole setup screams “made for phones first,” which isn’t necessarily bad but definitely shows on desktops. Some things just feel slightly off when using a mouse instead of swiping. Still beats having to learn two different layouts, though – everything works the same way no matter what device you’re on.

    heart bingo navigation bar

During actual gameplay, every title I tried ran without any technical issues. Games loaded quickly, no matter what kind of game I picked. Moving between different sections felt quick enough, though that slight lag while browsing large game collections carried over into the actual gaming windows sometimes. Nothing game-breaking – just noticeable enough to mention.

    Key Features of Heart Bingo

Heart Bingo’s interface strikes a careful balance between simplicity and functionality. The mobile-oriented approach creates some awkward moments on the desktop, and the side menu needs better controls, but these minor issues don’t take away from what matters – finding and playing games easily. The clean layout and thoughtful organisation of features show that keeping things simple can work better than adding bells and whistles everywhere. While there’s room for improvement in certain areas, the foundation here serves its purpose well.

Let’s just say right off the bat Heart Bingo’s payment options feel too limited in 2025. Players can use Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, but there are no PayPal or other digital wallets that most expect to find. The basics work well enough – deposits start from £5, which is pretty rare, and the limits go up to £30,000 for debit cards, £40,000 for Google Pay, and £1,000 for Apple Pay. No fees apply, and deposits are processed instantly, but all this sadly doesn’t compensate for that limited variety.

Method Min Deposit Max Deposit Dep. Time
    Visa £5 N/A Instant
    Mastercard £5 N/A Instant
    Apple Pay £5 £1,000 Instant
    Google Pay £5 £40,000 Instant

    Deposits at Heart Bingo

I usually deposit using my debit card, so I picked Visa as my payment method, entered my card details, and confirmed the amount. Something odd happened next, though – a verification screen appeared but never asked me for the one-time password Ihad prepared. My money still appeared in the account within seconds.

    heart bingo deposit

The deposit process itself couldn’t be simpler. To begin, hit the deposit button on the homepage; it will open up a clean deposit form. Here, pick your payment method of choice and enter the amount you want to top up. New accounts can be deposited right after creation, while verification happens behind the scenes in most cases. A chat button stays available at the bottom of the banking page for any problems, though the basic process rarely needs explanation.

Heart Bingo’s payment methods fall short of modern standards. Four payment options cannot cover the needs of players, and the absence of PayPal particularly affects those who prefer not to use their bank cards directly. Yes, the available methods process deposits reliably, but this doesn’t make the reality of severely restricted banking choices any better. So, consider these limitations carefully before anything else.

Heart Bingo offers bonuses from the moment players create an account. In fact, upon registration, you will be asked to choose and opt in for one of the two main welcome deals or proceed without one. And besides those, there are a lot of existing player deals for both casino and bingo. Deals here are mainly focused on bingo, though actual casino games get the majority of player traffic. Slots do get their share of bonuses, too, though. The Heart Bingo promo code is not required for any of the current deals.

    Sign Up Bonus

The Heart Bingo welcome offer is a combination of bingo tickets and slot spins. New users receive 300 bingo tickets worth £30 for the Heart Bonanza Bingo Room plus 100 free spins on the Make Me a Millionaire slot. I chose this bonus during my registration as it offered a good mix of both gaming types.

To unlock these rewards, you need to create an account and select this offer from the Promos section. The next step requires a £10 deposit that must go into bingo games within the first week. One concern I have is how the bonus is credited. Unlike getting a bonus via a pop-up window, as I expected, I had to go to the bonus page itself in order to claim it. The reward was credited right away, but this part confused me a little.

Both parts of the bonus last seven days from activation, which is a reasonable timeframe to me. What made this deal different to me was the lack of wagering requirements – any wins from tix or spins turned into withdrawable cash instantly.

    Bingo Welcome Bonus

Heart Bingo’s other welcome package loads up new players with 400 tickets for the Bubble Wild Room. Worth £40 in total, these tickets open doors to one of the site’s most popular rooms. The monthly £500 prize draw adds proper value beyond just tickets – a shot at bigger wins right from the start. Getting this sign up bonus needs a bit of commitment, though. Players must drop £15 first, then play through that amount on bingo games. The seven-day window after registration keeps things moving, but that’s plenty of time to test some proper bingo sessions. It’s not the biggest welcome package out there, but those prize draw entries make it more interesting than standard ticket bundles.

Play £5 and Get £20 on Bingo

This, yet another starter deal, keeps things dead simple. Deposit £5, play it on either bingo or slots within the first week, and 200 tickets for the Heart Bonanza Room land in your account. No complicated rules here – wins from these tix convert to real money right away. None of the wagering reqs to deal with. The seven-day ticket validity means plenty of chances to find good games. Heart Bonanza Room runs regular sessions throughout the day too, so using up those tickets comes easy. The prize here was quite too small for my liking, though and too bingo-focused.

    Play £10 and Get £50

Heart Bingo’s fourth new customer offer is rather similar to the promo we discussed above but is actually half-targeted towards casino players. Drop £10, play it through on either bingo or slots in week one, and grab 500 tickets for Heart Bonanza room plus 25 spins on their Heart Bonanza slot. Both parts pay real cash wins with no wagering rules. You have seven days to use everything once it lands, so keep that in mind. While still providing something for slot spinners, once again a Heart Bingo welcome deal is aimed at bingo users first and foremost.

    Heart of Gold Wheel

Slot players can get daily shots at extra prizes through this wheel bonus. Opt-in to the deal and spend £20 on selected slots in one day to earn a spin on the Exclusive Heart of Gold Wheel. The rewards actually are pretty worthwhile too – cash prizes from £5 up to £100, bonus funds specifically for Gold Vault Roulette, or free spins across popular games like Finn’s Golden Tavern and Deal or No Deal Megaways. As with most of the deals on Heart Bingo, this one comes with a 7-day limit on bonuses/spins. Luckily, there are no wagering requirements attached here either, so you can use your wins straight away.

    Heart of Gold Super Wheel

Big spenders get bigger rewards with this amped-up version of the original Heart of Gold Wheel, but it does come at a higher cost. Play through £100 in selected slots in a day to receive properly decent prizes.

As you can see, it works similarly to its counterpart, but you do get more out of it. The cash rewards double up to £200, free spins packages grow to 100 spins, and bonus funds can hit £50. Same seven-day window to use whatever drops, but the potential makes it worth chasing for high spenders. The bonus spins land on good games, too and even the bonus funds stick to quality games like Gold Vault Roulette.

    Wild Wednesday Box

Midweek brings mystery boxes to slot fans at Heart. Drop £50 on any slot during Wednesday for a guaranteed prize box. These run all day long, perfect for fitting around work hours. From those, you can get between 5 and 20 free spins on games like Primate King Megaways, slot bonuses from £1 to £5, or straight cash up to £50. Everything pays real money too, with no wagering rules attached. The 7-day expiry period applies here too, but with prizes converting straight to withdrawable cash, most players won’t need the full week.

    Drops and Wins

Daily tournaments meet random prizes in this one promo brought to many casinos by Pragmatic Play. Players just need to open qualifying games and hit “JOIN ALL” to get started and place a qualifying wager, too of course. Still, no promo code for existing users is required to claim the deal. Once you’re done with a deposit, you can get rewards from both random prize drops throughout the day and weekly tourneys. The tournament setup rewards actual skill – the top 3,500 places get paid based on win multipliers versus bet size. Meanwhile, about £30,000 in daily prizes gets spread across 6,500 random drops. It could be multipliers, bonus spins, or instant cash – the prize pool updates every minute right in the game. And the best part is, there are no wagering requirements on anything you win here. Plus, the deal is recurring, so even if you miss this one, it will surely pop-up again at some point.

    Feel Good Free Wheel

Everyone loves a proper freebie, and this daily wheel delivers exactly that. No deposit is needed, and there are no gameplay requirements – just opt in and give it a spin between midnight and midnight. The prizes stay modest but worthwhile – up to 10 free spins on Gold Train, up to 6 tickets for Heart Bonanza Bingo, general slot bonuses, or even a straight £10 in cash. Nothing to complain about here, given the deal is free; you’re not guaranteed a reward, but why not try it out anyway.

    Pick ‘n’ Mix Box

Daily bingo players have an opportunity to crack open reward boxes based on how much they wager. The basic box needs £5 played through and might land 6 free tickets, some bonus cash, or between £2 and £5 real money. If you have more to spend: the £10 box doubles up to 12 tickets or cash up to a tenner. Gamblers dropping £20 see the best stuff: 24 tickets, £4 bingo bonus, or up to £20 cash. Video bingo doesn’t count toward these, mind, but regular rooms do fine. Same seven days to use whatever pops out.

    Other Deals

To accommodate the existing deals, Heart Bingo switches things up with seasonal stuff throughout the year. Christmas brings festive wheels; summer sees special prize boxes – that sort of thing. Nothing groundbreaking, but it adds some variety to the usual bonuses. The same rules apply generally – seven days to use rewards, similar claiming steps to regular promos. They also run tournaments, and a lot of them are run to the point that half of the promo section can become just tourneys. Sometimes, they even run deals that offer free games players can try out. The rewards are obviously smaller, but it’s still worth a shot.

    No Deposit Bonus

Heart Bingo currently runs no sign up bonus with no deposit. However, the multiple welcome packages provide various ways to build bankroll through actual play. And then you have the Feel Good Free Wheel that requires no deposit but can provide you with rather good rewards if you do get lucky.

The bonus library at Heart Bingo looks bigger than it really is. Sure, there are loads of promos on paper, but most boil down to same-ish tournaments and leaderboards with limited prizes. The welcome offers stay modest – one of the smallest we’ve seen among UK sites, but at least it gives a fair shot at keeping some winnings. Bingo promos lead the pack here; slots get decent attention, too, while live casino fans draw the short straw. A nice thing is that plenty of bonuses pay in real cash without wagering strings attached, which is nice to see. Daily and weekly offers might feel rushed with those tight deadlines, but seasonal deals bring fresh bits without mucking up the basic structure. Alas, I found most of the deals quite overwhelming.

Heart Bingo runs a weekly club that benefits regular players. From Monday through Sunday, rewards stack up based on how much bingo you play. To qualify, deposit and wager £10, grab 15 tickets for Heart Bonanza Room. Keep playing to unlock more rewards – up to 150 extra tickets for another £150 wagered. That’s some proper progression system here. Tickets last seven days like usual, but that weekly reset means steady rewards for steady players. This deal isn’t big enough to be called a proper loyalty program, but it still gives some perks for the regular play.

Now let’s crack open all these gaming options you can utilise Heart Bingo bonus rewards on. With nearly 3,000 titles from providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Microgaming, the casino puts most of its chips on slots – over 2,700 of them. Table games are scattered throughout; live dealer rooms await those who prefer real dealers, plus some slingo titles and scratchers round out the selection.

Now, here’s something interesting about this BetVictor Gaming casino – unlike its sister sites, Heart Bingo does in fact include bingo and runs 11 proper bingo rooms. Games start every few minutes, and the rooms stay busy with players. Sure, dedicated bingo sites offer more rooms, but there’s enough here to keep bingo fans happy. Despite the name, slots and other standard casino games take the podium here, especially game shows. At one point, I even had a feeling this website would be better named Heart Game Shows instead of Heart Bingo.

The site splits everything between Bingo, Slots, Live Casino, Slingo, and Promo sections. Table games and jackpots get buried in the Slots section, so you need to dig through the Categories tool to find them, which is not the most intuitive.

Speaking of the interface, Heart Bingo clearly designed it with phone users in mind. The layout looks clean, with plenty of breathing room, but desktop players might scratch their heads at some design choices. Take the game categories – you’ll need to scroll sideways to see them all instead of getting a simple dropdown menu like most casinos offer. And then we have that sidebar that was clearly designed for swiping.

The filtering system proves particularly useful. Besides the usual search bar for finding specific games, there’s this nifty filter button that opens up tons of sorting options. Want to find high-volatility slots with an Ancient Egypt theme? Or maybe low-volatility games? The filters let you mix and match these criteria however you want. The downside is that these filters disappear when you hit the live casino or slingo sections. Over there, you’re stuck searching by game names only. I’d also like more feature filters; there’s no stuff like cascading reels etc there.

The game thumbnails look nice, with their flip animation showing extra details, though pages with lots of games can get a bit sluggish. There are no demo modes available, either – players need to verify their account or make a deposit before trying anything. Most games don’t show their RTP info upfront, which seemed strange to me, but that info is there. At least some popular slots like Gonzo’s Quest come with tutorial windows explaining how they work, but this only covers the big-name games.

So, let’s see what exactly Heart Bingo has to offer.

    Slots

Slots make up the biggest part of Heart Bingo’s library, with 2,700+ games overall. Players have plenty of options between classic fruit machines, modern Megaways titles, and progressive jackpots.

I decided to try out a few games to get a feel for the variety and performance. One of the games I tested was Monsters Unchained , and I did so on both desktop and mobile. I picked it because it’s not one of the more hyped titles, and I wanted to see how it stacks up against more popular games. The design was basic, without flashy animations, but it worked well for its theme. I loved the simplicity – it felt more accessible compared to high-concept slots. After playing 15 rounds, I thought the gameplay was fun, though my total wins were modest. I think it is a good pick for players who prefer classic slots without too much visual noise.

Big Bass Splash by Pragmatic Play offers a different approach. This latest addition to the fishing-themed series cranks up the volatility for bigger potential payouts. My 10-spin session ended in a £2.11 loss, but the free spins round showed why high-roller players might prefer this type of game.

    Live and Table Games

Heart Bingo live dealer and table games section combines about 350 titles in one area, which creates unnecessary confusion. Table games like European Roulette and Blackjack Azure get lost among the live dealer options, making them harder to find. Heart Bingo should split these into separate sections because now players need to dig through live games just to find a regular blackjack table. The basic table game selection covers standard variants but lacks the more feature-packed variants of the game some actually prefer.

The game options are covered nicely here, though, and players can easily choose among roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows.

I spent time playing Deal or No Deal, a live casino favourite. The game required matching three symbols to qualify for the show, which took a few attempts for me, but I did achieve it in the end. Since I managed to do so, I found the game rather addictive. I followed this with Lightning Ball Roulette, a high-energy version of roulette that adds multipliers for bigger potential payouts. While fun, the increased volatility may not suit everyone, but it was a nice change of pace compared to standard plain roulettes.

    Bingo and Slingo

Despite its name, Heart Bingo’s game selection feels a bit thin on the ground. Just 15 Pragmatic Play rooms make up the entire bingo offering – not terrible, but hardly spectacular either. They’ve got the basics sorted with 90-ball and 75-ball games, plus some 80-ball options and those quick 30-ball rounds for players short on time. Their own Heart Bonanza, Double Bubble and Bubble Wild rooms try adding something different to standard bingo, and seasonal rooms show up now and then during holidays.

Between regular bingo games, players can try one of 64 Slingo titles. These mashups of bingo and slots take familiar names like Rainbow Riches and Starburst, adding numbered tickets to slot features. Good for killing time between room games since you don’t need other players to start. Each one packs different bonus rounds too, giving solo players something to chase while waiting for busier bingo hours.

At least room details don’t hide behind extra clicks here. Each thumbnail shows exactly what players need – ticket costs, how many folks are playing, current prize money, and when the next game kicks off. Dead is useful for picking where to spend your cash. The problem is that finding specific rooms means scrolling a lot since there’s no way to filter by price or game speed.

Room activity paints a pretty clear picture of where things stand. Evenings see decent chat action with hosts running side games to keep things lively. Daytime is another story entirely. Most rooms sit empty most of the time, with only Jackpot Room, Speedy Bingo, and Super Saturday pulling in proper numbers. Those quiet rooms mean smaller prizes too – tough sell when other bingo sites offer bigger pots.

Heart Bingo tries walking an interesting line in the British casino scene. While the name screams bingo, the real strength lies in their slot collection and game shows. Bingo rooms often sit quiet – not great for a site with ‘bingo’ right in its name, but they ace the slots and live games. But credit where it’s due – their slot filtering system actually works brilliantly. Being able to mix and match game features helps nail down exactly what you prefer playing. Almost makes up for those missing casino basics like demo modes and proper live-game sorting. Mind you, finding a site that does both casino games and bingo properly isn’t easy, and Heart Bingo comes closer than most. Not quite nailing either one perfectly, but doing both well enough to be worth a look.

    Mobile Site and Apps

Those mobile-aimed design choices that felt awkward on the desktop finally started to make sense when playing Heart Bingo on the phone. The sideways scrolling, big buttons, and simplified menus fit perfectly on smaller screens. As it usually goes, players can choose between downloading an app for iPhone or Android or just opening the casino on their phone browser.

The app barely took up any space on my Android phone, and I managed to install it in seconds. Everything from the desktop made it over – all the slots, bingo rooms, live dealer tables, and even those smaller game categories like slingo and scratch cards. The menu layout clicked right away since it matched what I saw on the desktop; just scaled down to phone size.

The game performance really showed off during my mobile sessions. Big Bass Splash loaded in about 10 seconds, Deal or No Deal right around the same time. Both ran with 0 issues on mobile data, with graphics looking just as crisp as their desktop versions. Some games did ask to turn the phone sideways – not ideal for quick gaming sessions between other stuff, but the actual gameplay never suffered.

Browser players get everything the app delivers – every game category, banking options, promotions, and account settings. So if you don’t want to download a whole separate app for Heart Bingo, this will work well.

    Heart Bingo Apps

Heart Bingo clearly built their whole casino around mobile. If you noticed that some interface choices might make the desktop feel a little clunky, they’re actually phone features forced onto bigger screens. Playing through either app or browser shows how pocket gaming should work – quick loading, no lag, and full access to every casino feature. They might want to rethink their desktop layout, but their mobile version proves they know exactly what phone players need.

Cashouts at Heart Bingo follow the same pathetic banking setup mentioned earlier for deposits: debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. That’s it. The £5 minimum withdrawal sounds nice, though, especially since no fees are involved here. However, three payment methods for a UK casino seem to be ridiculous, especially with no PayPal around.

Method Min Withdrawal Max Withdrawal Withdrawal Time
    Visa £5 £30,000 Instant
    Mastercard £5 £30,000 Instant
    Apple Pay £5 £50,000 Instant
    Google Pay £5 £40,000 Instant

    Withdrawals at Heart Bingo

I didn’t withdraw anything this time, but I did so in the past via Visa card. I cashed out £23.42 and received my money within 7 hours, which is more than good. Heart Bingo claims 24-hour approval windows, but as you can see, I got my withdrawal processed in seven hours. A plenty of casinos offer instant withdrawals now, yes, but I still think Heart Bingo withdrawal time is good. Withdrawal reviews from users are split on their experiences, though, some even had to wait a day to get their money, but this is an exception and in most cases you can receive your funds straight away.

Withdrawing is as easy as expected, head to your account cashier section, choose your payment option and enter the amount you wish to deposit. Then, enter all your payment info, and it’s done.

Keep in mind that you might be asked for extra paperwork for verification – ID and address proof. Sure, this slows down that initial cashout, but future ones move quicker once your verification is 100% complete. If you run into any kind of withdrawal problems, you can contact the Heart Bingo support team, they are always happy to help.

After dealing with withdrawals myself, Heart Bingo showed satisfactory transaction speeds and got a heads up for that. A small minimum withdrawal amount also adds them a few points. But sadly, those few lonely payment methods really hold everything back. For the modern casino, such a small selection just isn’t enough, and it drags down an otherwise great system.

To provide customer support, Heart Bingo runs five support channels – live chat, email, callbacks, text messages, and social media. It’s nice to see such a multitude of options here.

I had to contact the support nearly immediately after my registration for verification. I signed up and had to send my passport via live chat to a support agent, the verification took only a few minutes. I liked such speed, as it’s annoying when casinos drag time to restrict you from making withdrawals.

Next was time to test the actual live chat support. Right after I was connected, I asked if the casino accepts PayPal, as I couldn’t really believe it was missing from the payment options. The agent replied no and referred me to the cashier section where all options are listed, he then sent me a link. I got a reply from him within minutes and it was rather straight to the point. By the tone, it was clear he was not super friendly, but I was okay with that. I also liked that I could continue playing while waiting for the agent to respond, quite a nice touch. Other heart bingo reviews from users have reported they received an equal treatment, nice to see that.

I also tried reaching out to Heart Bingo by email with a related question, if they are going to add more payment options in the future. I received a generic answer stating that there are no immediate plans to update their deposit/withdrawal methods, but players should still keep an eye on updates and the banking section. As basic of a reply it was, they got back to me just within the 24-hour period, so overall, I was satisfied with how it went.

Next, I scheduled a callback between 13:00 and 17:00 on Tuesday afternoon. They were rather fast and at 14:27 I received a call from a very helpful woman. I explained that I was having issues with the mobile app, but that it seems to be working fine now. So I also asked if she could recommend any baccarat games to me, and surprisingly, she actually did suggest a few. From my past experiences, a customer service agent with this knowledge is far from guaranteed. I was only disappointed that you need to request a callback in the first place. Heart Bingo lists all the options but their contact number, strange.

As good as everything about the customer service at Heart Bingo is, their FAQ section is very limited. The Help Center divides questions into eight sections. While it handles basic info fine, anything complicated needs direct support contact. This in my opinion is the least important aspect of a site’s customer care, and I have decided not to scold them so heavily for it. At least the support team knows how to handle what the FAQ section misses.

    Support Method Availability Response Time
    Email 24/7 ~1 day
    Callback Request 24/7 4-hour window
    Text Messaging 24/7 1-2 hours
    FAQ Section Always Accessible Immediate
Social Media Support Limited Hours Varies

    Support Options at Heart Bingo

I liked the customer service at Heart Bingo. First of all, there are plenty of options to use, and all of them are available 24/7. Some casinos make you go through robots and have long wait times, but here I was, speaking to a live agent within minutes. I tested the live chat on the app and the desktop version, and I only have positive things to report. The FAQ can be updated to cover more info, yes, but as it stands, Heart Bingo did put some effort in the support aspect.

    KYC Process

Upon registration at Heart Bingo, I was asked to provide my ID right away which was quite unusual to me. I had two options: send it via email and wait or speak to a live agent. I decided on the latter. All I had to do was scan my passport photo and then upload it during the chat with an agent. All this only took a few minutes, great.

I wasn’t asked for proof of address or proof of funds on this occasion, but in some cases, you might be asked that or more; here’s the list of the docs they will or might ask you.

    Document Requirements:

    • Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID card)
    • Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement – last 3 months only)
    • All pages must show clearly in colour
    • Files under 5MB accepted
    • JPG, PNG, or PDF formats

Most online casinos spring document checks on players when they attempt to withdraw which is pretty annoying when there’s money waiting to come out. Heart Bingo sorts all this early. But heads up – big withdrawals still might need extra paperwork later, like showing the source of funds. I, for one, much prefer early verification.

    Verdict

Among BetVictor Gaming’s casino sites, Heart Bingo takes a refreshingly different approach. The bright red design and game-show atmosphere set the mood right away – it doesn’t just try to copy its sister sites. Instead, Heart Bingo creates a more laid-back space where casual players can feel right at home and play slots & games with no setbacks.

The entire interface screams mobile-optimised design. Everything from search to game filters to favourites works great on phones. Desktop players might grumble about sideways, scrolling through categories, though. Luckily there is a great filtering system which includes themes, features (although this part is a bit undercooked) and of course, providers.

The game collection tells the same story. Nearly 3,000 titles fill the library, but it’s the mix that matters. Sure, traditional slots and tabletop games are here, but game shows really steal the spotlight. Evolution Gaming’s live titles, like Crazy Time and Monopoly Live, got us hooked during testing – they nail that fun TV show feeling that fits perfectly with the site’s whole vibe. The bingo rooms don’t feel tacked on, either. They get proper attention, unlike at Heart Bingo’s sister sites, where bingo often sits forgotten in some corner. However, if they get as much player traffic as slots is entirely different. Slots are still the star of the show here.

Sadly, we found the bonus setup quite disappointing despite the volume. New members pick between bingo or slot-focused welcome packages, both with fair wagering requirements or no such requirements at all. Now as for the ongoing deals, there are quite a lot of them, but most are very similar to each other, be it prize wheel spins or tournaments. Heart Bingo does have a lot of tournaments, and that’s what makes it overwhelming. Most deals only focus on bingo too, so pure casino gamblers have way fewer options here.

Banking stays basic – maybe too basic for 2025. Players get debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. That’s it. No PayPal in sight, which feels odd for a UK casino. At least there are no hidden fees, and withdrawals stick to the standard 24-hour timeline. A minimum £5 deposit/cashout amount is also a great sight. Withdrawal times are quite good though, no complaints here.

Support covers all the bases – live chat, email, phone callbacks, even social media and text messages. Chat response times are rather fast, and the answers always hit the mark. Those scheduled callbacks really show they thought about player convenience, we got to talk to some incredibly helpful agent via one of those.

After a deeper look, Heart Bingo proves it knows exactly what it wants to be – a casino built for casual players who value fun. You can find thousands of games here with slots and game shows being the main highlights. Sadly, bingo isn’t really as popular and as varied here, even with the casino’s name being like that. 24/7 support here is amazing, be it on live chat, email or phone.

However, not everything is perfect here: the interface has some nitpicks to be made, bonus variety is mediocre despite its sheer size, and banking options are as few as with the rest of BV Gaming – if those bother you, you won’t have much fun here. But for anyone after a more chill gambling vibe, particularly fans of game shows and slots, Heart Bingo hits all the right notes. Just remember it’s designed with mobile players in mind, and you’ll find a properly fun UK casino that doesn’t take itself too seriously while putting in all the effort.

    • Nice small bingo section with unique rooms
    • The mobile apps perform well on all devices
    • Multiple welcome deals for new players
    • 24/7 customer support with a callback option
    • Over 3,000 games, including exclusive slots and game shows
    • Very limited payment methods available
    • No demo mode for unregistered players
    • Promotions are too much run-of-the-mill

    FAQ

How can I check if I've opted into a bonus?

Heart Bingo makes bonus opt-ins pretty clear on their offers page. Each deal shows either ‘Opt In Required’ or ‘Active’ status right up front. Getting into a promotion requires clicking the specific offer and hitting that green ‘OPT IN’ button above the terms. The status changes from ‘Opt In Required’ to ‘In Progress’ once you’re in. From there, just follow the steps laid out in the ‘What you need to do’ section to grab your bonus.

What is the maximum amount of money that I can win at Heart Bingo?

At Heart Bingo, the most you can win from all Casino, Live Casino or Bingo games in a single day is capped at £250,000. This ceiling is firm even if the potential maximum payouts for individual games exceed this amount. However, this cap does not hold for progressive jackpot wins, which are paid out without any upper limit.

How often do bingo games start?

Bingo games at Heart keep a steady pace throughout the day. New rounds kick off every 2-6 minutes, depending which room you’re in. This timing means players can jump into games pretty much whenever they like, though busier rooms might need a bit more waiting between rounds, especially since rooms other than top hits are pretty empty.

If you like losing your money, this is the site for you. I've been playing here for years and have lost a lot more than I've ever won. I know gambling is a risk, but this is excessive. It's disheartening to see computer-generated winners take the prizes while loyal customers like us rarely get a chance to win back any of our money. It's just not fair.

I absolutely love this site! It's the best I've been on for winning, with great bonuses and a fantastic selection of games! While I do agree that some games can feel a bit rigged at times, as you can spend a lot without winning, I still adore ♥ Bingo overall!
