Zodiac Casino is both a member of a Casino Rewards group and one of the oldest Apollo Entertainment gambling websites. Casinos from this brand are infamous for looking identical to each other, but is this also the case for Zodiac? In this Zodiac Casino review, we’ll take a closer look at everything from the bonuses to the game library, and see how good it is exactly for the British players. We will present plainly what’s done well here and what falls short.
Zodiac Casino launched in 2002 by Apollo Entertainment Limited, and a lot has happened since then. It’s a small casino, but it still brings in big names like Microgaming and Evolution Gaming to supply the games.
The casino belongs to something bigger, though – the Casino Rewards Group, which runs 29 betting sites. However, this positive doesn’t erase the fact that all the Apollo Entertainment Ltd sites look and work almost exactly the same. From the way games are arranged to how bonuses work, Zodiac Casino is exactly the same as its sister sites. The only real difference is the theme in the name, though you won’t see much of that in the actual design.
Twenty years is a long time in online gambling, but Zodiac hasn’t changed much. The graphics look dated, especially when signing up for an account. The promotional system could really use an update too. On a brighter side, the casino and the parent company have never been blacklisted or had any issues with the gambling regulations.

About the Company Behind Zodiac Casino
Zodiac really shows its age, despite this, it’s still a decently smaller casino. Being a member of the Casino Rewards group also does help its case. However there are some glaring issues one just cannot ignore.
The UK Gambling Commission operates Zodiac Casino under the license number 38620 for online casino operations. A second license from the Gibraltar Gambling Commission adds extra regulatory backing. No major violations appear in their regulatory history, it’s clean.
The responsible gambling section here includes several account control tools, the key features you find everywhere: deposit limits, take a break and self exclusion. There’s also a gambling assessment tool that checks for risky behavior by asking about betting amounts, playtime, and chasing losses. The tools are useful, but support links for BeGambleAware, GamStop, and GamCare are only visible on the landing page, pre login or registration. We think these should be available throughout the site instead of disappearing once a player enters the casino.
Age verification is strict. The casino checks documents and electronic records to block underage access. Any accounts registered with false information are closed, bets are voided, and winnings are confiscated. Zodiac suggests parents install Cyberpatrol, Cybersitter, or NetNanny to block casino access on shared devices.
Financial transactions use SSL encryption, so your banking data is safe. Security measures are standard, but the casino lacks two-factor authentication that could strengthen the security further.

Security Aspects at Zodiac Casino
Zodiac Casino covers the essentials, we just wish the actual casino website had all the info that’s also listed on the landing page. Security is decent, but some improvements are needed.
Before you get to play any games at Zodiac Casino, you will have to get through the dated landing page, white screen with a few starry banners advertising welcome deals. There’s nothing but promotional text in capital letters as you scroll down, plus these huge orange “Play Here” buttons everywhere. The whole thing reminds me of those sketchy promotional sites from 2010.
We tried to check out different sections using the tiny menu in the top right, it wasn’t very intuitive. Most of the useful stuff, like game lists or full banking options, stayed locked behind registration, a shame.
After registration, the site completely changed its look. The colors switched to black and purple, much more appealing. The layout was much more convenient and sleeker too, with five clear sections at the bottom: Promotions, Loyalty, Games, Bank, and Help.
The games section splits everything into proper categories: regular slots, progressives, table games, video poker, some variety stuff, and a live casino. There’s this “For You” section too. Each type has its own page explaining the game rules, which helps. It’s hard to ignore that they really push their Microgaming jackpots – the three biggest ones sit right on the main page with their current prize amounts.
What really bothered us was trying to find specific games. There’s no search bar anywhere. No way to filter by game provider either. You just get these endless lists to scroll through. You also cannot see the RTP values for games on the main website, only the landing has it. For the actual casino, these values are listed within the game itself.
| Navigation Bar | Small top-right menu and footer sections for key features; basic but clear. |
|---|---|
| Game Organisation | Divided by category, but no provider filters or advanced search options. |
| Page Load Speed | Quick overall, but some inconsistencies like blank pages for promotions. |
| Feature Clarity | Banking and game sections well-structured; some features hidden pre-login. |

Zodiac Casino Deposit Methods
The deposit process kicked in right after I created my account. The site dropped me straight into the banking section with all payment options laid out. I picked PayPal and deposited £10. The casino sent me to PayPal’s own page to finish up. I received my funds in seconds, and the welcome bonus came through at the same time – no delays, no complications.
But I did run into problems with the main deposit button. Every time I clicked it, the screen just went blurry. No deposit menu opened up, nothing happened at all. To actually deposit, I had to use the ‘Banking’ option at the bottom of the page.
Great payment options variety, fast transactions. Just a shame that the main deposit button doesn’t work and players have to look for a workaround. Hurts the otherwise ideal process.

There’s not much to get excited about Zodiac Casino’s bonuses. The casino offers a basic two-part deposit bonus for new customers and a single promotion for regular players. At first glance, the bonus amounts seem decent, but a closer look at the terms reveals some serious drawbacks that not every player will be content with.

Once you sign up at Zodiac Casino, you automatically join their loyalty programme. The casino belongs to the Casino Rewards Group, a network of 29 different online casinos. What’s really unique about it, is that your rewards and status work at all these sites – if you bet at one casino, you will earn points at all of them. Good on paper, but there are some restrictions not everyone might like.
There’s a six-level rewards structure in place. Everyone starts at the basic level, then can move through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond ranks. The casino uses two separate point systems to handle everything. First, there’s Status Points – these determine your rank. The casino checks these points every few weeks and adjusts your tier based on your betting activity. Once you reach a new level, you’ll keep it until the end of the next month. After that, it takes less betting to stay at your level than it did to reach it the first time around.
Now for the actual loyalty currency – VIP Points. These convert to real casino credit, but the earning rates differ by game type. Slots give you the best deal: 1.5 points for every £10 you bet. Table games and roulette need £20 in bets for those same 1.5 points. If you prefer blackjack or video poker, you’ll need to stake £100 to earn 1.5 points. The points never expire, which seems nice until you learn about the conversion rate. You need at least 1,000 points to get anything, and that only gives you £6.66 in casino credit.
Things change a bit at Gold level. You’ll get a physical membership card in the mail, plus access to the VIP Lucky Jackpot drawings. These happen three times every day, with five different prize levels available. Gold members can win from three of these jackpot tiers, while Diamond members get shots at all five. Just remember – if you win, you must claim your prize within 8 hours through your casino account.
The casino also runs something called the Time of Your Life Sweepstakes. Your VIP tier determines how many entries you get into these draws. The prizes here include travels and physical prizes instead of casino credit, but we couldn’t find any specific information about what these prizes actually include on the official website itself.

Casino Rewards Points Breakdown
The programme’s idea looks solid, but the rewards are far too small to matter, the monthly point reset also doesn’t help. Sharing status across 29 casinos sounds nice, but with such low returns, it hardly feels worthwhile.
Zodiac Casino has a decent selection of around 800 games, a disappointingly low number compared to other casinos on the scene that offer 2K and more. The overall quality is great, as the casino features several big developers, but the number of options is lacking. No Zodiac exclusive games sadly, only Casino Rewards exclusives are available here.
The games are divided into categories at the top, some overlap between categories though. The “Other Games” section is the worst about this as it groups live dealer titles with random titles, feels disorganised and adds to the confusion. It’s strange not to see live games in their own category, which is the norm in most other casinos.
Another thing that’s a bit frustrating is the site’s layout. You won’t find proper filters to easily sort through the games, there’s no provider filter or any other traditional filter. The only filtering option available is only for slots and it’s limited to five options: 1–20 paylines, 25+ paylines, 3 reel, 5 reel, and Pragmatic Play games.
As for game details, it’s a little inconvenient that you can’t see basic information until you’ve already loaded the game. The site gives you an RTP value on the game list on the landing page, but that’s about it. If you want more details, like special features or betting limits, you’ll need to commit to the game first, it doesn’t help that there’s no demo mode. At least the performance is good, games load fast and we didn’t run into any huge lag.
Zodiac Casino doesn’t have a mobile app, which is disappointing. Instead, it relies on a mobile-optimised website that looks almost identical to the desktop version. You still get all the same game features, categories and the search function is easy to use, sitting in the top-right corner.
That said, the mobile site can feel a bit slow. Pages take a few seconds to load, and games can take 10–20 seconds to open, which is annoying when you’re just trying to jump in and play. While performance during gameplay is fine, the smaller design just doesn’t make use of the space like the desktop version does.

Zodiac Casino Games Overview
The following sections will share the info on the most popular games for each type at Zodiac.
Zodiac Casino’s slot collection is the best part of its library, but it still falls behind other casinos with just about 700 titles, primarily from Pragmatic Play, Games Global, and Fortune Factory Studios.
| Game | Developer | RTP | Release Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9 Masks of Fire | Gameburger Studios | 96.24% | 2019 |
| Big Bass Bonanza | Reel Kingdom | 95.67% | 2020 |
| Gates of Olympus | Pragmatic Play | 95.51% | 2021 |
Slots at Zodiac Casino
I decided to test three different slot games to get a good feel for the collection. I went for Bunny Loot, it was listed as one of the best games of 2024. I liked that each section is spun individually, it makes each round way more fun.
Sweet Beast Power Combo appeared in the popular games section, so I tried that next. It had a fun theme and I like that the Beast symbol interacts with various other symbols.
For my final test, I used the 3-reel filter to find a Football Penny Roller. Fun game overall, but I’d prefer to see the option for more paylines added here.
Jordan Conroy Editor
The progressive jackpot section contains just seven titles, despite this limitation, Zodiac Casino includes major big hitters like Mega Moolah and Mega Vault Millionaire.
| Game | Developer | RTP | Release Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Immortal Romance Mega Moolah | Games Global | 93.40% | 2021 |
| Treasure Nile | Games Global | 92.1% | 2004 |
| Mega Moolah | Games Global | 88.12% | 2006 |
Progressive Jackpots at Zodiac Casino
I selected the Treasure Nile progressive jackpot. I really liked its fun Ancient Egyptian theme and that jackpot prize looked promising.
Jordan Conroy Editor
One area where Zodiac Casino does better than expected is video poker – there are 25 different video poker games here, a decent amount for a casino as small as this one.
| Game | Developer | RTP | Release Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jacks or Better Power Poker | Games Global | 99.54% | 2024 |
| Cards of Ra – Jacks or Better | Switch Studios | 99.54% | 2024 |
| Cards of Athena – Double Double Bonus | Switch Studios | 98.98% | 2024 |
Video Poker at Zodiac Casino
I played Jacks or Better Power Poker, as this is my favourite video poker version. Loved that the game allows you to choose the number of hands you play, this is a great way to maximise the gameplay.
Jordan Conroy Editor
Zodiac has a decent amount of table games, 81. They have both the classics and modern interpretations of roulette, blackjack and barrarat, all in good quality.
| Game | Developer | RTP | Release Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Classic Blackjack Gold | Games Global | 99.90% | 2006 |
| 9 Masks of Fire Roulette | Real Dealer Studios | 97.30% | 2023 |
| Auto Roulette | Switch Studios | 97.30% | 2022 |
Table Games at Zodiac Casino
I went for Real Spooky Roulette first. The Halloween theme sounded interesting, but that’s where the creativity stopped. I liked the use of prerecorded videos to give a more authentic feel but the gameboard design is lacklustre, disappointing theme implementation.
Premier Blackjack with Side Bets was next, one of the highest RTP games at Zodiac. Overall, it was a highly polished game, I really liked how nice it looked. The performance was also great.
Jordan Conroy Editor
Zodiac Casino doesn’t have any live dealer games, so if you’re into that real casino vibe with a live dealer, this might not be the ideal option for you.
Zodiac Casino’s game selection is limited, with only around 700 slots, while other UK casinos offer thousands. The website feels outdated, with poor filtering options and a search bar that requires perfect spelling. No issues with the game quality itself.
Zodiac Casino lets you cash out through the same methods you used to deposit, plus a few extra withdrawal-specific choices. Most methods have a minimum deposit of £10 and there are no fees to worry about.
| Withdrawal Method | Min Withdrawal | Withdrawal Time | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | £10 | 1–3 Business Days | None |
| Mastercard | £10 | 1–3 Business Days | None |
| PayPal | £10 | 24 Hours | None |

Zodiac Casino Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals at Zodiac are simple. I made a £10 deposit to meet the withdrawal requirements. After that, I went to the “Bank” section, clicked on “Withdrawal,” selected PayPal, entered the amount, and confirmed the transaction. It felt as easy as making a deposit. The money landed in my PayPal account in less than 24 hours, even before I got the email saying my withdrawal had been processed.
Jordan Conroy Editor
Withdrawal time at Zodiac is rather good, most methods are processed within 24 hours, only debit cards can take from 1 to 3 business days, this is also backed up by player Zodiac Casino reviews. We would prefer instant transactions, but these times are by no means bad.
Zodiac Casino provides a good variety of payment options and processes withdrawals quickly. The lack of any fees on withdrawals is a plus, and the process overall was positive with no real issues to report.
Zodiac Casino’s customer support is limited, with only two contact options: live chat and email.
The live chat button pops up right away in the help section, which is nice. However, what we really did not like here, is the lack of an FAQ. Most casinos have a FAQ section, it’s even expected, here you’ll have to directly contact support for any inquiries.
Live chat is the most effective and convenient contact option here.
I tested the chat myself. I connected with an agent almost immediately after hitting the support button – under 10 seconds. I then asked a few specific questions, including where to find info about withdrawal limits, if the manual verification is required and if there were any fees on transactions. The agent quickly transferred me to a colleague. I had a feeling I was dealing with a bot, as the interaction felt scripted. I was brought to an intermediary page with a variety of irrelevant options and had to click Continue to get back to another agent.
This agent was human, but the responses were brief and didn’t go into much detail. After a couple of follow-up questions, I got the answers I needed, but it was clear that they seemed to have stock responses to the most frequently asked questions, replies weren’t personable at all.
I also asked about the email support, as I couldn’t find any email address listed on the support page. The agent informed me that email support is handled through a generic address: [email protected]. I assume this email is shared across a variety of casinos, not specific to Zodiac. Response times are typically a few hours, which isn’t terrible, but delays are to be expected given the lack of a dedicated address for Zodiac.

Support Options at Zodiac Casino
Support at Zodiac is functional but basic. The live chat is quick, but the lack of an FAQ, generic email support, and the impersonal nature of the interactions could definitely be improved. You’ll get answers, but don’t expect anything beyond the essentials.
Zodiac Casino’s KYC process is simple but could benefit from a bit more transparency.
Upon account creation, I submitted my personal details, which were quickly verified against online records. While it didn’t take long to verify my account, I couldn’t find any info on the process itself. When I asked support about it, they didn’t offer much detail, I wonder why this isn’t outlined more clearly on the site.

David Barker, Chief Content Maker at CasinosApproved, recently spoke with us, sharing valuable insights including how to delete a Zodiac Casino account. Here’s a quick look at his experience.
Zodiac Casino has a clear procedure for UK players who want to delete their accounts. While there’s no direct option in the “Settings” menu, contacting their Support Centre usually resolves the issue within one business day.
For players concerned about losing their loyalty points when taking a break from gambling, Zodiac Casino offers a self-exclusion scheme, aligning with responsible gaming practices.
David Barker, Chief Content Maker at Casinos Approved
Zodiac Casino is decent but far from perfect. The small game selection and poor bonus offerings put it behind many online casinos out there. Still, the game quality is good and it has a great selection of payment options without hidden fees. Their Casino Rewards membership also might reward some players. Just keep your expectations in check if you’re used to bigger bonuses or a larger game library. It’s small, but it’s just fine for casual players who don’t mind the negatives.
With the core features covered, here’s what we think are the biggest upsides and downsides.

Been using Zodiac for a while and then suddenly the VIP points were suspended with no proper explanation. Trying to sort it through chat was pointless because it just felt like canned bot replies. Would not recommend if you care about loyalty rewards or actual support.

Zodiac Casino just isn’t what it used to be — the spark’s gone. I’ve poured in pounds hoping for some decent wins, but apart from one tiny payout, it’s been a dry run. It feels like the fun’s fading fast unless something changes.

Deposited a bunch at Zodiac Casino, like £50 to £500 each time. Started thinking they should’ve noticed I was spending a lot, but they just said it’s up to me to sort it out. Thought they’d be more responsible, tbh.
