There’s a certain predictability to sites running on the Jumpman engine, and UmBingo follows that path pretty closely. But it’s not exactly the same. During this UmBingo overview, a few differences caught our eye. The bonuses, the withdrawal structure, and the way the game library is laid out are all familiar, yet it may lag behind even some of its siblings.
UmBingo launched in 2019 and it is one of over 200 websites operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited, a company that has built a network of bingo and slot-focused casinos across the UK market. What you see on UmBingo, from the software layout to the bonuses is nearly identical to what you’ll find on other Jumpman sites. From our perspective, the site doesn’t introduce much beyond cosmetic changes or new offers, and its updates tend to focus on marketing rather than feature improvements. Not much else to say.

About UmBingo Company
The company that owns UmBingo, Jumpman Gaming, has had a few serious compliance issues in the past. In 2020, it faced a regulatory review by the UK Gambling Commission after a routine audit raised concerns about anti-money laundering and player safety.
Failings were found in how the company monitored multiple player accounts and managed responsible gambling policies. As a result, Jumpman was ordered to pay £500,000 instead of receiving a financial penalty. Despite this, it hasn’t been blacklisted and continues to operate legally.
UmBingo goes with a blue and white swamp theme, complete with fishing poles and quirky graphics. It is nice visually, but overall, it’s still the usual Jumpman interface. There’s a large banner for the welcome promo, and a front page that includes featured games, a short FAQ, and sections for different game types. It’s not hard to find your way around, and the homepage loads quickly. Still, the design does feel a bit dated compared to what newer casinos are putting out.
At the top of the page, you’ll see a fixed menu that gives you quick access to your inbox, loyalty progress, deposit balance, and a bar to switch between trophies, UmBingo offers, and game categories.
The footer also does an okay job to help with navigation. You’ll find links to support, responsible gambling, and deposit methods clearly listed.
I signed up in under a minute. The registration form is split into three pages and is clear to read. After I created my account, I was taken straight to the deposit page, a neat feature. One thing to note, the site suggests PayPal login as a quick signup, in reality I was still sent back to the registration form to fill it out manually and it only automatically wired my PayPal to my casino account.

UmBingo has a functional app, but only for Android.
I checked UmBingo both on my mobile browser and using the dedicated Android app. The app was easy enough to find and install, but it didn’t remember my saved credentials, so I had to type everything in from scratch to log in.
Honestly, unless you’re set on having the app icon on your phone, there’s no real need to download it. The browser version does everything just as well. Pages loaded fast, the layout was clean, and I didn’t notice any lag or layout issues on either. Buttons are sized well, and most elements stay in place even when switching between portrait and landscape.

UmBingo is all about slots, over 3,800 of them, to be exact, and that’s where it keeps its focus. Bonuses look generous on the surface, but all of them come with a steep 65x wagering. Withdrawals are slow and cost £2.50 each, and the live chat that’s mentioned on the site doesn’t actually work. With so many Jumpman sites running the same setup and UmBingo omitting some parts, there’s little reason to pick this one unless you’re after slots and don’t mind the cons we mentioned.
Below, you can see the highlights and downsides of UmBingo.
