    Roulette Online Review

Another Jumpman site, another spin of the wheel. This time, it’s Roulette Online – a bold name, but less bold in its execution. We’ve broken it down the way we always do: from deposits and withdrawals to the bonuses you’ll get and the limits you might not like. The real question of this Roulette Online review is what, if anything, sets it apart from its sister brands.

    About Rouletteonline.co.uk

Roulette Online launched in 2023 and is yet another addition to Jumpman Gaming’s long list of casinos. Honestly, that alone says enough, it is pretty much identical to its sister sites and in some ways, it feels like they pulled back on features that its siblings do have. One such example is pretty ironic, despite having a name like this, Roulette Online has 0 table or live games, none at all. This is a bizarre direction when you can play these titles at other Jumpman casinos.

In 2020, Jumpman Gaming received a £500,000 penalty from the UK Gambling Commission. The fine followed a regulatory review that flagged serious failings around anti-money laundering and protecting vulnerable users. It didn’t lead to a ban and they took the necessary action however.

    About Roulette Online Casino Company

Roulette Online isn’t any different from what you normally see at Jumpman Casinos. There’s nothing here that is truly unique to this one website in particular.

Roulette Online is listed under the UK Gambling Commission licence (account number 39175) and also under the Alderney Gambling Control Commission for users outside the UK, a good start. UKGC in particular doesn’t hand out licences lightly, and yes even after that fine they faced, they still managed to keep it which still makes Roulette Online a legit casino.

You can set deposit limits right away, take a cooling-off break, or go for full self-exclusion if things get out of hand. They even begin the responsible gambling section with a quick quiz to help players spot risky habits early, which we found useful. There’s also a reminder system – so if you’re deep into a session, you’ll get a prompt to pause and think. The site even works to prevent underage gambling by restricting accounts of users under 18 and linking parents to various blocking tools.

They do use SSL encryption, which is a must, but there’s no two-factor authentication, which we would like to see by now, especially when money is involved.

Security and Licensing at Roulette Online Casino

Roulette Online is licensed and mostly safe, but we still miss the 2FA here.

    Surprisingly Outstanding Design

Roulette Online is just another Jumpman site with the same interface. But to be fair, they leaned into the theme properly. The red and black design feels nice on the eyes, it actually feels a little more refined than most of their other casinos. Given the name, no surprise that you can see a large Roulette wheel art background, and neither can you ignore the massive Sign Up Offer banner they have.

The top menu gives you quick access to Free Spins, inbox, account balance, and loyalty progress, it’s all there. Right under it, there’s a second bar where you can switch between games, trophies, and promos. The deposit button is bright and big, you can’t miss it.

There’s a short FAQ section on the homepage too and the footer accommodates all the links you need: support, responsible gambling and terms. They also have a blog, though we’re not sure how often it’s actually updated

Registration is just three short pages, I was done with everything in a minute. After I created my account, I was immediately pushed to the deposit screen, nice and quick. One thing to flag: they list PayPal sign-up as an alternative to normal registration, but it didn’t speed things up. In reality, you will have to make a deposit via PayPal and after that, you get sent right back to the same form to finish registration.

Deposits at Roulette Online are mostly fine. There are seven deposit methods in total, all are processed instantly and none of them charge a fee, except one. If you use Pay by Mobile, you’ll lose £2.50 on deposits of £5, £10 or £20. The minimum deposit is £10, and there’s a £20 minimum if you plan to claim the Mega Reel bonus outside the specific deals.

You can’t type in a custom deposit amount, you have to choose between the select preset options like £10, £20, and £50. It’s a strange decision, we don’t remember seeing online casinos implement something like that ever.

Roulette Online throws a lot of offers at you: they have prize wheels, draws, and daily spins. Roulette Online promo codes are also plenty. For better or worse, nearly every single promo connects back to one mechanic – a randomised prize wheel. This is something that can make or break their promos for you, that and the astronomical 65x wagering requirements on 90% of their deals. There isn’t a no deposit bonus here, either, some other Jumpman sites offer one, but not this one sadly.

    Welcome Promo

The welcome bonus offers a 100% match up to £100 + 10 spins on Big Bass Splash. It kicks in after your first £10+ deposit. There’s nothing complicated in how it’s claimed – we registered, deposited, and the bonus appeared right away. Now the catch: everything here is locked behind a 65x wagering condition. That makes any real payout extremely hard to reach. We had the same problem with other Jumpman deals in the past, and it hasn’t changed here.

    Deals for Regular Players

Once you’re past the intro offer, you get access to Roulette Online’s deals for existing customers. Here’s what the daily and weekly deals looked like when we visited:

    • Happy Hours: Login between 3–7pm on Wednesdays for a chance to spin the Mega Reel and win free spins.
    • PRO Free Spins: Use the promo code PRO to win between 50 and 500 FS, which you can apply to top slots such as Starburst or Fluffy Favourites.
    • Turbo Reel: Deposit £100 or more for a chance to unlock the Turbo Reel, where all winning segments are boosted with 50 or 500 spins.
    • Bonus Code of the Week: Use a daily code and deposit £10 to unlock mystery spins.
    • Monthly Giveaway: Wager £10 on the featured game for a shot at gadgets or electronics.

The selection is far from bad, but nearly every single offer loops back to the Mega Reel system and gets slapped with 65x wagering, which reduces the value hard.

    Loyalty Programme

The Trophies loyalty system is one of the more interesting features at Roulette Online. You complete short tasks, and every time you collect five trophies, you reach a new level. Each level unlocks a spin on a Mega Reel, with the spin value increasing slightly as you progress. For example, levels 1–5 can give you 5 spins or more, while level 16+ moves that number up to 20+. The reels refresh monthly, but the format doesn’t change, it’s still the same bonus wheel with the same 65x wagering locked in.

There’s a final goal: collect 200 trophies and receive a £10 Amazon voucher. It’s the only part of the system that doesn’t require wagering, and it’s a rare break from the spin cycle.

Roulette Online has a neat set of promotions and a different first deposit bonus than usual, but the 65x wagering requirement hurts their value a lot.

Roulette Online game selection is massive, you get over 3,600 titles in total from 20 providers. It sounds like a jackpot on paper, but only for slots players sadly. What surprised us most is that, despite being named Roulette Online, the site doesn’t offer any roulette tables. This means, no blackjack, no baccarat, no poker and no live casino. Most other Jumpman sites we’ve reviewed had these categories, so this feels like a strange move, that’s going to put off anyone who came here for, well, roulette.

There’s no way to browse by provider, and the only way to sort is by name. Even then, you can’t do much more than scroll. With that many games, it really should offer more than just a flat grid and a title search bar.

Games load quickly, under 10 seconds every time and we didn’t hit any bugs, inside the game window, you’ll find a small rules button and occasionally a recommended title below. That said, there are no demo options and no dedicated info pages for any games which we expected to see.

    Mobile

We didn’t find a mobile app for Roulette Online, so we had to test the site on our phone’s browser. It loads quickly and follows the desktop version closely, one new element is a fixed bottom bar for better navigation. This one is supposed to give quicker access, but we’d rather see those slots replaced with account tools or a proper homepage link. Pages loaded fast, and so did the games, we had no lag at any point.

Game Types at Roulette Online Casino

Let’s check what games at Roulette Online are top hits.

    Slot Games

Roulette Online’s biggest draw is its slot section, with over 3,500 titles live at the time of testing. The titles are split into loose collections like “Fishing,” “Mystical and Magical,” and “Tales of Egypt.” Jackpot slot titles and Megaways entries appear in their own small tabs inside the slots page, but not everything is tagged clearly, so browsing is a bit of a manual task.

Game Title Developer RTP Release Date
    Starburst NetEnt 96.09% 2013
Golden Winner Inspired Gaming 94.50% 2023
    Book of Dead Play’n Go 94.25% 2019

    Slots at Roulette Online Casino

I tested Gold Strike Bonanza first, it had a basic design but the jackpot prizes make it worth playing. I particularly liked the interactions in Knight Fight, where the knights add an interesting element to the slot.

    Jamie WallJamie Wall Casino Analyst

    Slingo

This Roulette Online section includes around 65 Slingo titles, more than what you’ll find in many UK casinos. The games vary quite a bit, some rely on fast-paced number matching, and others lean into bonus rounds with mini-picks or wheel mechanics.

Game Title Developer RTP Release Date
    Slingo Starburst Slingo 96.50% 2021
Slingo Davinci Diamonds Slingo 96.20% 2022
Slingo Reel King Slingo 95.00% 2021

    Slingo at Roulette Online Casino

I tested Slingo Riches and liked the combination of bingo and slots. I particularly liked that you get prizes from 1 Slingo as well as bonuses for finding 3 or more Wilds.

    Jamie WallJamie Wall Casino Analyst

    Bingo

Roulette Online has nine bingo rooms, which is the same number seen across other Jumpman brands. It’s enough to keep things active, but barely. At any given time, only three or four rooms see decent traffic, usually The Jackpot Room, Zoom Room, or Heavy Weight. The others often sit under 20 players.

We liked how each room tile shows the prize amount, number of players, and time until the next draw. It’s a small but useful touch.

We tested the 90-ball and a few low-cost options and found the software snappy, even with large ticket pools, the auto-daub worked fine, and the prize pacing felt fair.

    Jamie WallJamie Wall Casino Analyst

Roulette Online has a decent collection of games, but the limited game filter options and the absence of table games sour all the positives. It’s a strange choice to call it “Roulette” and not include roulette at all.

Withdrawals at Roulette Online aren’t the worst, but it’s got a few built-in roadblocks that don’t make much sense. There are five cashout methods listed, pretty average but the minimum is £19.99, which feels strangely high, especially since deposits only start at £10. Cashouts themselves should take around 72 hours according to the casino, which lined up in our case, we received our funds within a 48-hour mark.

There’s a flat £2.50 fee on every withdrawal. It doesn’t matter which method you use or how much you withdraw, the fee stays. You won’t see that at many other UK casinos anymore.

Method Min Withdrawal Withdrawal Time Fees
Visa £19.99 1–3 Working Days £2.50 withdrawal fee
Mastercard £19.99 1–3 Working Days £2.50 withdrawal fee

    Withdrawals at Roulette Online Casino

To withdraw my funds, I had to go to “My Account,” then “Cashier,” and only then could I actually start the request. You can’t type in an amount straight away, instead, you need to hit an “Other” button just to enter a custom figure. At least it allows you to enter it this time.

    Jamie WallJamie Wall Casino Analyst

    KYC

Roulette Online verified your account automatically during registration and if the system can’t auto-verify, you’ll need to upload documents through the uploader in your account area. Good thing this is easy as we just couldn’t find any verification info on the website itself, felt quite strange to not see it in FAQs.

On paper, Roulette Online customer support seems decent: they have an FAQ, an email form, and something that looks like live chat. The Help button at the bottom of the page takes you through the FAQ first; it’s undeniably basic but useful for topics like bonuses and deposits.

What really is a bummer, is that there’s actually no live chat on here despite the claims. There is a chat bubble, but if you click on it, you will open an email form. Even if chat was there, it only would’ve been live from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, hours when most players probably aren’t around.

    Support at Roulette Online Casino

I clicked what I thought was the chat button and instead got referred to an email form. Disappointed, I filled it out and received an email requesting my personal info nearly instantly after that. Send it, or your request won’t be addressed. Three days later I did get a helpful reply, though that wait took the edge off any good impression. To give them some credit, their email is a general Jumpman email handling all of their casinos, so no wonder there’s so much delay in replies.

    Jamie WallJamie Wall Casino Analyst

Support at Roulette Online is undercooked. The advertised live chat doesn’t actually function, and email replies take quite a long time.

    Verdict

We expected Roulette Online to live up to its name, but it didn’t. With just over 3,500 games it has 0 live or table content, and the casino feels like it’s trying to be something it clearly isn’t. A strange choice for Jumpman to make. Roulette Online promotions are many, but most rely on prize wheel spins, and we didn’t see much value in them. Ours led to a small return, and the 65x wagering made it hard to take the bonus seriously. The joining offer had potential but again, wagering ruined it.

Payments were quick to set up, we just were annoyed that you couldn’t enter custom values for top-ups. Withdrawals, on the other hand, come with a fixed £2.50 fee, it’s way more noticeable.

If you’re here for slots and don’t mind some friction, the site is perfectly fine. But if you expect anything close to what the name suggests and are opposed to flat fees or the lack of chat, you’ll likely feel the same way we did. Try it for yourself, just set your expectations accordingly.

Here’s a quick recap of Roulette Online Casino’s positives and negatives based on our review.

    • Over 3,500 games, mostly slots
    • Good mix of ongoing promotions
    • Trophies system with level-based rewards
    • No live or table games at all
    • 65x wagering on all bonuses
    • £2.50 fee on every withdrawal
    • No live chat available
