Rainbow Spins falls under the same operator as many other UK casinos, but it still needs a closer look. Jumpman sites don’t always match up feature for feature, and for many players this might be the first one they’ve come across. We reviewed it from a clean slate, without assuming too much.
Rainbow Spins has been active since 2020 and is one of over 200 casino-bingo hybrids operated by Jumpman Gaming. It shares the same structure as every other site in the group, including the identical layout, reward system, and game lobby.
The main thing that makes this site worth a peek is the game library. There’s no shortage of titles, especially for those who focus on slots, and that’s where the value comes from.

The Company Behind Rainbow Spins Casino
In 2020, the UK Gambling Commission reviewed Jumpman after finding issues with how the company handled certain responsibilities. The investigation found gaps in their checks for money laundering and how they dealt with customers showing signs of harmful play. As a result, Jumpman paid £500,000. Since then, the company has stayed licensed and hasn’t had further public issues.
We really like the site’s colourful design, as it perfectly matches the name. The rainbow theme is used just enough to give it a bit of character without overwhelming the user. The homepage is clean; there is nothing loud or distracting, aside from the massive promo banner, it’s just too big in our opinion.
That said, we don’t really like the menu layout. The white background blends too much with the rest of the page, giving it an unfinished look. You get used to it quickly, but it does give you a tacky impression.
The layout is mostly logical, with easy navigation. All the key pages are just one click away. You’ll find your account, bonuses, daily wheel, and inbox right up top. Game tabs, promotions, and trophies are just below that, and your balance is always displayed clearly.
The quick links in the footer are well placed: support, responsible gambling, terms, and deposit methods are all right there. We also noticed that a short FAQ section has been added to most pages recently, which is a welcome addition.
I registered in under a minute. The form is spread across three short pages and was easy to follow. As soon as I finished, I got sent straight to the deposit screen. Using PayPal didn’t save any time, though, it still made me complete the whole form afterward. Another small thing, I had already used my usual username at one of their sister sites, and the system blocked it here. You’ll need to come up with something new if that happens.

All these offers come with the same 65x wagering. So while there’s no shortage of promotions, the terms quickly wear you down if you don’t plan on spending a lot.
Rainbow Spins has most of its catalogue available through both the mobile site and mobile app. The website is perfectly fine to use; there’s no real trade-off content-wise if you are reluctant to download anything. If you want to try out their app, you can find it on both iOS and Android. The app loses some of the design features of the desktop site though, which is disappointing, it looks a bit more generic.
I downloaded the Android app in under 20 seconds and logged in using my saved details without any hassle. It immediately offered to set up biometric login, which made things quicker and more secure for repeat access. I like the layout of the app as all the categories are clearly listed at the top of the screen, without needing to scroll across to find them all. There’s a quick access bar at the bottom that makes it easy to reach important areas of the app. The profile button also acts as a menu, giving you access to other parts of the app.
Moving around the app is generally fast, although there’s usually a ~1 second delay after tapping a button to go to another part; e.g. Transaction History.
That said, some games gave me trouble. A few wouldn’t load at all, even after sitting on the loading screen for half a minute or more. It wasn’t frequent, but it was noticeable when it happened. When the games did launch, performance was good throughout.

Rainbow Spins has some good ideas on the surface, but it’s hard to ignore the issues. The site leans heavily into slot games, there are over 3,000 games in total. Bonuses rely on a prize wheel and rarely feel generous, especially when 65x wagering rules out most value. We really don’t like that withdrawals come with a £2.50 fee each time, this on top of the £19.99 minimum. There’s no real live chat, and we didn’t receive a reply to our email, which leaves players without much help when they need it.
That said, if you’re curious to see what Rainbow Spins gets right, here’s a quick breakdown of its strengths and weaknesses.

Won £2,728 on Rainbow Spins! The withdrawal took longer than expected because of the verification process, which was a bit of a pain. But once I sent in all the requested docs, they approved it, and the money landed in my account. Patience pays off, I guess!

Had a bit of a struggle withdrawing £67.30 from Rainbow Spins. My account was already verified, so I was surprised they asked for more ID. It was a bit annoying, but I sent in the docs again, and after waiting a while, they finally processed my withdrawal. Everything worked out, but the extra steps were frustrating

Rainbow Spins is a good site, and although I haven't played in a while, I withdrew £100 yesterday and received it very quickly. The only downside is that the same person seems to win repeatedly, regardless of the time of day. It makes me wonder if they work for Rainbow Spins or if it's a bot.

Rainbow Spins provides a range of standard payment options, but there are no unique features that differentiate it from other casinos. The site's overall payment process is functional but unremarkable, lacking any innovations or special bonuses for players...

Rainbow Spins has many games and generous promotional offers. However, frequent technical issues can be frustrating. Additionally, customer service response times are slow, which can dampen the overall interaction.
