    Mr Vegas Casino Review

Mr Vegas doesn’t shy away from big numbers, and with 8,000+ games on tap, it’s hard not to stop to take a look. We ran it through our usual tests and took notes on more than just the slot count. In this Mr Vegas Casino review, we dug into all the key features: payments, games, how well it runs on mobile and many other details.

Why You Should Play at Mr Vegas

Mr Vegas Online Casino launched in 2020 under VideoSlots Ltd, the same group that runs the heavyweight brand Video Slots. While it doesn’t carry the same recognition, it’s no shadow project either. It has the same licence and uses the same layout; what is worth highlighting here isn’t the theme, but the scale.

There’s a huge catalogue of games, one of the biggest we’ve come across with thousands of titles across slots, bingo rooms, and live tables. There’s no sportsbook or bingo, but other than that, the numbers are incredible.

The site’s name appeared alongside Sheffield Wednesday FC and the Professional Darts Corporation, so it did gain some visibility across its operation. The look is basic, but its popularity speaks for itself.

    About Mr Vegas Casino

In 2023, the Gambling Commission fined the company who owns Mr Vegas casino, VideoSlots Ltd £2 million after they failed to meet the required standards for safer gambling and anti-money laundering checks. The brand wasn’t suspended, and it remains Licensed and we haven’t found any major disputes directly tied to Mr Vegas itself.

Mr Vegas Casino is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (39380), with additional regulation from Malta (MGA/CRP/258/2014), Sweden (18Li7373), and Denmark (18-0650512). So is Mr Vegas casino legit? Pretty much yes.

Their safer gambling section is very clean and practical. Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits, wagers, time, and losses, all without needing to contact support. There’s a full self-exclusion option through GAMSTOP, and timeout tools for shorter breaks. The casino also links clearly to responsible gambling organisations, which is essential for players who might need support.

Mr Vegas blocks users under 18 and requires full ID checks before payouts. The website runs on encrypted connections to protect personal data. It doesn’t have a 2FA feature which is our main nitpick, but nothing else in this area gave us cause for concern.

    First Impression

Mr Vegas may look outdated at first, but don’t let this deter you. The black background with neon accents creates a nice ambience, neon isn’t overpowering at all.

The interface is basically a copy of its network design, all of its sister sites have the same interface. It’s basic, sure, but it loads fast, and the homepage layout is practical. Everything is right in front of the player: from featured games to ongoing promotions, which are listed directly on the main page. It’s not the cleanest look we’ve seen, but nothing is hidden or hard to find.

We noticed that the horizontal menu offers just a few tabs: Home, All Games, and some bonuses. There’s also a small feed showing recent player activity. One convenient design choice is the static bottom bar that works as a quick game launcher. We don’t often see that, and it made navigation quicker than we expected.

Registration was easy, I had to fill just two forms. Besides the obvious information I had to provide, Mr Vegas also asked me to verify my number and then sent an email verification link. After following the link you’re prompted to make a deposit, saying that your account will be verified once you deposit. That’s some nice security on show.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

Mr Vegas doesn’t look modern, but it’s more than useable, and a few smart layout choices help make up for the outdated style.

Mr Vegas allows players in the UK to choose from twelve deposit methods, and that’s one of the highest counts we’ve seen lately. The lowest amount accepted is £10, an average across the UK casinos. There are no charges attached to transactions either.

I deposited £20 using Visa. The deposit button sat in the top corner and took me straight to a single screen with all the payment methods and their details. I liked that. After filling in the card info and going through Visa Secure, my funds arrived right away. The bonus prompt showed up after my deposit, a neat feature to not miss it.

Mr Vegas promo selection will probably disappoint bonus chasers. The site does things its own way: a welcome package, and a small batch of promotions, mostly jackpots and tournaments. We couldn’t find a no deposit bonus either.

    Welcome Spins and Funds

The first deal you’ll see is a 100% bonus up to £200 plus 11 spins on Pink Elephants 2. To qualify you need to deposit £10 or more, no bonus code is needed. The spins are wager-free, but the bonus funds themselves require 35x wagering. That’s not great, but it’s not harsh either.

One small catch: you need to claim the bonus manually. After depositing, go to “My Profile” → “My Bonuses” to activate it. Once claimed, you’ve got 60 days to use it, which is generous when you compare it to others.

    Regular Promotions

After the welcome offer, Mr Vegas doesn’t throw too much at you. The recurring promotions are few, and they’re not the easiest to follow. But if you’re curious, here’s what’s around:

    • Rainbow Treasure: Weekly cashback based on how much you bet. The casino applies a formula based on the theoretical RTP and credits your extra winnings every Friday. You can track it under “My Account” → “My Rainbow Treasure.”
    • Wheel of Vegas: A mini jackpot feature. Every spin you make on slots or live tables gives you a chance at one of three jackpots: Mini, Major, or Mega. If you trigger one, your spin appears under “My Prizes.” No need to play around voucher code requirements.
    • Slot Tournaments: Regular leaderboard events for selected games. There’s usually a cash prize pool and a fixed time window, but details change, and you’ll have to check the page for current info.
    • Cross-Slot Jackpots: A shared jackpot pool applied across multiple games. The value builds up from player bets across linked slots.

At first, it may look like Mr Vegas has a loyalty programme. Indeed, there’s a visible Achievements system where players earn XP and climb through the ranks. You can complete missions and gain levels, but there’s no reward for ranking up. The support representatives confirmed it’s only there to track your progress, so there isn’t an actual programme.

Mr Vegas keeps things lean but interesting, the welcome bonus is easy to use, and the recurring promos feel fresh, even if there aren’t many of them.

Mr Vegas has one of the biggest game libraries we’ve come across. Over eight thousand titles are packed into it, and thankfully, the layout supports that size well. Categories sit right below the main menu, and you can use dropdown filters to sort by provider or adjust the view by alphabet or number of rows.

As good as it is, there are some design choices we aren’t too fond of. For one, there’s no dedicated area for table games, only separate links for roulette and blackjack. That leaves other types (like baccarat) buried unless you search by name. Games also don’t have info pages or demo mode which would be a welcome addition.

A few technical issues got in the way during my testing. One of the Crazy Time tables loaded a blank screen, so I had to back out and choose another version to get in. I also ran into an error message that forced me to refresh the site. Once a game launched, everything worked fine without lag or sound drops, but the tracker didn’t always work, which made it harder to keep up with what amount I was betting and how much I had left.

    Mobile Gameplay

Mr. Vegas Casino doesn’t have a dedicated app for UK users, and that’s an important thing to know upfront.

I initially found an application on the Google Play Store that used the Mr Vegas name, but opening the app takes you to 1Red Casino. After I installed it, it was called Aim & Magic.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

Do not install the app, the casino doesn’t have one.

    >>The official mobile site is the safe route, and that’s where I ended up playing. It loads directly in the browser and supports login with saved credentials, which makes it easy to get started.

The layout tries to copy the desktop perhaps too much, it’s basically a carbon copy of it, but this copy has too much going on for a small mobile screen. Simplifying the design would make it much easier to find your way around.

Loading between pages took me a couple of seconds which was annoying, but the game performance was good, loading times were under 10 seconds and I didn’t have any issues with lag while playing.>>

Time to see the top titles you can find in the ocean of games at Mr Vegas Casino.

    Slot Titles

There’s an incredible variety of reels to choose from at Mr Vegas, over 7K games in total, a massive number. We really like the game filters here, it’s so easy to find games from specific providers and with specific themes or features.

    Title Developer RTP Release Date
Big Bass Splash Reel Kingdom 95.67% 2022
Gates of Olymp Pragmatic Play 95.51% 2021
    Starburst NetEnt 96.90% 2013

Slot Games at Mr Vegas Casino

Mega Joker is a popular game, I like the large number of paylines but a £0.40 minimum spin is quite high. Age of the Gods is also a huge hit, the design and animations are great and I like the variety of jackpots.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Live Casino

At 650+ games, Live Game Lobby also has quite a fantastic range of choices with dozens of popular table games as well as a diverse selection.

    Title Developer RTP Release Date
    Crazy Time Evolution 95.50% 2020
    Lightning Roulette Evolution 97.30% 2018
Mega Fire Blaze Roule Playtech 97.30% 2020

Live Games at Mr Vegas Casino

Crazy Time was pretty fun, I really like that you can choose from multiple bonus features as well as the multiplier that runs at the start of each spin. Tried a live version of Immersive Roulette and didn’t notice many differences between it and the regular version.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Table Games

Regular tables also have a good range of options (200+) with plenty of variants of the most popular games. We are just disappointed that the site doesn’t have a dedicated Table Games section.

    Title Developer RTP Release Date
Classic Blackjack Gold Microgaming 99.90% 2006
American Roulette First Person Evolution 97.30% 2019
Blackjack Neo Relax Gaming 99.30% 2019

Table Games at Mr Vegas Casino

Classic Blackjack Gold Series was fun, I like the retro look but the sound effects can get annoying. Jacks or Better is among my favourite poker games, I like the customisation options and the large potential payouts.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Instant Games

Instants have 150+ games, mainly including scratch cards and other instant win games such as Slingo and arcade games.

    Title Developer RTP Release Date
Slingo Rainbow Riches Gaming Realms 95.60% 2018
Cash Scratch Hacksaw Gaming 92.01% 2021
    Aviator Spribe 97.00% 2019

Instant Games at Mr Vegas Casino

Scratch Bronze is a cheap scratcher. A simple game, I don’t like that you can’t change your wager size. Slingo Berserk is a fun slingo game, and I love the design and animations – really fun to play.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

A massive game library and decent interface give Mr Vegas strong appeal, though small usability quirks and missing features hold it back from excellence.

Withdrawals at Mr Vegas come with a good range. There are nine available methods, which is great for flexibility, but the process has some bumps along the road.

The casino set the minimum withdrawal to £20. That’s higher than most places, especially when you only need £10 to deposit. It creates a weird imbalance of sorts, it’s easy to get money in, but trickier to take it out unless you’ve built up a bit of a balance.

Only the first withdrawal of the day is free. Every extra payout comes with a fixed £2.50 fee, no matter how small the amount.

Method Min Withdrawal Withdrawal Time Fees
Visa £20 1–3 Working Days None**
Mastercard £20 1–3 Working Days None**

Withdrawal Options at Mr Vegas Casino

The withdrawal button was harder to find, I had to go to My Profile and find the ‘Withdraw’ option. The cashout page isn’t as good-looking as the deposit one, not as intuitive. Everything still takes up one page though and it took me 30 seconds to cash out.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    KYC

Mr. Vegas Casino will attempt to verify your account during the registration, you will only be asked for extra documentation if that fails. You can find the document uploader in My Profile, we prefer this to emails.

Another thing we appreciate is the colour code system they use to mark the status of the process. Below this colour breakdown, you can see more details on what’s required from you at this stage.

I sent in my ID and a utility bill late at night and got verified the next afternoon. That part went quickly, though I never got an email about it, which would’ve helped.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

Plenty of ways to withdraw, but the £20 minimum and daily fee can add friction where there doesn’t need to be any.

It’s easy to locate support at Mr Vegas. There’s a link both at the top and bottom of the homepage, which sends you to a page showing the contact methods: live chat, contact form, and callback request. Surprisingly, there’s no FAQ, if you’re stuck, you’ll need to talk to someone.

Phone support works on a callback basis, there’s no number to call yourself. You can request a call between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Friday. Email queries go through a contact form, and responses arrive within a day or so.

    Contact Method Availability Response Time
Live Chat 24/7 3 minutes to the agent
Email (Contact Form) Yes No reply received
    Phone (Callback) Mon-Fri, 8am–8pm only 10–15 minutes
    FAQ Page Not available N/A

Support Options at Mr Vegas Casino

The live chat starts with an automated bot. It opens by asking which country you’re in. From there, it guides you through prompts that often don’t match the question. The chatbot is powered by AI, but doesn’t answer your questions well. For example, I asked about the live chat support hours, after which it asked me to clarify which team I meant. I clarified that again, but even then it couldn’t tell me.

Saying “speak to an agent” bypasses the bot. Once you do that, you’ll have to provide your name and email again. It takes around three minutes before you’re connected. I asked the agent the same questions about support hours and withdrawal speeds. The actual agent was polite and gave clear answers without delay, I didn’t have to ask follow-ups to get the info I wanted.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

If you want help fast, go straight to live chat and ask for a person. Everything else either makes you wait or leaves you hanging. Views on support are rather split based on Mr Vegas casino reviews.

    Verdict

Few casinos manage to balance a large-scale game library with a genuinely user-friendly layout, but Mr Vegas pulls it off. Over 8,000 games from more than 50 developers are easy to scroll through, with neat filtering tools that let you pin down exactly what you’re after. Deposit methods are quick, limits are fair, and the verification steps are clear and manageable.

On the flip side, the bonus page is pretty dull, even though we like the ongoing promotions. We also didn’t like how there’s no FAQ section whatsoever. In the end, this Mr Vegas online casino review should’ve cleared up details about this place. If you’re looking for a secure casino where you can try a new slot daily, Mr Vegas makes a convincing case.

Here’s what we found to be the highs and lows of Mr Vegas Casino after a full review.

    • 8,000+ games of various genres
    • Many filtering options
    • 24/7 Support Team
    • £2.50 fee after first daily withdrawal
    • No classic table game section listed
    • Missing a basic FAQ for quick answers

so yeah i cashed out £690 end of the month, got an email it’s approved but then... nothing. waited like a week. support kept saying “processing”, then asked for a bank statement which i sent, no update still. not super mad yet but kinda annoying when they don’t explain properly what’s going on.

honestly i’m over it. they say weekly withdrawal limit is £500, fair... but the payout DATE messes it all up. had 3 withdrawals stuck pending coz of this rule. support either doesn’t reply or gives copy-paste answers. just feels like they wanna hold on to your money longer.

I hit a jackpot, but the withdrawal process wasn’t smooth sailing. It took a while due to some limits and a few back-and-forths with customer support. At first, I was frustrated, but the team eventually suggested alternatives and started processing partial payments. It required patience, but the money is coming through steadily now.

I joined and deposited today with no issues. After a small win, I tried to withdraw, but the process was messy with multiple verification requests. Two documents were approved, but I’m still waiting on the third, which I emailed. Now I’m waiting for an email reply and my funds. Hopefully, it gets resolved soon, as the casino looks promising.

In early February, I contacted Mr. Vegas to request the reopening of my account and had a phone call to confirm my request. I was told that the account would be reopened within a week. However, it's now almost July, and I still haven't heard back from them regarding the status of my account. Has anyone else had this issue?
