    LottoGo Review

It’s not often that a lottery-focused site brings this much casino content to the table. LottoGo’s pitch is ambitious as it puts a lot of focus on lotteries, so how was the execution? Our Lottogo Casino review goes into the design, potential bonus code options, deposits, game filters, and more and highlights a few things the homepage won’t tell you.

A Closer Look at LottoGo’s Track Record

LottoGo is a 2011 casino launched by Annexio Limited. It’s the only gambling site they operate, while no sister sites are quite a rare sight in this crowded market. Indeed, this makes LottoGo unique, it also isn’t trying to compete with major casino brands, and that’s exactly what gives it some edge. Everything is presented simply, and the site’s direction feels deliberate. Lotto Go casino reviews on sites like Trustpilot seem to be favourable, so they got player trust.

From the name alone you can see that it’s built around lottery betting, but there’s more to it, over time they added scratchcards, fast-turnover games, keno, and bingo.

LottoGo doesn’t run its own lottery. Instead, members place bets on the outcomes of official national lotteries. LottoGo purchases real tickets or covers those bets through insurance so that payouts match the actual lottery winnings.

Everything is legal, the casino and its owner company aren’t on any blacklists and never had been hit with fees. Their track record is still clear, even more than a decade later.

    About Lotto Go Casino Company

LottoGo is a low-profile casino that pretty much has all the key casino features. It offers more than just lottery bets, and that makes it worth a closer look. And with no partner sites to compare it to, it does feel fresh.

Trust comes down to how a casino handles player protection, transparency, and the tools it actually gives users to stay in control. LottoGo lists two current licences: one from the UK Gambling Commission (account number 51692) and another from the Jersey Gambling Commission (reference number 1012449). Both are shown clearly on the site and apply to its lottery betting model, as well as the casino-style content built around it.

The safer gambling section is simple to access and surprisingly thorough. There’s deposit control, short-term breaks, long-term exclusion, and a timer that reminds players how long they’ve been active. A short quiz is available to help players think more carefully about their habits, and there’s a clear walkthrough on how to reduce gambling-related ads on social media. The tools sit in the account menu and can be adjusted quickly. Support links are also there, pointing to BeGambleAware, GamStop, and Gambling Therapy. Obviously enough, users under 18 years old aren’t allowed to use the site, these accounts will be restricted after the automatic verification catches onto them.

Security-wise, player data is protected with encryption, but there’s no two-factor login, which we’d still like to see added. LottoGo also has a clear reputation and has never been involved in any scandals.

Security and Licensing at Lotto Go Casino

Is Lottogo legit? Based on what we saw, it is indeed. Their licences are active and they have the basic set of gambling tools. The lack of 2FA is a shame but it can be forgiven.

    Casino’s Simple and Smart Looks

LottoGo has a neat homepage, but we do think it’s overly basic, we would love to see more colour there. We also didn’t like that there’s a lot of unused space on the left and right, which makes the central content feel squeezed.

As it usually is, all the main categories are listed at the top of the page. There’s a clear path through lottery betting, bingo, keno, instant games and scratchcards. The site loads fast and reacts well when you switch between pages. Every section is easy to access, we liked that game previews show key details upfront.

The registration process here is one of the simpler ones I came across. There’s just one page, I was done in under a minute. I just wish the form was centred rather than stuck to the side, it felt like it was squeezed into a corner when there was plenty of space to place it properly.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

LottoGo runs evenly and offers quick access to its main sections, but the visual layout feels underdeveloped and could utilise free space better.

LottoGo supports only three ways to deposit, which we were pretty disappointed about, it falls behind so many of its competitors. Still, we have to give credit where it’s due: deposits are processed instantly, and there are no transaction fees. The best part is the £1 minimum top-up. That’s a rare number in this market and lowers the entry point in a way many players will appreciate. It’s quite strange that minimum and maximum limits aren’t shown ahead of time though.

    Deposits at Lotto Go Casino

The casino doesn’t offer any no deposit bonus codes, so I had to make a £10 deposit with Visa, and it took under 30 seconds. The funds dropped in the balance nearly right away. Everything happened on one screen, but I did have to click through the account section to find the deposit page. I was surprised that they didn’t have a dedicated Deposit button on the homepage.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

LottoGo handles deposits quickly, and the low minimum is a real win for budget players. Still, the lack of methods and a few small design choices make the system feel pretty limited.

LottoGo puts most of its energy into the sign up deal. That being said, existing players’ deals are pretty scarce, and the no deposit bonus is not available here either. LottoGo does seem to offer a variety of short-term promotions though, usually offering free spins and reload bonuses.

    Welcome Offer

New players at Lotto Go can get a 100% match up to £200. That puts it above the usual amount we see at UK casinos. To claim, sign in and make a deposit of £20, easy enough and you don’t need to worry about entering a discount code.

This could look like a strong start, but 40x wagering applies to the entire bonus and this isn’t exactly kind. On top of that, the £20 minimum required top-up is on the higher side as well. We would love to see lower wagering req. at least on spins.

    Other Promotions

Beyond the welcome bonus, LottoGo runs a few ongoing promos, which are mainly tied to tournaments. Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins is probably the biggest of them all. This one includes daily prize drops that randomly reward active spins, plus weekly tournaments where the winners of the leaderboard will share a weekly prize pot. The prize pool and qualifying games are the same as you’ll find at other sites offering this event, you will find Drops & Wins on nearly every casino, but it’s still decent if a player’s already running spins on eligible games.

Of course, other regular slot tournaments are available but they are much less common, you still will see them more often than reload or spin deals. So don’t have high hopes to run into a free spins no deposit promo here.

LottoGo leads with a bold starter deal but drops the ball after that. We really wish there were some more deals here, especially after a generous welcome promotion.

LottoGo has a decent selection of over 1,800 titles from more than 15 software providers. Play’n GO, Eyecon, NetEnt, Yggdrasil and Quickspin are all here. This line-up includes slots, table games, scratchers, bingo, live titles and keno. But it’s worth noting that scratch cards must be bought separately from a side menu rather than browsed or launched from the main casino. That’s not ideal, most casinos allow them to be played like a regular casino game. That said, we did like that you get discounts based on how many you buy.

Subcategories like “Popular,” “New,” or “Live” are shown in a horizontal bar, and the interface loads quickly on both desktop and mobile, which helps when flipping between game types.

You can search by game title or provider, and there’s even a “random game” button to shuffle through picks. Still, the site lacks any meaningful filtering options like provider filter, theme filter, volatility or features for customised searches, and this is sadly not possible here. It’s especially strange since provider names are listed under every game thumbnail anyway.

There’s no free-play mode on the site, and every game needs an account and a deposit to access. Games do not have info pages, again something that removes clarity.

    Slots

There are more than 1,700 slots at LottoGo, a good variety of options with a wide selection of various themes and gameplay features. We just would like to see the site add subcategories under the slot section that make it easier to browse.

    Game Developer RTP Release Year
    Starburst NetEnt 96.09% 2013
Big Bass Bonanza Pragmatic Play 95.67% 2020
    Book of Dead Play’n GO 94.25% 2016

    Slots at Lotto Go Casino

I tried Castle Clash Megaways, really liked the theme here as well as all those bonus features they have. Serpent King was also great, I really like the game’s design and animations and the progressive jackpot is fun to aim for. While not a slot, Slingo Riches was a great slingo game, I liked that you get prizes from 1 Slingo as well as bonuses for finding 3 or more Wilds.

    Live Casino

Live tables felt solid across the board. We spent time with roulette, blackjack, and some game shows. All 72 tables come from Evolution or Pragmatic Play, so the streaming quality was sharp and the dealers professional.

    Game Developer RTP Release Year
Blackjack Azure Pragmatic Play 99.59% 2020
Mega Roulette Pragmatic Play 97.30% 2021
    Crazy Time Evolution 95.50% 2020

Live Games at Lotto Go Casino

Decided to go with the Sweet Bonanza Candyland game show. The game’s 20,000x max win is great and I like that it offers 3 bonus games and a multiplier space. I tried something more lowkey next, Mega Roulette. I like the game’s low betting limits and its multiplier feature but 16 seconds between each spin is a long time if you’re not covering the table each round.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Table Games

There’s a pool of 75 table games at LottoGo, mostly classic roulette and blackjack variants. We spotted a few less common ones too, like Sic Bo and Vegas Strip Blackjack.

    Game Developer RTP Release Year
    Blackjack MH Play’n GO 99.49% 2015
    20p Roulette Inspired Gaming 97.30% 2015
    Casino Solitaire G.Games 96.80% 2020

Table Games at Lotto Go Casino

Played Classic Blackjack, one of the highest RTP table games. The game design is basic but the 99.91% RTP rate is extremely good.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Arcade

LottoGo has 49 arcade-style games in its casino section. Most are simple, quick-fire options that centre around multipliers and reaction speed.

    Game Developer RTP Release Year
    Aviator Spribe 97.00% 2019
    Spaceman Pragmatic Play 96.50% 2022
    Crash X Turbo Games 95.00% 2021

Arcade Games at Lotto Go Casino

Fruit Blast got my interest this time, I like the cartoony art style and the matching gameplay is fun. High Flyer is one of the Crash Games, the design is extremely basic but I like that it has a chat function as it makes the game more social.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Scratch Cards

This is the only section where access feels clunky. Players have to go through a separate scratch card menu just to buy tickets and only after that can they play. We liked the variety across 30 games, but everyone comes with fixed prices and prize amounts.

    Game Developer RTP Release Year
Panda Gold Pragmatic Play 85.59% 2020
    7 Piggies Pragmatic Play 85.40% 2020
Queen of Gold Pragmatic Play 76.50% 2020

    Scratchers at Lotto Go Casino

For scratchers, I went with Lucky Day: Cheltenham Champions. Not bad, but the process to buy and use a scratch card is too long, could be made much simpler.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Bingo

There are only eight bingo rooms on LottoGo, but all the major formats are represented (90, 80, 75, 50, and 30-ball). Each game type loads into a separate window, which is fine once you’re used to the flow.

You can see how many players are in each room, the countdown timer until the next game, the type of bingo it runs, and the lowest ticket price, all from the main screen.

Super Heavy Weight, Boombox, and Zoom Room were consistently the busiest during our checks, which likely says something about the prize pools.

    Lottery

LottoGo includes 21 lottery draws from different countries. Players place bets based on official results as the site doesn’t sell tickets but mimics the prize structure. We found Powerball, EuroMillions, and several others with jackpots reaching into nine figures. Odds, draw days, and prize tables are all shown clearly.

The layout for the lottery is rather tidy, games are listed clearly, and jackpot amounts are updated ahead of each draw. Players can manage tickets through the “My Bets & Tickets” area, and results are automatically checked by the system.

There are not many sites like Lottogo casino – it has so many game types that the lack of filtering options leaves an even harder aftertaste.

    Mobile Gameplay

The site doesn’t have an app, but we opened it on the mobile browser and honestly, it runs better than the desktop version. The layout tightens up nicely, menus are easy to spot, and you can clearly see they used the space better here. The load time for pages stayed under a second. The games took about 15 seconds to launch, nothing crashed or froze on our end.

Your options to cash out at Lotto GO are limited, three withdrawal methods are simply not enough. Still, there are some strong positives: the lowest limit is just £1, and there are no extra charges. The casino states that cashouts should reach the player within three to five business days, which lines up with most UK brands and withdrawal reviews from users that we’ve seen.

There’s a one-time wager requirement on all deposits before withdrawal, it’s not stated upfront and took us off-guard, very disappointing.

Method Min Withdrawal Withdrawal Time Fees
Visa £1 0–5 working days None
Mastercard £1 0–5 working days None

    Withdrawals at Lotto Go Casino

I reached the withdrawal screen through Account, then Wallet, same as with deposits, really. I decided to withdraw £25 using a debit card, and it took just under five days to land in my account. Once submitted, the request was processed immediately.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    KYC

Normally your account is automatically verified during the registration, if that’s not the case, you will need to upload extra documentation. In our case, there were no issues, right after sign up, we received a confirmation by text that my account was verified.

In case you will need to send extra docs, there’s a secure upload portal on the site that you can use, no need to send them through email. FAQ also explains the Verification procedure pretty well.

The withdrawals aren’t that bad on paper, that £1 minimum withdrawal is very delicious. What rains on parade though, is the payment method variety and hidden wagering on deposit funds.

LottoGo’s customer service isn’t the easiest to navigate, and honestly, we expected more from it. There’s no phone line, but at least there’s an email ([email protected]) and a live chat function.

The FAQ section does most of the heavy lifting. It’s big with 20+ sections organised into categories. The info it gives is rather useful. The issue is there’s no search bar, so you need to scan through page after page just to find a simple answer. Not ideal with 200+ question/answer articles!

    Support Method Availability Response Time
Live Chat Not 24/7 ~10 minutes (tested)

    FAQ Always available Instant (self-serve)

    Support at Lotto Go Casino

I tried contacting support through live chat and hit a wall at first. The Contact Us link led to a chatbot, and I had to go through several preset menus. To speak to a real person you have to choose “Other Queries” and then “Speak to an Agent”. While testing this feature I found I was waiting hours to connect to an agent with no update, so emailed the support team to see if it was working. Indeed, it only worked in Incognito mode, which tells me something in my setup, maybe an extension, blocked it. Note that in case you have a similar problem.

Once it was loaded, I filled out a short form with some brief info about myself + my questions and waited around ten minutes. I asked about the site compatibility with Visa Fast Funds, how often withdrawals are processed, if there’s a phone number I can use and if support is available 24/7. The agent replied quickly, but not all answers were accurate and even included incorrect info. One claimed they accepted credit cards, which they clearly don’t. Very strange experience.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

LottoGo’s help channels are decent but come with caveats. Fast live chat responses are a plus, but the chat team wasn’t helpful in my case to boot. The FAQ is better, but obviously, it won’t help you with specific complex issues. Lottogo reviews from the actual users are also far from pleased with how they operate in this department.

    Verdict

LottoGo doesn’t play by the usual casino rules, and that is clear from the start. The main focus here is on international lottery betting, which makes it more unique than most, and it still manages to offer over 1,800 casino games alongside it.

But this wasn’t the only thing that caught our attention. We also liked to see the rare £1 minimum for both deposits and withdrawals, a detail most other UK sites don’t come close to. That said, the choice of only three payment methods felt limiting, and we really were longing for game filters in the lobby as the casino has none. The welcome offer hits the right mark in size, and you don’t need a promo code for it. What drags it down is the slightly high 40x wagering on free spins dragged and bonus both

That being said, it’s far from a bad casino, it’s not often that you see a setup like this which we stated multiple times in this Lottogo review. So we’d say, give it a try at least even if you just want to spin on the slots. Lottery fans will definitely be more inclined to give this one a go though.

We’ve summed up the main pros and cons of LottoGo Casino just below.

    • £1 minimum deposit and withdrawal
    • Over 1,800 games including keno and bingo
    • The random game button adds some fun
    • Many international lotteries to try
    • No provider filter in game lobby
    • Only 3 payment methods supported
    • 40x wagering on all free spins
    • Chat agents gave incorrect answers
