Jackpot Paradise is another ProgressPlay network casino, which many may have already recognised just by its look. While it is similar to its siblings in nature, we noticed a few visual and functional updates this time around. Our Jackpot Paradise review examines how those changes influence the bonuses, payments, and games.
Jackpot Paradise has been active since 2012, which makes it one of the longer-running names in the ProgressPlay catalogue. It shares many of its internal features with others in the network, which doesn’t help it look or stay original.
Like most casinos in the group, Jackpot Paradise focuses solely on casino games and live tables. Unlike some of its sister sites, it has no sportsbook attached. What it does offer, though, is a working bingo section, which isn’t always a given.

Company information
ProgressPlay was fined £175,718 by the UK Gambling Commission in 2023 after repeated failures in anti-money laundering controls and customer interaction standards. The company had to update its procedures. These changes were implemented quickly, and as a result, Jackpot Paradise continues to operate legally.
We liked the colour scheme for this one; various blue tones match each other well. It just looks a bit boring, as it’s basically the same ProgressPlay site as the rest.
At the top, there’s a navigation bar with tabs for casino and trophies, placed next to the logo. There’s also one small but welcome detail that we especially like: a functioning language switch. You can choose between English, Japanese, Portuguese, Finnish, French, and Spanish. You don’t see that often.
There’s also a sidebar, but it can be glitchy at times. You can find it on the left edge of the screen, but sometimes it only slides out if you manage to hover over the exact right spot. It is pretty useful though, as you can access your favourites, current promos, support, and reward tabs from there.
We noticed some more bugs; for one, live chat also caused problems during testing. The icon disappeared more than once and didn’t come back until we switched pages. This was quite frustrating to deal with.
Signup took less than two minutes. The form was easy to fill out. I got asked about marketing twice, which was annoying. Once I entered my phone number, I received the SMS code instantly and accessed my account without delay.

We pulled up Jackpot Paradise Casino on mobile and, aside from the lack of a dedicated app, it handled itself well.
There’s not hing truly special about the mobile casino site, but it loads quickly, menus are legible, and you don’t need to scroll forever just to make a deposit or hit support.
That said, the bottom shortcut bar could be better thought out. There’s just not much on it that feels necessary or helpful. The layout feels boxed in at times, but I still had no problem jumping into games or checking promos.
Every game I tried launched quickly, without any crashes or visual glitches as well. I really liked how stable the site felt, even after longer sessions.

Jackpot Paradise has fewer deals than other ProgressPlay casinos, and it takes a slightly different approach to them. Nearly all come with a promo code here, and they refresh every month. These are the main deals present at the moment of testing:
Codes and featured games change monthly, but the nature of each deal stays roughly the same. Always double-check if the codes are valid before truly committing.
Jackpot Paradise plays it safe like most ProgressPlay sites do. We appreciated the broad game range and the quick processing of withdrawals, but the added fee on cashouts left a poor taste. The Jackpot Paradise promotions, while beneficial, have high wagering requirements that may deter many players from utilising them. Overall, it’s an okay place to play if you don’t mind a few rough edges.

Jackpot Paradise Casino looked promising at first so I jumped into the slots hoping for a good run, but the wins were minimal and barely covered the bets. After a while, it just felt pointless and I changed my mind about continuing here...
