There’s a reason Immortal Romance is the first thing that comes to mind when reading the name Immortal Wins, the casino clearly intended to make that reference. Still, title aside, it plays from the usual Jumpman playbook. In this Immortal Wins review, we reviewed every aspect about it, from usability to withdrawal limits, and went through the whole process ourselves.
Immortal Wins first came online in 2021, backed by Jumpman Gaming, one of the bigger names behind bingo and casino websites in the UK. The people behind it aren’t new to the business; Jumpman has been putting out casino sites like this for years.
The problem is, this brand doesn’t feel like its own project, it’s basically a copy of everything else Jumpman has produced. Immortal Wins looks fresh, but there’s very little about it that breaks away from the rest of the pack. Yes, there’s a full set of slots, table games, and live casino titles here. That alone puts it ahead of some of the emptier Jumpman sites we’ve tested. But it still follows the same route in nearly every other sense.

About Immortal Wins Casino Company
Back in 2020, the company ran into serious trouble. A full review revealed how badly it handled account checks and user monitoring. As a result, it paid £500,000. Immortal Wins wasn’t live at the time, but it shares the same backend, same system, same management. So even if the brand itself has avoided problems, its reputation is tied to decisions made long before its launch.
The site also has a “Trophies” loyalty system that rewards you with free spins for completing missions, such as “Play 3 consecutive days in 1 week” or “Play 15 different slots in week 1”.
The brand shares the same loyalty program across all networks; it doesn’t offer great value, but is better than nothing. Regardless, it’s a fun way to gamify the gamble, as you can level up by completing these missions and unlock more rewards. 65x wagering requirements still apply, and we would like to see them lower.
The system works by assigning tasks to your account: completing each one earns you a trophy. Every five trophies unlocks a new loyalty level and rewards you with a spin on the Trophy Mega Reel. The higher your level, the better the spin prize range. Levels 1–5 award at least 5 spins, while levels beyond 15 push that number to 20+. The reel selection changes monthly too, so you’re not stuck with the same games every time.
The app is easy to locate on the Google Play Store. The interface matches the desktop version almost exactly, which makes navigation feel familiar. Saved login details transferred seamlessly, and biometric login was ready to go from the start.
Moving around the app is simple and easy to do. The quick access buttons at the bottom of the page are helpful but could be improved. And I would like to see the game options replaced by options such as Support, Cashier, etc.
Game performance, however, didn’t match the ease of setup. Loading times varied between 10–20 seconds, and I ran into delays even after pressing the Play button. Some games took several seconds to respond, and others wouldn’t start until I tilted the screen. Playing in forced horizontal mode was inconvenient, especially for shorter sessions.

Immortal Wins isn’t a bad casino, but it’s hard to get excited about it. The 3,800+ games sound great, but the absence of filters makes it needlessly frustrating to explore. Promotions are frequent, and there’s even a no deposit deal, though the 10x wagering cuts down the appeal across the board. We liked the simple deposit process, but withdrawals take time, cost money, and there’s no live chat to help when something goes wrong. It is better than its sister sites in a lot of ways, but still lags behind some of its main competitors.
We summarised our main likes and dislikes about Immortal Wins Casino below.

Tried out Immortal Wins 'cause of the welcome bonus—looked super tempting! The games were fun, and I managed to hit the wagering requirements after a bit of grinding. But, ugh, the withdrawal process was slow—needed extra docs for verification. Still, they got it sorted eventually. Not bad, but could be better...

Played a bunch of slots on my phone at Immortal Wins, and the site worked like a charm—no lag and everything fit perfectly on the screen. The games are crazy fun, and it's great for on-the-go action. Had a hiccup with PayByMobile deposits, but customer support helped sort it pretty fast.
