    Cash Casino Review

Cash Casino, part of the Jumpman Gaming network, invites players into a domain of chances and rewards. But what exactly can you expect from this casino? We’ll break it down in this Cash Casino review: how the bonus system behaves in real use, payment methods options, and the misleading customer support.

Cash Casino may have launched only recently in 2023, but it’s already part of Jumpman Gaming’s massive network. This casino is basically the same as its sister sites, has all the Jumpman exclusive features and shares games and promo selections, you won’t be able to look past that. We reviewed dozens of their casinos, and there’s rarely a change but we try to be open-minded with each one. They slowly improved some of their flaws but they are still far from perfect.

Cash Casino may be well-regulated, but it’s important to acknowledge the scrutiny Jumpman faced back in 2020. The UKGC had concerns about money laundering and the vulnerable players protection, which led to a £500,000 penalty for Jumpman. The brand settled its issues and continues to operate still, they didn’t happen to appear on any blacklists either.

    About Cash Casino Company

There’s no shortage of games here, and slot fans won’t be bored, yet as obvious as it is, it’s just another rehash under a different cover.

If you’re wondering, “Is Cash Casino legit?”, it definitely is. The brand is licensed by both the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. The UKGC licence number is 39175, which applies to the casino and bingo sections of the site. The Alderney Gambling Control Commission also oversees its operations, which adds the casino even more credibility. Despite the UKGC fine, Cash Casino has never been blacklisted and managed to keep their licence.

For everything else, the casino tries to stay on track with expected responsible gambling protection. It includes all the right tools: deposit limits, self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, reality checks, and even a short quiz to help you assess your own habits. It also provides help links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous, and Gambling Therapy if your gambling issues get too hard to manage. No under 18-year-old users are allowed here, the casino will instantly restrict your account after registration if you fail the automatic verification, which includes age.

There’s SSL encryption to guard your data while using the site, but two-factor authentication isn’t an option. That’s a shame, especially now when even your email or food delivery app has it. We expected to see that here.

Security and Licensing at Cash Casino

Cash Casino is a well-secured and regulated brand. The responsible gambling tools selection is also good, but we’d personally like to see 2FA added for extra security.

Simple, Functional, But Without a Spark

Cash Casino has a simple design with a dark green background and some coin patterns in the background. It’s easy on the eyes, but it doesn’t do much else. We’ve seen this setup before on other Jumpman sites, it’s almost identical.

The layout is average, you will find all the key features (promotions, games, and account info) at the top of the page next to a large deposit button. The homepage itself has a big banner for the welcome deal, a few game titles, and a short FAQ. In the footer, you can find quick links for support and responsible gambling options and a blog, which we appreciate.

The sign-up took less than two minutes for me. The form has three clear pages. I tried using PayPal to sign up, but I found that the form couldn’t be skipped. Instead, PayPal just processed the deposit first, then prompted me to fill out the rest of the details. Once my account was created, I was taken straight to the deposit page, a neat detail.

Cash Casino gives UK players a choice of 7 deposit methods to fund their accounts. Most deposits are processed instantly, so you can get started right away. The minimum deposit for all methods is £10, which is typical for online casinos.

You can only deposit in set amounts, if you want to deposit, say, £18, you can’t. We haven’t seen anything like this outside of Jumpman Casinos, quite an annoying restriction.

Another thing to consider: PayByMobile charges a fee for deposits of £5, £10, and £20, with a £2.50 fee added to each transaction. Other methods are 100% free of fees.

I made a £10 deposit using Visa. It was a quick process, it took me less than 60 seconds from start to finish. I had to approve the payment using Verified by Visa, but other than that, everything went well.

Cash Casino puts most of its focus on prize-based rewards rather than traditional match bonuses. While there’s plenty going on visually, most of it ties back to a Mega Reel system rather than straight-up credit or cashback. That’s not necessarily bad, just different and random. The casino doesn’t have a no deposit bonus available, even though a few sister sites do have one, quite a bummer.

    Welcome Bonus

A £10 deposit gets you a single spin on the Mega Reel, a prize wheel that can land you free spins or store vouchers. The biggest draw is the chance at 500 spins on selected games with Big Bass Bonanza being the featured title, though there’s no guarantee of a win. You’ll find the bonus page promotes this pretty heavily, but it’s important to know that you only get one shot per deposit. The biggest offence about this one is 65x wagering, which is insanely high when you look at some other casinos out there that usually have much lower requirements.

    Other Promotions for Existing Players

Cash Casino keeps its bonus page packed with extra deals for existing players. Most of them feed into the Mega Reel one way or another, but there’s still a decent range:

    • Happy Hours: Log in between 3–7pm on Wednesdays to claim a Mega Reel spin.
    • PRO Free Spins: Deposit £20 or more and enter the coupon code PRO for a wheel spin that can give between 50 and 500 spins.
    • Rewards Reel: Spin twice a day for a chance to win free spins and collect fruit symbols for bigger rewards.
    • Code of the Week: Use your daily deposit code for a rewards multiplier, up to 10x.
    • Monthly Giveaways: Wager £10 on the game of the month and enter the giveaway, with prizes like household items or gadgets.
    • Fluffy Favourites Tournaments: Compete on Fluffy series games for leaderboard prizes on Fridays.
    • Turbo Reel Reloads: Deposit £100 or more to trigger a Turbo Reel spin on a boosted Mega Reel wheel where all prize segments are turned into FS.

All rewards from the Mega Reel are tied to a 65x wagering requirement, which is far above average for UK online casinos.

    Loyalty Programme

For players who prefer a bit of gamification, Cash Casino has a Trophies loyalty system. You unlock trophies by completing specific goals, these aren’t complicated; one might ask you to log in three days in a row, and another to try 15 different titles. Each time you tick one off, you move up a level, and every level gives you a spin on a prize wheel.

We like how this system rewards consistency, it feels more like a side activity than a pressure to grind, great for casuals. But as with everything on this site, rewards come from a wheel, and that means you might not get much, add the same 65x wagering on the rewards you do get and the value drops immensely.

Cash Casino surprised us with a strong game count which is more than 3,500 titles, most are video slots, which makes sense. The biggest issue though is the lack of live dealer and table games. We’ve seen these categories at other Jumpman casinos, so it’s hard to say why they’re missing at Cash Casino. Players who lean on roulette or blackjack will probably be disappointed.

The filter system is weak, which is quite a shame as with a game library of this size, you’d expect to have a way to filter out games by provider at the very least. You can sort games alphabetically or search by title, yes, but this is clearly not enough.

There’s also no demo mode. You can’t try games before depositing, which won’t suit cautious players. Game info is absent, there are not even info pages here besides the basic descriptions for some popular titles.

    Slots 3,500+ Big Bass Bonanza

So what kind of games are popular at Cash Casino?

    Slots

This is where Cash Casino puts nearly all of its efforts. They have over 3,500 titles from big names like NetEnt, Eyecon, and Microgaming. There are tabs for new releases, Megaways, and jackpots, which help to a point, but you do feel the lack of filters here.

Game Title Developer RTP Release Date
Big Bass Bonanza Reel Kingdom 95.67% 2020
Golden Winner Inspired Gaming 94.50% 2023
    Book of Dead Play’n Go 94.25% 2016

    Slots at Cash Casino

I tested Big Bass Bonanza since it was featured in the Welcome Deal. Quite a fun game and I like the Cash Collect feature here, would love to see it improved with a quick spin mode. The Goonies JPK is a jackpot slot, I liked how well it followed its theme and that incredible 7-figure jackpot was a cherry on top.

    Slingo

Cash Casino includes over 65 Slingo games, and they’re easy to locate. You’ll find most of the usual suspects like Slingo Riches and Slingo Rainbow Riches, with tweaks in rules and volatility between them.

Game Title Developer RTP Release Date
    Slingo Starburst Slingo 96.50% 2021
Slingo Rainbow Riches Slingo 95.60% 2018
    Slingo Stampede Slingo 95.40% 2022

    Slingo at Cash Casino

Went for Slingo Riches as it seemed like a fun Slingo game. Very liked that you get rewards from 1 Slingo as well as bonuses for finding 3 or more Wilds.

    Jamie WallJamie Wall Casino Analyst

    Bingo

Bingo fans get nine rooms here, the thing as with other Jumpman casinos. You get 30-ball, 80-ball, and 90-ball variants, yes it isn’t huge, but you get a decent variety here. Most of the action centres around short rounds and quick tickets, which fits well if you’re only planning to dip in and out between slots. You can see all the important info like player number, ticket prizes before you enter which we liked. Heavyweight is by far the most popular room on here, others don’t get nearly as much traffic.

I tried the 30-Ball Bingo, it’s a fast-paced and fun game, especially for those who prefer quick rounds. I especially liked the fact that the software supports multiple tickets with no lag rather well.

There are five ways to withdraw here, and the minimum withdrawal is £19.99, which is higher than what other casinos normally have set, not really pleased about this. Cash Casino says you’ll wait up to 72 hours before the withdrawal even starts to process. That’s longer than what most players want to deal with, but usually, you won’t have to wait that long.

The huge issue here is the fixed £2.50 fee on every cashout. Since it’s a flat fee, that adds up fast, especially for frequent smaller amounts.

Method Min Withdrawal Withdrawal Time Fees
Visa £19.99 1–3 Working Days £2.50 withdrawal fee
Mastercard £19.99 1–3 Working Days £2.50 withdrawal fee

    Withdrawals at Cash Casino

To withdraw, I had to go through three menu layers just to find the option. The interface also nudged me into choosing preset amounts, and I had to hit “Other” to type in the full balance I wanted. Once I hit confirm, I received my funds in about two days.

    KYC

Cash Casino attempts to verify your account during registration, if it can’t check your info at that stage, it will ask for additional documents. There’s a secure portal for uploading these documents in the My Account section, which makes the process relatively simple, though you may face some delays if additional verification is needed.

The only customer support method you’ll find at Cash Casino is email, despite the site’s mention of a live team in the FAQ. There is a live chat badge, but the chat button opens up an email form instead. Even then, support only works on weekdays between 9 and 4, might be fine if you play casually during lunch breaks, but it’s far from ideal if something comes up late in the evening during the actual primetime. The email isn’t designated simply to Cash Casino, it’s a Jumpman network-wide email ([email protected]), so no wonder it can take three days to hear from them.

There is a Help link in the footer, and it gets you to the FAQ. The page lists about two dozen questions and some of them are useful, but it’s clear this section wasn’t built to answer everything.

    Support Method Availability Response Time
Live Chat Not available (misleading) N/A
Email Support Available 9am–4pm (Mon–Fri) Up to 3 days

    Support at Cash Casino

I used the chat button to instantly reach an agent, but indeed, there is no live chat here. As misleading as it is, I went to use the email form. After filling everything in, I got an automatic message asking for my username, date of birth, and postcode. You need to fill in those details, or you won’t get a response back. For me, it took three days, it was a long wait, but the reply was polite and explained things clearly.

    Verdict

Cash Casino is built using the usual Jumpman strategy, so it carries over both strengths and flaws from the network. We got access to over 3,800 games, but since there are no table or live dealer games here, the variety is rather limited. Add in the fact there’s no provider filter or demo mode, which would’ve been incredibly beneficial for such a large library.

We had no issues with deposits, but cashouts have a £2.50 fee slapped on them, which we didn’t like. They have plenty of deals for existing players, but every deal comes with a steep 65x wagering requirement that tanks the value. If you’re focused on slots and don’t mind grinding through a Mega Reel system, you’ll find content to dig into, just don’t expect much flexibility or depth here.

After reviewing each aspect of Cash Casino, here are all of its advantages and disadvantages in short.

    • 3,800+ games, with popular developers included
    • Many deals available for existing users
    • Gamified rewards system with tasks and spin-based prizes
    • Nine bingo rooms
    • 65x wagering that reduces value of promos
    • No live chat, only email support is available
    • Unexpected omission of table and live games
    • Every cashout includes a £2.50 fee
    • No game filters at all
