    Bingo.com Review

At first glance, the name Bingo.com may seem self-explanatory, but it really is more than its main marketed bingo schtick. This Bingo.com review will provide you with info on both the casino side of things, as well as bingo; we will go over their bonus deals, customer support and of course the games.

    Brand Overview

Bingo.com has been online since 1999. Indeed, it’s one of the oldest names in this space. You wouldn’t know it by looking at the site, though, as the layout is pretty much up to date to modern standards. It feels like something that was built with bingo in mind first, and everything else came later.

It’s run by Platinum Gaming Limited, which belongs to the larger Kindred Group. This company handles several other casinos, but online Bingo.com doesn’t look like one of their other projects. The visual style is lighter and doesn’t try too hard. If you’ve been through other UK casinos, this one does feel different. Not better or worse, just different.

Though if you hope to see dozens of bingo here, you may want to lower your expectations a little. The actual bingo offering is smaller than the name suggests. You’ll find rooms, sure, but not many of them. Most of the activity happens on the casino side. It’s hard to call bingo a strength.

    About Company Behind Bingo.com

Platinum Gaming Limited has been fined twice by the UK Gambling Commission. The first penalty came in February 2023 after the regulator found failings in anti-money laundering controls and customer protection. The company was fined £2.9 million and received a formal warning.

A second case followed in September 2025, covering similar issues between January 2023 and May 2024. This time, the fine rose to £10 million, and extra conditions were added to its licence. The operator cooperated during both investigations and took steps to fix the problems. Despite the penalties, it remains fully licensed and has never been blacklisted.

Multiple active licences are in place for Bingo.com; the main one is issued by the Great Britain Gambling Commission, under account number 45322.

Outside Britain, the operator holds a licence from the Irish Revenue Commissioner (licence no. 1013174) for sportsbook customers in Ireland, and two from the Government of Gibraltar, numbered 091 and 092, under the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and the Gambling Act 2005. Every one of these licences is displayed clearly on the website.

We love how neatly arranged the responsible gambling page is; all the information is short and to the point. You can set spending or deposit limits, pause your account for short breaks, or exclude yourself for longer periods. There’s also a blocking tool that locks access to a specific product type for anything between a day and six months. Of course, reality checks didn’t get ignored either; you can customise the frequency of the reminders yourself.

Minors are completely prohibited. If there’s any doubt about a user’s age, identification is required before access continues. Nothing to worry about casino security either, just like most of the online casino sites, Bingo.com uses SSL encryption to protect player data.

    First Opinions

We really like the blue and white colour scheme; the soft blues are dark enough that the screen isn’t too bright, but there’s still plenty of colour. In some bits, it is similar to other Platinum Gaming sister sites, but not completely.

The layout of the site is good; essential parts of the site can be found via the links at the top of the page. There’s bingo, casino, live casino, tournaments, promos, and guides. Above that, a thin strip covers Help, About Us, Safer Gambling, and Apps. Most casinos put these at the bottom, so it’s actually helpful to see them up top.

We do feel this place would benefit from a menu option that consolidates everything in one place. Right now, you have to keep going back to the top nav bar to switch sections, and that can get a bit tiring when you’re bouncing between tabs.

The footer is also nicely designed. All the links are broken down into labelled categories, so it’s super easy to find everything.

Found that the site is quite slow when moving between pages; loading times can take several seconds, which gets frustrating after a while. It doesn’t freeze or lock up, but the lag adds up, especially if you’re just trying to browse around.

The sign-up took me less than two minutes. Three steps with no issues, and I was through.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Mobile

Pretty disappointed that the casino doesn’t have a mobile app. You’ll have to play from the mobile website, which isn’t bad at all, to be fair.

The layout of the mobile site is very close to that of the desktop site, what helps with the navigation is the variety of categories at the top of the page.

Loading times between pages were fast, usually less than a second in my case. I liked that you could find games as easily on the desktop site as the full range of filtering options is available.

I was also impressed with the gameplay performance; game loading times were always quick, and there weren’t any lag or audio issues while playing. That being said, I don’t like that some games force you into landscape mode to play them.

Bingo.com accepts four deposit methods for UK players. This is a fairly limited choice, as most British casinos today support a larger range of payments. Lack of PayPal hurts the casino the most in our opinion, as it’s a very popular option for many.

The lower entry limit, however, is a positive surprise. The minimum deposit of £5 makes the site accessible and allows cautious players to start with a small amount. This is notably better than the £10 average seen elsewhere.

Although the deposit screen lists available methods clearly, it lacks visible information about limits or daily caps. Presented with the list of payment options, it would have been useful to see payment limits from this page rather than searching through help sections.

    Deposits at Bingo.com

I made a £10 deposit through Instant Banking. The page displayed a QR code, which was scanned using a standard banking application. The confirmation appeared in less than a minute, and the balance updated instantly.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

Bingo.com handles deposits efficiently, and the payment system performs as described. The small method selection is unfortunate, but the £5 minimum deposit elevates the casino in terms of accessibility.

    Bonuses and Special Offers points
*The ratio of total casinos evaluated according to scores 1-5

Bingo.com is not a generous site when it comes to bonuses. At the time of writing, there is no welcome offer for new UK players. That is surprising, as nearly every major casino operating in the country provides at least a small bonus for new registrations and a promo code or two.

    Welcome Offers

After registration, you may get a pop-up screen that displays three potential welcome offers. This is what happened in our case.

I couldn’t select or activate any of these deals. Each tile was unresponsive, and no instructions were provided. It is difficult to say if this was a temporary error or a feature still being developed, but either way, it leaves a poor impression.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

This lack of an introductory offer is disappointing. Most other Platinum Gaming casinos include at least a basic deposit match or a few spins on registration. Bingo.com stands alone with nothing of that kind.

    Current Promotions

There were just two active deals listed at the moment of testing:

    1. The BingoWheel: A loyalty feature for bingo players. Each real‑money bingo ticket earns progress points shown on a circular meter. When it fills, you get one spin on the BingoWheel for a random reward.
    2. Slot Tournament: A rotating event in the casino section. It awards prizes to top performers based on total bets during a set period.

Compared with its siblings, Bingo.com is pretty underwhelming with its promo lineup. It clearly needs an expansion so it can compete with the rest of the UK market. There’s no regular deals of Bingo.com bonus codes to speak of at this time.

    Loyalty Programme points
*The ratio of total casinos evaluated according to scores 1-5

Bingo fans do have something to take advantage of still, as Bingo.com has a loyalty feature that’s tied to bingo only. When you play real-money bingo games, you collect points, and these build towards a spin on something called The BingoWheel.

Now, there’s no guarantee of a win, and even if you do land a prize, you won’t know what format or value it will take in advance. Possible prizes include cash or spins on minigames.

I will say, the wagering terms are surprisingly generous. Cash rewards have no wagering requirements at all, and the spins only come with 1x. Compared with typical casino bonuses that usually stick you with 30x or worse, this is a much better setup. It’s one of the things here that I liked.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

That said, there’s no loyalty programme for casino players. You could easily play dozens of slots or tables and not get anything in return. For a site that hosts both types of games, it’s not great to see one group left out like this. And if you’re not interested in bingo, you’ll find no value in this at all.

Bingo.com clearly doesn’t prioritise promotions. With no welcome bonus and just two ongoing deals, it’s hard to find any real deal for bonus hunters.

Despite the name, this isn’t just a bingo site. In fact, Bingo.com has over 4,000 games here, coming from more than 50 software providers. Quite a strong number even when stacked up against better-known UK casinos.

The slot section is the star of the show, it’s packed. What disappointed us however is the lack of a table games category. Table games are present on the site, but you are forced to rely on the search function to find them.

The site clearly focuses more on live dealer content, but that doesn’t mean the other options should be hidden away. We also don’t like that minigames are displayed in a small part of the bingo lobby; it would make more sense to include them on the casino page, even as a subsection.

There’s plenty of games to choose from, and most of the titles can be tried in demo mode after signing in, which is always good to see. Hovering over a game shows its volatility and paylines, but no RTP info, unfortunately. The search function is good on this site though; it lets you look for game titles and developers.

Game categories don’t have subcategories, which makes it hard to browse the site’s options. That being said, there are a number of filtering options to utilise: Features, Themes, Providers, and Paylines. We would like to see this combined with subcategories. There’s a search bar in the middle of the games section, and right beside it, you’ll find the filter button. We also like that provider names show up right under each thumbnail.

Loading times were generally good (around 10 seconds). We did run into one game that failed to load on the first try, but a refresh fixed it straight away. Apart from that, performance held up well. І noticed 0 sound issues or any slowdowns. Once the game launched, it stayed stable throughout.

    Bingo

The game only has 75 and 90 ball bingo, which is disappointing; most modern bingo sites also offer 30 and 80 ball bingo.

For Bingo, I tried Penny Room. I like that the cards only cost £0.01 each, but the 25-card limit is low. I also like how you can choose two different displays during the game.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

    Mini Games

Fun selection of arcade-style games with unique themes and gameplay mechanics.

Summer Scra tch was a fun game. The scratch card looks good, but the £2 minimum bet is too high. Slingo Luck y McGold surprised me, too. I like that you can play from £0.10 per round, but requiring 4 Slingos to get a prize is too high.

Went for the Arcade game, Mines. Being able to choose a low, medium, or high risk game is good, but I’d like more granular control over the number of mines. Then I decided to test one of the exclusive minigames too, Old Macdonald. The theme is fun, but the gameplay is a bit basic.

Bingo.com only supports four withdrawal options, and we are met with the same limitations we already expressed in the deposit section. For most players, such a low number will certainly be too limited. Most casinos out there offer at least twice as many, often with several instant choices like PayPal or Skrill. Unfortunately, none of those are available here.

We still liked the £5 minimum limit, however. Not every site goes this low, and it keeps the door open for casual or low-stakes players.

    Withdrawals at Bingo.com

Finding the withdrawal option is easy to do; simply click the Account icon and then choose Withdraw. The process was incredibly easy in my case; everything takes place on one screen. I completed my request within 20 seconds.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

You should get your funds in around a day, one of the fastest withdrawal times we’ve seen recently. That being said, Bingo.com reviews point out that some users aren’t satisfied with delays on their withdrawals, so this is something you should expect in the worst-case scenario.

    Verification

Our account was verified at registration, with no need to upload an ID. Bingo.com checks your details against official databases. Even when you pass the initial check, you may need to redo it all again, as the system does include random security reviews. At any time, you could be asked to provide documents one more time. The site’s FAQ explains what might be requested and why, and we liked how clearly this is laid out.

Not having PayPal here feels like a real miss, especially with so few alternatives. The process itself gave us no trouble, but the limited choice is really unfortunate.

Support at Bingo.com is limited. Live chat is the only way to speak with someone from the team, which is disappointing.

The chat also isn’t 24/7. If the chat isn’t available, your only choice is the FAQ.

The FAQ is extensive, and it features a helpful search bar that makes it easier to find answers to specific questions.

I found that some answers in the FAQs don’t answer your question and just direct you to another part of the site, which is disappointing.

    Support at Bingo.com

To test the support options, I went through the Contact Us section and chose a category and subject. That brought up a form asking for my name, email, and a message describing the problem. Once I submitted it, the live chat popped up in a separate window.

I really don’t like that the live chat appears in a pop-up window, it looks better when it’s a small part of the main page.

It took around three minutes before someone joined the chat. The support team were very polite and helpful, great to interact with. It generally took between 1–2 minutes per response. I got clear answers every time.

    Jordan ConroyJordan Conroy Editor

Support at Bingo.com is alright. Live chat works well when it’s available, but the lack of other contact options may come around to be inconvenient to some.

    Verdict

Despite the name, Bingo.com isn’t just a bingo site, there’s a large and varied selection of casino games, though bingo doesn’t play as big a role here as you might think. We liked the £5 minimum limits across both deposits and withdrawals, but four payment options feel far too limited for a UK brand. The absence of a welcome offer was also disappointing, and there are no ongoing deals to compensate for that. There’s potential here, but it’s hard to recommend over stronger competitors unless you’re already a loyal Kindred player.

Here’s what stood out to us while testing Online Bingo.com: the parts that worked well and the ones that clearly need improvement.

    • Over 4,000 games
    • Minimum £5 for payments
    • Provider filter included
    • Decent bingo lobby
    • No working welcome bonus
    • Four cashout methods only

I have had good interactions, reliable payment directly into my account, and a good list of games, and I have been playing this site for a while now?

I still love Bingo.com. The fair play slots and very fast payouts. Recently started playing bingo, and it's fair play as well. Reading player reviews is helpful, and I've done one here before. After trying other sites, I always return to Bingo.com. xx
