It’s not hard to guess where Barbados Bingo came from, once you’ve seen a few other sites in the same group. It borrows most of its layout from its sister brands, but swaps the usual visuals for something lighter and more tropical. Looks aside, what you’re getting here is more or less the same deal, though a few things did manage to catch our attention. In this Barbados Bingo review we went through it all: payments, games, support, and the bits in between.
Barbados Bingo Casino launched in 2018 as part of a long list of UK sites under the Jumpman Gaming name. The only thing that makes it different is the beach-themed design. Behind that, everything runs the same way, which includes the layout and the deals, among other things. A recent visual refresh updated the look slightly, but not much else changed from its sister sites.
The casino runs bingo and reel-based games but skips table and live ones, which is unusual since some other sites in the same group include them. There isn’t much variety in the bingo section either. For those who just want a basic setup that delivers the usual.

About Barbados Bingo Company
Back in 2020, the UK Gambling Commission opened a regulatory review into the company behind Barbados Bingo. The investigation followed a compliance check that raised concerns around player safety and anti-money laundering controls. The result was a £500,000 payment in lieu of a formal penalty. Since then, no major issues have been reported, and the site hasn’t appeared on any blacklists.
Barbados Bingo puts on a beach theme, but once you’re in, it’s clear this is another Jumpman casino. The layout is the same as every other site in the network: a large banner dominates the homepage, followed by game previews. Tabs like Bonuses, Offers, Daily Wheel, and Trophies sit up top, and your balance and deposit button are clearly placed to the left.
A short FAQ now appears on some pages of the site, which helps a bit, but doesn’t fix that navigation gap. The site recently received a light interface refresh, though it hasn’t changed how anything works. Everything is predictable, which may appeal to returning users, but doesn’t give much reason to stay.
The registration form is clear, and I was sent straight to the deposit page once done. Jumpman allows you to select between the standard registration and PayPal sign up. There’s no difference between them in reality. One small detail I picked up on: usernames are shared across the Jumpman network. If you’ve already registered with another site like Kong Casino, you can’t reuse that name here. Not a big issue, but it might catch a few players off guard.

Barbados Bingo carries over the usual Jumpman setup, which makes the site not exactly fresh. The slot library is large, though finding what you want can be frustrating without filters or developer tags. Bonuses come with high wagering, and withdrawals include a £2.50 fee, which feels dated in today’s market. There’s no live chat, and support response times leave room for improvement. Still, for players who don’t mind the rough edges, it holds up as a functional, if basic, UK-facing slot site.
Here’s what we liked and didn’t like about Barbados Bingo.

Dreadful bingo site — even one star is too much. I deposited £20 on Sunday and sent all the requested documents: passport, driving licence, and a council tax bill. Shockingly, they also asked for a copy of my debit card, which felt very suspicious. It’s now Tuesday, and my account still hasn’t been verified despite three days of back-and-forth. I’m completely fed up with the constant document requests and lack of progress. If you’re thinking of playing online bingo, save yourself the trouble and use Heart Bingo instead — far more reliable.

Barbados Bingo offers a colourful and interesting site with many games. However, the site often suffers from slow loading times and occasional glitches. Customer support is responsive but can sometimes be slow to resolve issues

Barbados Bingo offers a safe environment and adheres to all responsible gaming guidelines. However, the site lacks interesting features and fun for regular players :(
