Amazon Slots does share a lot with its Jumpman sister sites. That said, our team dug in to see if there's anything different, even if it's just a bit. In this Amazon Slots review, we take you through the actual user experience, from deposits and withdrawals to game variety, promotional offers, bonus codes, and how it handles support when things don't go as planned.
Amazon Slots Casino launched back in 2016 and operates under the larger network of sites owned by Jumpman Gaming. Amazon Slots doesn’t offer anything new in terms of features, the differences here are visual only. Like with other Jumpman casinos, the most noticeable points are the large game library, which leans heavily toward slots, and the reward system built around the Mega Reel.
Amazon Slots isn’t blacklisted, but in 2020 they had to pay the £500,000 regulatory settlement. The UK Gambling Commission investigated the company and found failures in its anti-money laundering controls and customer protection processes. As bad as it sounds, Jumpman took the prompt action to fix those issues and continues to operate now.

About Amazon Slots Casino Company
This isn’t the worst pick for people who want lots of slots and bonus goals, but if you expect anything different from the usual Jumpman stuff, you won’t find it here.
The Trophies system is the most interactive part of Amazon Slots’ promotions. You earn trophies by completing small tasks like gambling streaks or trying new games. Every five trophies move you up one level and unlock a spin on a special Trophy Mega Reel. The higher your level, the more free spins you can potentially receive, starting with 5+ at levels 1–5 and going up to 20+ spins per reel from level 16 onwards.
These Trophy Mega Reels change monthly, which helps keep things from going stale. That said, all bonus rounds here still come with the same 65x wagering attached, so profiting off this programme will still be tough.
Players who reach 200 trophies also receive a £10 Amazon voucher with no cash alternative or other rewards.
With more than 3,600 titles, slots form the core of Amazon Slots Casino. You can find a variety of themes, including Fishing, “Mystical and Magical”, and “Tales of Egypt”, as well as different gameplay types like jackpot and megaways slots.
Slot Options at Amazon Slots
I decided to go after Fluffy Favourites first, as it was included as Free Spins reward. Didn’t like it much, both the gameplay and theme were boring, nothing made me want to keep playing after using my spins. Tried the popular Big Bass Splash game next, this one had a fun theme and I like the cash collect feature although I’d like to see it in the base game too.
Cash Strike was better, it had a cool design and I like the jackpots, but the limited paylines can be frustrating. Raging Waterfalls Megaways was the only Megaways game I played, I like that you can boost your chances of hitting the bonus feature and the design is fun.

There are 45 table games at Amazon Slots, though the site only has blackjack and roulette games with one baccarat game. No niche options available.
| Game Title | Developer | RTP | Release Year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10p Roulette | G.Games | 97.30% | 2018 |
| Classic Blackjack | Microgaming | 99.91% | 2019 |
| European Roulette | G.Games | 97.30% | 2016 |
Table Games at Amazon Slots
Low Stakes Roulette seemed like one of the more accessible table games, so I gave it a shot. Loved that it lets you play from as little as £0.01 and the game itself performs great, just as good as other higher-limit games. Went for European Blackjack next as it had quite a high RTP among the blackjack games. The game looks great but lacks QOL features such as ‘rebet and double’.

Amazon Slots has 66 live dealer games, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat only. There’s no game shows here at all, which is very disappointing.
| Game Title | Developer | RTP | Release Year |
|---|---|---|---|
| ONE Blackjack | Pragmatic Play | 99.28% | 2021 |
| Mega Fire Blaze Roulette | Playtech | 97.30% | 2021 |
| Cash Collect Roulette | Playtech | 97.29% | 2023 |
Live Games at Amazon Slots
No Commission Baccarat Live is a simple live game. The dealer was polite and professional, and the game ran at a good pace. Nothing wrong with this one.

There are 65 Slingo titles listed at Amazon Slots, which is more than we expected. We really liked the selection of options here, you get quite a lot of themes and gameplay features.
| Game Title | Developer | RTP | Release Year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slingo Carnival | Gaming Realms | 95.60% | 2018 |
| Slingo Stampede | Gaming Realms | 95.40% | 2022 |

Slingo Games at Amazon Slots
Decided to go with Slingo Super Spin as it looked interesting on paper. I like that you can boost your chances of hitting the bonus feature and the design is fun.

Amazon Slots includes nine bingo rooms, which is what we usually see across all Jumpman Gaming sites. They have all the main bingo types: 90-ball, 80-ball, and 30-ball included, but these don’t really compensate for the miniscule room count.
Sadly, it doesn’t seem like bingo gets much traffic here outside of peak hours. The few rooms that get regular traffic are the Jackpot Room, Zoom Room, and Heavy Weight; you can sometimes see 100+ users there in the evenings. Outside those, some rooms barely filled up.
Each room clearly shows when the next round starts, how many players are active, and what the total prize is. This made it easier to decide where to go without manually checking each room.
I gave a 90-Ball Bingo a go, as it was the lowest cost one out of the bunch. The software manages large numbers of tickets well and the prizes are higher than those I’ve seen at other sites.

You can play Amazon Slots on mobile devices through a dedicated app for Android and iOS. The app is light to download and looks nearly identical to the desktop version. You can reach the cashier, games, support, and account area from the home screen with just a few taps.
Amazon Slots Casino Apps
I quickly downloaded the Amazon Slots app for Android. Immediately, I was a bit frustrated that I couldn’t use my saved username and password. I decided to immediately enable biometric login which makes it easier to log in and out. After that, everything was better, the navigation is easy here. The quick access buttons at the bottom of the page are helpful, but could be improved. I would like to see the game options replaced by options such as Support and Cashier.
That being said, the menu in the top right-hand corner makes it easy to access those features within a couple of taps. Loading times are fast, usually <1 second when moving between parts of the app. One thing I found strange is that pressing the Back button on my Android closed the app rather than going to the previous page. Game performance was great though, everything loaded under 10 seconds and I had no lag and issues during my sessions.

Fast app with all key tools in reach, but a few small issues could still be fixed to improve ease of use.
Amazon Slots puts most of its energy into volume: big game count, frequent promotions, and flashy extras like prize wheels and missions. We think the casino has potential if it tightens the basics: better navigation, clearer bonus terms, and reliable support would go a long way. As it stands, the ideas are there, but the execution falls short. Take a look, but go in with realistic expectations.
After digging into the details, here’s our rundown of what works and what doesn’t at Amazon Slots Casino.

I got stuck with one of those "empty spins" bonuses that seemed designed just to stop me from withdrawing. When I deposited, it auto-set to £50 without me noticing and I couldn’t get it back. Withdrawing was a nightmare. So many hoops to jump through, it felt intentional. I wouldn't recommend it.

Been playin’ on Amazon Slots for a while now, and gotta say, the game selection is solid! Loads of slots to choose from, and the mobile site runs easy as butter. Had a few wins here and there, but man, that 65x wagering on bonuses is a grind. Still, if ya play smart, it ain't too bad. Overall, it's a spot for slot lovers

Won £520 on Amazon Slots and was surprised how quick the withdrawal was—got my cash in just 2 days! Not bad at all! The only downside was tryin’ to reach support—took ‘em a while to reply when I had a question
